I would rate my overall experience at this hotel a 3 out of 5. While the staff is very helpful and genuinely tries hard to make your stay pleasant, there are several aspects that could be improved to enhance the experience.
Positives:
Location: The location is fantastic, especially if you’ve opted for a sea-view room, which is truly worth it.
Staff: The staff members are attentive and eager to assist, which is a definite highlight.
Special Dining Nights: Occasionally, themed dinners provided a refreshing change and added some variety.
Areas for Improvement:
Dining Experience: The dining area can get extremely crowded, despite the availability of a separate, underutilized space. Directing more guests to this unused area could significantly improve the atmosphere and comfort.
Facilities: Some details, such as towels with holes and visible signs of wear and tear in the bathroom, detract from the overall experience.
Food Quality: While the food is acceptable, it lacks distinct Cypriot flavors and character. The emphasis on mass production results in average quality, which could be enhanced with a more personalized touch or local influence.
Entertainment: The entertainment shows need serious improvement, as some acts felt like basic, junior-school-level performances. Skipping such acts altogether might be a better option.
Air Quality: The use of odor eliminators throughout the hotel, including elevators and common areas, feels excessive. For guests with asthma or sensitivity to strong scents, this can be a significant concern and might even pose health risks.
While there are many good aspects to this hotel, certain issues prevented me from rating it higher. Improving these areas could elevate the experience for future guests.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Clean. Lobby / bar area gets a bit busy in the evenings. Bus stop a few yards from hotel entrance. Nice pool outside. Direct access to small beach, great swimming area. Can't comment on food as we ate out, however the breakfast buffet was plentiful and has the usual options.

Visited here for the second time (previously in 2022) both times were amazing, long term staff are fantastic, Theo and Kevin at the main lounge bar. Some of the younger staff need to learn more manners for a 4 star hotel but this was the only drawback.
Sea views are amazing here and I'd always recommend 3rd floor and above.
Although paphos is known to be quite rocky there is enough sand at this hotels beach to enjoy and go into the sea comfortably.
Nix it
Best Hotel to Stay in Paphos..i totally recommend it.. from breakfast to dinner the food is excellent.. staff is very attentive.. The hotel is right in front of the beach.. there's a long walk path w/c is great for those who love a morning or evening walk.. there is an indoor pool so nothing to worry during winter stay, you can still swim😍

Just a week as attending wedding. Beautiful hotel & warm welcome even though 1.30am. Room comfortable, only one problem was shelf above tea/coffee. Knew it was there but did bang head 2/3 times, maybe trim as not really useful. Be careful of directors chairs near pool bar, trapped finger between stainless rod & wood. Have a fungal infection due to nibbling fish in spa, never thought I'd catch something. Would I go back again, yes, ideally situated, plenty choice of food & no kids running around.
