We had a wonderful stay at LEGOLAND® Hotel Dubai. From check-in to check-out, the experience was fantastic and truly family-friendly. Special thanks to Ahmed Mhagdi, Mustafa, and Roque at the reception — they were very welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Their service really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. All the staff, including the restaurant team, were amazing — polite, attentive, and always smiling. Most importantly, my kids absolutely loved the hotel! The LEGO theme, activities, and overall atmosphere kept them excited the entire time. We’re leaving with great memories. Highly recommended for families with children. We’ll definitely be back!

Review for Legoland Hotel Overall, the hotel experience was good. The themed rooms are beautiful, the kids’ activities are fantastic, and Legoland Dubai park itself is great for families. My son had an amazing time. However, the valet service was completely unacceptable and ruined what could have been a perfect stay. Before heading to the park, we left around 10 pieces of luggage and bags. No one counted or registered how many items were being taken. One staff member even mixed our bags with other guests’ bags while carrying them together. I immediately pointed out that this was unprofessional and could easily lead to confusion. My concern was dismissed. When we returned: • The car was brought back with a very strong, unpleasant smell inside. • The passenger seat was moved and dirty. • There were visible greasy handprints on the passenger seat. When I complained, the valet drivers denied everything, despite the obvious condition of the vehicle. Later, once we were back home, we realized one bag was missing — my son’s bag, full of toys (including valuable items). The bag had been misplaced due to the careless handling and mixing of luggage. Late in the evening, we received a call saying it was found in Lost & Found. This now forces me to drive over an hour back to the hotel to retrieve it — entirely due to their mistake. On top of that, when closing the trunk (which is automatic), the valet staff member tried to force it shut manually, risking damage to the vehicle. I had to stop him. This level of carelessness is shocking. The valet team showed a complete lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsibility. The hotel itself deserves praise. The valet service does not. It was terrible, stressful, and completely below the standard expected from a property like this.

We recently visited Legoland Hotel to celebrate our children's birthdays, and the experience was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, Roque greeted us with such warmth and a helpful attitude. ​A special thank you to Ahmad, the Duty Manager, who personally welcomed us. After mentioning our celebration, he kindly arranged a complimentary birthday cake for the kids—a gesture we deeply appreciated. Checking in was a breeze thanks to Arif at reception, and we were thrilled to be upgraded to a fully themed room! Also thanks to the friendly staff Shweta, Maryam, Novelyn(guest service) and Nabina. ​Between the amazing breakfast and the wonderful staff who were friendly and attentive throughout, the kids had the time of their lives at the hotel and theme park. Highly recommended for families!

This was our first stay at the hotel, and we visited with two young children (ages 7 and 5). From the moment we arrived, all of us were impressed by the design and atmosphere. We chose a Pirate-themed room, and the kids were absolutely thrilled – they could hardly calm down from excitement. The entire room was decorated in a pirate style, with a bunk bed specially designed for children. A very nice touch was the in-room treasure hunt activity – the kids immediately jumped into it and loved the experience. The lobby features a pleasant play area with a castle and plenty of LEGO bricks to play with. There are also LEGO workshops you can sign up for, as well as a kids’ play club with car-building activities, video games, and more. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t get a chance to use it since the weather was a bit cool during our stay. The hotel is located right next to the theme parks, which is a big advantage, especially with children. Breakfast was good – not a huge variety, but sufficient for our needs. Free parking is also available, which is convenient. It’s worth noting that the hotel is best suited for families with younger children, mainly under the age of 10. For older kids or adults, the overall theme and atmosphere might feel a bit too kitschy. Overall, a great experience for families with young children, especially for a first visit

We had such a fun stay! This hotel truly stands out by integrating kids/parents' needs into every single part of the design. The details made a huge difference: a LEGO play area right by our restaurant table, dedicated 'no adult zones' in the rooms, and fun in-room treasure hunts that kept the kids excited from the start. They even have a free-flow ice cream machine at breakfast, which was a massive hit! ​Beyond the hotel, having access to LEGOLAND Park is a huge perk, and I loved that every waiting area has something to keep children entertained. It truly feels like this place was designed by a parent who really 'gets it'. Why aren't all hotels like this?!
