We had a wonderful family stay at Legoland Dubai Hotel! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant Lego-themed interiors made both kids and adults super excited. A special word of appreciation to the receptionist "ARIF" , who greeted us with a warm smile and ensured our check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Their friendly and professional attitude set the perfect tone for our stay. Small gestures like these truly make a big difference. The hotel is designed with so much creativity—every corner feels magical and full of surprises. The kids absolutely loved the treasure hunt in the room, bunk beds, and the play area—it kept them entertained throughout. Breakfast had a great variety, and the dining area was lively and kid-friendly. The best part was the easy access to Legoland Theme Park and Water Park, which made our trip even more enjoyable and hassle-free. A perfect destination for families with kids who love fun, adventure, and of course, Lego! We can’t wait to visit again and create more happy memories here.

I would really thank Ahmed & Seif for their effort and professionalism. Once I entered the lobby I found almost more than 100 people trying to check-in I thought it will take ages but I found out myself finishing the check-in process in less than 10 minutes which was something very impressive specially within this time Ahmed & Seif managed to inform me all the activities in the hotel and all the information I need. It was a very good experience for us and our daughters they really enjoyed everything in the hotel, room, activities. I would really recommend it specially if you have kids they will enjoy it.

Hi, LEGO has a big brand name l, expectation was very very high for such a brand. I was expecting something along the lines of Warner brothers hotel in Abudhabi. However the moment u arrive you realize that this project or place is going to be not meeting the expectations. 1. The building from outside is so value engineered and does not represent the brand of LEGO. It looks like labor accommodation painted in LEGO brick colors. 2. When you arrive there is a kids play area. How are you expected to finilze your check in when you have kids screaming and jumping right next to you. This is a lobby. It's crammed with activities which begs the question that the lobby was not intended for all this mess and they had to cram it in because they had no space. 3. The restaurant is sooo bad. Cheap chairs bad design also not living up to the brand of LEGO. 4. Rooms and general idea. The rooms it self is catered for family with bunk beds and big bed for parents. But the rooms and corridors look so cheap. Design is horrible it seems like you are entering a hostel. Carpets were dirty. All the walls just have wall papers with weird colors makes you anxious. No colors are matching. Nothing relating to the brand as well. 4. See DENMARKS LEGO Hq (attached) something that represents the brand and identity of LEGO. Summary is the place yes caters to family. However through out the visit you feel you are in a cheap hotel without the luxury of Dubai and without a true identity to the brand which was the expecting. It's a lost opportunity.

We had an amazing stay at the Legoland Hotel (celebrated our son's 3rd birthday). Upon arrival, the place was quite crowded since it was a weekend. Waited in a queue to check-in but we were offered some juice for refreshments. The kids also played in the pool of legos and softplay in the main lobby so waiting was easy. I was assisted by the very attentive, friendly and enthusiastic front desk, Fadhil Ahmed. He was all smiles and very friendly. Since it was our first time, he detailed everything. Our bedroom was fantastic! My son enjoyed the treasure hunting in the room and we loved the treasures inside the chest! The only thing we would comment about is the buggy service to Lapita since the in-house pool is under maintenance. We had to wait for like 30 minutes for the buggy, same as when we were heading back to the hotel. There are lots of activities for the kids in the hotel. The breakfast was nice. It was crowded but food trays were never empty. Staff are all friendly. No one wasn't smiling, everyone's willing to help. This is now our favorite hotel in Dubai! And Fadhil was the bessssssttt!!!!

Negative review – Very poor alternative pool service We were aware that the hotel pool was under maintenance, but we did not expect the alternative service provided to be so poor. To use the pool at a neighboring hotel, only one vehicle is available for all guests, which leads to long waiting times for both pickup and return. Moreover, on the return trip, we arrived at the reception before other guests, yet they were picked up first, showing a lack of organization. We brought this up with the supervisor at reception, but the only response we received was a simple “I’m sorry,” with no solution or compensation offered. For a hotel of this category, we expected better management and more professional service.
