Exceeded our all inclusive expectations! Location amazing on the beach, food was a great standard and varied, drinks at the bar were good. The snack bar did an amazing burger! Although the pool area was very busy there were quieter beds in the sun terraces away from the pool a little. All areas of the hotel were kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Our room had a gorgeous sea view and was cleaned everyday. We had a fantastic break, thanks! My only complaint would be the amount of customers who ignored the no smoking policy at the sunbeds and pool bar. We will definitely return to the Leonardo Royal ❤️

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes that cater to all tastes — from local Mediterranean specialties to international options. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Rooms were spotless, common areas were always well-maintained, and everything felt fresh and cared for. Maintenance was clearly a priority — everything worked perfectly, from the air conditioning to the pool facilities, and the hotel looks modern and well looked-after. A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

Nice hotel for a two-night stay in Ibiza. I chose the package including a superior room with partial sea view + half board. The personnel at the front desk were polite and the cleaning lady was lovely. We enjoyed the buffet with a great variety of food and I absolutely loved the soft serve machine! I would return to this hotel just for that!!! The pool was very crowded and the water was warm due to the exposure to the sun. From the pool you can directly go to the beach, but it isn't all that clean. Our room has two single beds and a small balcony from which we could see the pool and the sea, it was really nice. In the area there isn't a lack of small shops that sell seaside merchandise and some small supermarkets; it's very handy because you can reach them by foot. They have a parking place reserved for the customers but it is convenient only if you buy it for your whole stay (more than 2/3 days). All in all it was an enjoyable holiday. We really enjoyed our stay: the facilities are good, the food was in a global way nice, and the entertainment for kids at night was great. The location is also very good, and the staff were friendly. However, there was a lack of entertainment for adults — some music by the pool during the day and in the evening would have been very welcome, especially since this is Ibiza. It would also be convenient if the direct access to the beach at night could be opened with the hotel key card. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay (except for the unpleasant incident with the alarms on two different nights) — it was mainly the lack of outdoor animation that left us a bit disappointed.

Nice modern hotel. Check in was quick and desk staff friendly. I had a superior partial sea view room which I was very happy with. I was travelling solo so found there to be plenty of space and storage within the room. Would be ideal for a couple. Bar staff were efficient but could have been a little more friendly. I found the food to be average, some days better than others. It has a nice outdoor terrace where you can eat which is a bonus. The hotel is situated right next to the beach and was about a 5-7 minute walk away from the resort centre which I found to be ideal. Overall I really enjoyed my week there, not sure I would return however as there was no night time entertainment.
