I recently stayed at Letsos Hotel and unfortunately my experience was quite bad. The only real positive was the outdoor pool area, which was lovely and relaxing, and the pool bar staff, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. We felt completely misled by the rooms advertised online. When we arrived, the room we were given looked nothing like what we had booked, and we were told we would need to pay an extra €450 ( CASH) to get the room we believed we had originally paid for. During our stay, we spoke to 4 other couples who had experienced the exact same issue, with some being charged from 200 -300€ and us being the youngest was 450 down from €500!!! ,It honestly felt very unfair and misleading, especially towards younger guests. To make matters worse, the “deluxe” room we were moved to had a dead mouse caught in a trap underneath the couch, for god only knows how long .which was absolutely shocking and unacceptable considering the rooms must be cleaned every day as there is no do not disturb signs. The showers also had a terrible smell throughout our stay. We also noticed that coins we left out wear gone after housekeeping had been in, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to trust leaving anything behind. Overall, while the pool area and bar staff were great, the misleading room situation, unexpected extra charges, cleanliness issues, and missing belongings completely ruined the experience for us. I would strongly advise future guests to be very careful when booking here.

We had the most amazing time in Letsos, Yiota who welcomed us at the door she looked after us like one of her own. Not to mention the lads around the pool were very welcoming and friendly. Every person was so lovely, and we would definitely return!

I stayed at the Letsos hotel for the past 4 days… very underwhelming, very overpriced. You have to pay for everything even air conditioning. Pictures of room look nothing like the pictures, you have to pay extra for deluxe rooms otherwise your room is extremely outdated, and the outdoor pools for the deluxe rooms has bits in it, dead bugs, not really looked after and freezing cold. Would not recommend staying here. The location as a whole is good, loads of shops bars and people but that’s the only positive I can say. Food is God awful too at this hotel. Don’t bother getting the hard board.

The room was definitely not like the pictures on Booking.com. The fridge was "cooling," so it was loud all night. There were tons of mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was disgusting. The breakfast was not worth the price. We had to pay extra for almost everything. All in all, I'm very happy that we only stayed for two nights.

Easy drive from the Airport, about 30mins. Great location to do the north of the island. Hotel had everything you'd need and the staff were really nice.
