Such an amazing vacation!! We stayed for 3 nights in a Premium room on the 5th floor at the end of May in this adults only hotel. We had such an incredible experience at this hotel - from the views, to the spacious room we got, the food, the drinks, the pools, the activities at night and above all - the service. Each and every one of the employees was so friendly, charming and kind. The food was VERY good: the main buffet is very generous, diverse and delicious, and the greek restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere there is amazing, with some live music in the background. The alcoholic options at the bars are very diverse and with great quality. The pools are vary spacious and so fun, as they are located in a beatiful place by the beach and the view is amazing. The only thing I would improve is the bar\club - it has such great potential and the venue is very nice, but the music ends at midnight. I would have preferred that it would last longer, and also make the vibe more party-like, i.e. playing some more club music rather than calm music. Would definitely come back!!

Overall, we would rate our 5-day stay as good, although there were a few significant issues. Our first disappointment came at check-in. The gentleman who welcomed us at reception (I believe his name was Thanos) seemed rather uninterested and provided us with no information apart from our room number. I had to find the meal times myself on the hotel's website, and it wasn't until the second day that I noticed a large information screen in the reception area where guests could access useful information and even make restaurant reservations. The food was good and there was plenty of choice, although after a few days it started to feel a bit repetitive. It was also very much geared towards British guests. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were good as well, however, we were surprised that they were only available until midnight. After that, all drinks had to be paid for. In my opinion, this defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive package. We have stayed in many all-inclusive hotels before and have never encountered such a restriction. Another issue was the sunbeds around the pool. Many were reserved before breakfast and then left unused for most of the day. Fortunately, there were plenty of sunbeds on the grass area where it was usually possible to find a spot at any time. The pool water was unfortunately very cold, which may explain why so few people used it. We also noticed a lack of consistency among the lifeguards, some allowed inflatable rings and mattresses in the pool, while others did not. On a very positive note, all the bartenders, waiters, and housekeeping staff deserve special recognition. They were friendly, hardworking, and professional, and their excellent service greatly enhanced our stay. There was always something happening at the hotel, so it was impossible to get bored. The evening entertainment was particularly enjoyable. Guests could listen to live music in the lobby and from 9 p.m. onwards, enjoy dancing in the nightclub. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment and the main reason we would not return was the handling of our late check-out request. We asked about a late check-out when we arrived, and Thanos assured us that it would not be a problem and advised us to come back the day before departure. When I did so, I was told to return again on the day of departure. The following morning, before breakfast I went back to reception only to be informed that a late check-out was not possible because the hotel was fully booked. In my opinion, this was very poor customer service. If the hotel could not guarantee a late check-out, we should have been informed from the beginning rather than being given false hope and asked to keep checking back. As our transfer was scheduled for late in the evening, this caused considerable inconvenience. To summarize, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, including the food, entertainment, atmosphere, and the excellent service provided by most of the staff. However, the way our late check-out request was handled left a very negative impression, and despite the hotel's many strengths, we would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed from 10th until the 14th for the wifes 40th. We got a really good all inclusive deal. Room was good and cleaned everyday. A wide variety of food for the breakfast lunch and evening meal. Evening meals was served until 9pm which is ideal to have a trip out for the day and not needing to rush back to catch the food. Each night had some for of entertainment either in the main foyer or the club which is just around from reception. Huge menu of all inclusive cocktails and drinks so something for everyone. I'd like to mention that the bar staff we're very friendly and always smiling which is great to see even outside of main season. The gym is kept clean and tidy and more than enough to get a decent work out in. Bus stops are just 100m from the hotel where you can catch the 611 and 612 which take you from Paphos airport all the way the the harbour. Day tickets are €6.50 and can be used on all of the local paphos lines. There was work getting done on some of the higher levels to update the rooms which didn't bother us as the work needs done. Work started at 8am and all noise stopped by 4:30pm. You couldn't hear anything downstairs or in the food areas. It makes sense to get it arrange during the quieter months. It's also proof the hotel is investing in updating the rooms ready for summer. We'd be happy to return again in the future to use as our base to explore more of Cyprus.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were truly impressed by the level of service throughout our entire visit. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was welcoming, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and pleasant, and it was clear that the team genuinely cares about the guests and their experience. A very special thank you to Tamara,"rega girl🤏🏾" who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She was incredibly attentive, kind, patient, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Her dedication and positive attitude truly improved our overall experience and made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the vacation. We also want to mention that everyone at the hotel was amazing — the reception team, the service staff, housekeeping, and all the employees we met were exceptional and contributed to such an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you all for the outstanding hospitality. We would be very happy to return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others.

i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and honestly would have given five stars. the rooms, service, and overall atmosphere were excellent. my only issue was with the gym policy. i was told i could not work out or lift weights in socks, which was disappointing as i train legs with flat feet for stability and back support when lifting heavy weights. many lifters prefer this over cushioned trainers for certain exercises, so it would have been nice to have a little flexibility.
