I recently stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Ibiza and had a fantastic experience. The hotel truly deserves its four stars – everything was excellent from start to finish. The pools are beautiful, spacious, and perfect for relaxing under the sun, with plenty of loungers available. The food was varied and delicious, offering great options for all tastes at every meal. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel – everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza!

I had a very positive experience at Hotel Leonardo Royal Ibiza Santa Eulalia. The reception staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment of arrival, making the check-in process smooth and friendly. The bar staff added to the atmosphere with their fun and engaging approach, which created a lively but relaxed setting. The restaurant offered a good variety of options at the buffet, with different choices each day, which kept meals interesting and enjoyable. Beyond dining, the hotel organizes a wide range of activities and events for both adults and children. These were well thought out, inclusive, and gave everyone something to look forward to throughout the week. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the surrounding area. Rooms are comfortable, and the views are particularly impressive, adding to the overall appeal of the stay. Recommendation: Emphasize the attentive service and inclusive activities in future marketing.

Exceeded our all inclusive expectations! Location amazing on the beach, food was a great standard and varied, drinks at the bar were good. The snack bar did an amazing burger! Although the pool area was very busy there were quieter beds in the sun terraces away from the pool a little. All areas of the hotel were kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Our room had a gorgeous sea view and was cleaned everyday. We had a fantastic break, thanks! My only complaint would be the amount of customers who ignored the no smoking policy at the sunbeds and pool bar. We will definitely return to the Leonardo Royal ❤️

We visited as a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bed apartment. The apartment, facilities and food etc were pleasant, no complaints to flag. We can see that the hotel have taken on board feedback from previous reviews we had read before visiting. What made our stay incredible was the kids animation team. They work so incredibly hard from the morning to the evening, they were full of energy, smiles and good ideas. The shows were incredible and we genuinely could not fault them. They make the hotel one we would visit again. Roy, banana boy and the whole team were amazing!
Sandringham Hotel
Absolutely loved this hotel. One of the best I have stayed in. From arrival to departure everything was first class. Catalina the Guest Relations Manager was fantastic and is surely a General Manager in the making if she chooses this path to her career. Food and drink was spot on and all staff were brilliant. It is a very busy hotel but managed efficiently. The team are always busy but remain polite and you do not wait anywhere for very long so the right amount of staff on duty. Shelley checked us in and looked after us superbly and Miriam was our favourite on the bar but as I say everyone was great. I would 100% recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the future.
