We recently visited Legoland Hotel to celebrate our children's birthdays, and the experience was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, Roque greeted us with such warmth and a helpful attitude. ​A special thank you to Ahmad, the Duty Manager, who personally welcomed us. After mentioning our celebration, he kindly arranged a complimentary birthday cake for the kids—a gesture we deeply appreciated. Checking in was a breeze thanks to Arif at reception, and we were thrilled to be upgraded to a fully themed room! Also thanks to the friendly staff Shweta, Maryam, Novelyn(guest service) and Nabina. ​Between the amazing breakfast and the wonderful staff who were friendly and attentive throughout, the kids had the time of their lives at the hotel and theme park. Highly recommended for families!

We stayed at LEGOLAND® Hotel Dubai and had an amazing experience overall. It is truly a perfect hotel for families with kids. From the moment you enter, the LEGO theme creates excitement and joy for children, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with kids in mind. Children absolutely loved the LEGO décor, play areas, and interactive elements inside the room. It really feels like a fun adventure rather than just a hotel stay. The hotel is extremely child-friendly, with great entertainment options, themed floors, and easy access to LEGOLAND parks. Parents can relax while kids stay happily engaged, which is a huge plus. Breakfast was okayish—not bad, but it could be improved with more variety and better options compared to the rest of the hotel’s high standards. That said, it was still convenient and family-oriented. One of the best things is that amazing deals and discounts are available online, making it very good value for money, especially for families. Swimming pool is also kid friendly with temperature control feature. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience for kids and parents alike. Highly recommended for families visiting Dubai. A must-visit at least once if you have children!

This is my second time staying at the Legoland Hotel, and once again, it was an amazing experience. It’s truly one of the safest and most enjoyable places for kids. One of the biggest advantages is having direct access to Dubai Parks—Legoland Theme Park, Water Park, and Motiongate … etc —so there’s always something exciting to do. The hotel also offers a wide variety of activities for children indoors, which makes the stay even more fun and convenient for families. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the team in the kids’ play area—they’re great with children and very attentive. Cleanliness: The hotel is spotless and smells wonderful throughout. Room Service: Outstanding! A special thank you to our room attendant, Mrs. Rakib He was extremely helpful, always checking if we needed anything, and provided truly exceptional service. Food: The one area that needs improvement is the food quality and variety. The flavors are lacking, and the fruit options are very limited and repeated daily. It would be great to see more variety and better seasoning in the meals. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

The room décor was absolutely stunning, exactly as we had selected during the booking process. The manager, Mr. Ahmed, and his team were exceptionally professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and the parks were fantastic there was never a dull moment for me or my kids. Everyone was happy, and the facilities were very accessible and safe. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable family experience ❤️❤️

Amazing place to visit make kiddo's vacation with great Lego World created with great details. We were stayed for 3N Package at NinjaGO room with help park Dubai Parks Tickets including Legoland, WaterPark and RealMadrid Park with help of Ms Nabita at receetion. Further Bennet and team also helped us to get Celebrate our kiddo's 12th birthday occassion in lego way with Ninja Character. Food is Ok. But its good to see multiethnic people worked under one roof with utmost professionalism, sincerety and harmany. Leave great inpression over kiddos mind. Thanks Legoland hotel for extending stay for a day extra as we experienced injury with kiddo. Have a really great experience. Must visit place for kids 7-12 ages.
