Nice hotel, decent rooms which were nice and clean. The two pools were clean and a good size and the sun beds were very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but their was a good selection of fresh bread and the cheese and spinach pies were good. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, as were the breakfast staff. The pool bar staff however were not great. They said they offer pool side service but we had to get up and go to the bar every time to order only to be told to go and sit down so they can come and take the order which was a rather silly charade. The prices of drinks and food in the hotel were very expensive for what you got - a small tuna ciabatta roll with a handful of crisps was 14 euros and it was €16 - €19 euros for a cocktail which is more expensive than London. There are better places to eat locally. Overall thought I’d recommend this hotel as it’s a great location and is only two mins from the beach.

Sadly I don't think the hotel is worthy of the higher nightly rate nor anywhere near its 5 star claim. The rooms are decent enough, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Nothing amazing or flashy. Large balcony, but it looked out onto the car park. There is a window into the bathroom, with a blind for privacy, but this does not block out sound well enough so you can't really bath or shower when your roommate is resting. Towels were replaced randomly during the day - probably during the later turn-down service, but at one point my partner was using the toilet and the housekeeping tried to enter the room with towels despite him telling them to come back later. Also housekeeping is VERY noisy outside the rooms from about 8.30am most mornings; chatting and clattering about. The gym has no air conditioning and the equipment is limited and old and creaky - I didn't bother trying to use it more than once as it was like a sauna down there. Breakfast is quite good, a varied buffet selection and quite plentiful, but gets very crowded from about 9.30am. It's also pretty hot in the eating area and on the terrace at breakfast time. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful and there are a lot of them 24/7 so you can get what you need. The pool area is nice (we did not use it), but sunbeds were full from about 9.30am so not sure how you would get on if you wanted to sit down there. Overall it's fine, but it lacks Greek soul and that element of real luxury you expect from 5 star. The pina coladas are fantastic though, and happy hour prices are reasonable compared with the rest of the resort bars.

Absolutely stunning hotel and location .we were greeted on arrival with welcome drinks and sparkling wine. Escorted to our beautiful room.this is a 5 star dining experience too. Absolutely beautiful food 5 stars all round .we will definitely come back .I would have to point out that the only big downside is the price of the drinks at the bar and bar food .it is double everywhere else .literally double .and for us this meant we couldn't have drinks during the day or night .it is such a shame because everyone we spoke to said the same thing and for this reason they would not be returning. We would love to sit at the bar at night and have drinks and mix with the guests but it is just too expensive. 😔

Very nice hotel. The room was excellent. Very clean. Fresh towels twice a day. The staff were very warm and friendly. On the downside the food wasn't so good. Breakfast was ok but the evening meal was poor. Not much choice and had under cooked chicken one evening. After that we ate out on an evening. Also the food at the pool bar was very expensive. 8 euros for a portion of French fries. Best option would be bed and breakfast and eat out on an evening as there are plenty of good restaurants reasonably priced.

This holiday more than met my expectations. We were lucky enough to have both our rooms upgraded on arrival to suites, as they just happened to be available during our short stay. Very conveniently located to a local shop and the beach. Didn't venture into the outdoor pool due to the weather, but we did have free access to the indoor spa pool which was lovely and warm. Food, drinks and staff I could find no fault with. An absolutely wonderful stay!!
