Our experience at the hotel was fantastic, starting with the excellent service at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome and were very efficient with check-in, despite our early arrival. They offered us a complimentary drink while we waited and provided us with useful information about local attractions. The room was ready quickly and was incredibly comfortable, with a wonderful view of the sea. The attention to detail and friendliness of the staff in all departments made a huge difference to our stay. Any questions we had were answered with a smile, and we were given excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. The hotel facilities, especially the pool and restaurant, were exceptional. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, with options to suit all tastes. In short, Hotel Leonardo Royal exceeded our expectations and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury experience with unsurpassed service.

Leonardo Royal Hotels Ibiza impressed on all fronts! The reception staffs were fantastic. They were warm, welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. They helped us navigate the area with great restaurant suggestions and ensured our stay was smooth sailing from check-in to check-out. Can't say enough about their excellent service! The hotel itself was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. We had a memorable stay thanks to the wonderful receptionists and the overall hospitality at this hotel.

This is the third time my wife and I have visited. It is a great family destination with a good mix of clients from all over Europe. It's a great place for a quiet break nowhere near the night clubs for which Ibiza is renowned. We just did five days which was really good value and long enough to recharge the batteries. The only down side was the relatively long transfer due to stopping at several other hotels on the way which were a long way out of the way resulting in a 25 minute trip taking around 1:30. I would hire a car or pay for a private transfer to avoid this if you can.

We had a lovely stay at the Leonardo hotel and would most definitely return. The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach across from the night life so the evenings are rather peaceful. The hotel is very clean, we have booked a superior sea view room which was spacious and well looked after. The staff are very kind, plenty of sun beds available and the all inclusive offer is very good too. Plenty of choice at meals and rather good drink selection. Highly recommend.

My friends and I had a very memorable stay at Leonardo Royal Hotels in Ibiza! The receptionists were superstars! They were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They catered to our every request and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The hotel itself was excellent. They had great location, clean facilities and delicious food. But the attentiveness of the reception staffs truly stole the show. They are a huge asset to the hotel!
