Stayed here for 7 days and I was very underwhelmed. The ‘all inclusive’ feels like a scam unless you pay extra for the purple band. Without the purple band you get basic unbranded drinks. These cocktails taste of nothing. There are nowhere near enough sunbeds and the hotel offers ‘premium’ guests the option to reserve sunbeds. It’s not an exaggeration that some days there were not enough sunbeds for all the guests as the vast majority were reserved and we had to go to the indoor pool instead. The cleanliness of the hotel is a real issue as well. The sunbeds are dirty and some days our room was not cleaned at all. When the room was cleaned it was done to a bare minimum standard. The food was fine but doesn’t offer many options for dietary requirements. Many guests said they had upset stomachs, myself included so I question the hygiene of the food buffet. We also found some of the hotel staff to be rude and not very accommodating. Overall the stay was fine, but I would not recommend it unfortunately. The purple band offering really needs to be looked into by hotel management as a lot of people are not happy with it (this based not just on my opinion but on conversations we had with other guests too).

Just Fantastic! Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff the food the rooms and a beautiful spar, we could not fault any of it. We had never been made so welcome in all our travels. Very attentive staff in a beautiful hotel and a room with a stunning view. We stayed in July 2025 and have now booked again for October this year. Thank you all (see you soon)

This hotel is situated by the sea and has great views. Its lovely and clean and food available through out the day. I have mixed opinions about our holiday. I appreciate it caters for children but there is nothing for adults unless you want to sit by the pool or drink. The entertainment is mainly aimed at children. At dinner it is total chaos. As much as the hotel are not responsible for guests behaviour they do have to cater for guests experiences. At dinner people push and shove to get the food and the dining room is very over crowded. This made it very difficult to enjoy dinner in the evening. We ended up paying to eat out despite paying all inclusive. The 4 restaurants that are meant to be available during the week were impossible to book as 2 of them were always closed. We only managed to get a booking once we complained. This is not somewhere I would visit again. I've eaten in all inclusive restaurants before and never experienced anything like this.

Wow, where do we even begin? This is the hotel with the highest level of service we've ever experienced, and there's no doubt that from now on, this will be the hotel we return to every single time we come to Cyprus! First of all – Tamara, the guest relations manager, is simply amazing. She helped us from the very first moment at the hotel – always kind, always smiling, and always ready to help with anything. We truly felt like we gained a friend, and we felt completely comfortable consulting with her and asking for help. We got married on one of the days during our vacation, and she helped make the day incredibly special with decorations in the room in our honor and even helped us find a stunning bridal bouquet. The hotel is absolutely luxurious – it has everything you could want, and all the staff are always smiling and genuinely provide the highest level of service. The entertainment was great, from pool activities and games during the day to great local artists in the evenings. The food is just wow – from the dining room to the various restaurants in the hotel, including the snack bar at the pool where you order from a menu and they prepare it fresh on the spot! Occasionally, bartenders would walk around handing out shots to guests. The cocktails are indulgent and fun, and the bar staff will make you anything you ask for. We also had access to the lounge, which was great – offering snacks throughout the day. The room was super clean and modern – cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day. We can't emphasize enough how incredible and kind Tamara and all the staff are!!! We’ll be back next year and bring the whole family!

A Truly Wonderful Stay – Again! This was our second visit to the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Cyprus, and once again, it exceeded all expectations! What makes this place so special is the incredible staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after from the moment you arrive. A special shout-out to Alina at the bar – her energy, warmth, and inclusiveness are infectious! She's always smiling and brings such a happy, vibrant atmosphere to the place. Alexandra at reception is also fantastic – super informative and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is spotless. You can see the staff constantly working hard behind the scenes – cleaning, cooking, helping – always with a smile, and it really shows. The attention to detail in keeping everything immaculate is genuinely impressive. The food is incredible – so much choice and everything is fresh and delicious. There’s something for everyone, and the abundance means you’ll never leave hungry! This hotel truly has everything – a friendly, hardworking team, great facilities, and a relaxing vibe. It’s no surprise we came back again for a short break – and we’re already thinking about our next visit!
