Just got back from our holiday at this hotel and i loved it. Staff were really friendly especially the bar staff at the pool bar. The food was really good in the main buffet restaurant with lots of options to choose from. We tried the Italian restaurant one night but wasn’t too keen on the menu however the soup was lovely. Lots of drinks to choose from, big pool area and lots of sunbeds available. Only problem i had was when we arrived we noticed a stain on the bed sheet and it was still there 2 days later meaning the housekeeping staff did not change the sheets.. However this was resolved and the sheets were finally changed. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

Overall, this hotel was lovely and we really enjoyed our holiday. The staff were friendly, the food was good and the entertainment was enjoyable. The hotel was accommodating, with plenty of options to suit everyone. The staff work extremely hard, particularly the cleaners, bar staff and the restaurant staff- this is noticeable.
The main issue at this hotel however, is the sun beds. It is completely unfair on other guests who are on the basic package (which is still expensive) as they have to wake up early enough to find a bed that isn’t reserved. Half of the time, guests were not even showing up to their reserved beds. I had to wake up at a ridiculous hour to reserve a bed which had a decent amount of shade, as my skin is extremely fair, and I should not have to stress about this on my holiday, of which I have paid a lot of money for.
Furthermore, the doors to the hotel room do not muffle any outdoor noise, so we were often woken up by people who do not know how to speak at a reasonable volume during the early hours of the morning. We were also often woken up by the sound of glass clinking, which I presume is the hotel throwing away the glass bottles- maybe consider doing this at a more reasonable hour.
This being said, we enjoyed our holiday!

Wow what a wonderful hotel and stay. Accommodated 20 of us golfers, complimentary golf towels was a great touch. Recommend you book premium drinks package. However standard drinks are fine after a few. Food was superb at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Definitely return again soon.

OVERALL: this hotel is absolutely lovely, absolutely amazing views and location, beautiful weather of course, but we had a few problems that made it less worth it.
POSITIVES: We were greeted with welcome prosecco, and upgraded from an inland view to a sea view room, which was very nice and very clean. The facilities are good, especially the pool bar (where the staff are INCREDIBLE and have lots of drink options). We were able to try the Hawas garden restaurant which was Lebanese food, the boys who were our waiters were attentive and lovely, and the set menu was amazing! Both Lebanese and Asian restaurant food was great, pictures attached. Spa/hair salon is great, the staff are SO sweet and offered lots of services!
NEGATIVES: A large proportion of the staff, especially at the pool snack bar and reception, are rather unhappy / rude, which is very uncomfortable at times. Most (if not all) of the sunbeds by the pool and with umbrellas are reserved by guests who have purchased the more expensive package - this made it very difficult to find beds with shade that weren't way out in the back of the garden, which is rather unfair when "basic" guests have still paid a lot of money. Furthermore, of the 4 restaurants in the hotel, 2 were fully booked for our entire week stay, so we were not able to try the Greek or Italian, which was a little disappointing as we got a bit bored of the main restaurant by the end.
If I could give 3.5 stars then I would, but the positives do outweigh the negatives enough to warrant 4 rather than 3. We really enjoyed our stay but would not come back, as it is very expensive to still have such issues.

We stayed for 5 nights on the deluxe all inclusive package, the deluxe check in is none existent and the reception staff are on the unfriendly side. The rooms are nice, and we had access to a private lounge on the sixth floor, which was nice but nothing spectacular. The buffet is very hit and miss, limited choice and was all very average. We chose to eat out multiple times, which we’ve never done before on an all inclusive package before. Also the wine is really not good. Two of the restaurants were open, the Italian was alright and the Asian was nicer. There’s a snack bar too which was good. One perk of the deluxe is that we were able to reserve sun-beds of our choice for the whole holiday, however to our surprise this ended on our last day even though we weren’t supposed to be flying till the evening. Also, the all inclusive package ends when you check out of your room at 12, so you have to purchase your food and drinks until you leave the hotel which is something I’ve never experienced before, the pool bar manager man was rather rude to inform me this when we went to get drinks in the afternoon.
Olympia and Alina who worked on the bars were so nice. And I didn’t get her name but the towel lady was also lovely.
There is music playing around the pool almost constantly, which is nice and fun, but if you want a chilled / relaxed vibe this might not be your cup of tea. By the end of our trip it was wearing on us.
It is an adults only hotel, but at no fault of the hotel it is on a public beach, so screaming children can be heard.
