We had a wonderful experience at LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai ❤️ The hotel is truly amazing for children and exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is full of fun, and every detail is designed around LEGO in a very creative way. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very enjoyable for kids. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade from the hotel management, which made our stay even more special. The activities inside the hotel were excellent, with daily games and entertainment that kept the children happy all the time. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the food was also excellent. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, it was a perfect family experience, and I highly recommend it for families with children 👌 Unfortunately, the parks were closed during our visit, but the hotel experience itself truly made up for it. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Magdy from the hotel management and also Mr. Yahya at the swimming pool for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service 🌟 It definitely won’t be our last visit ❤️

We had the best family overnight stay at LEGOLAND! From the moment we arrived, everything was fun, easy, and perfectly made for kids. The themed room was a huge hit, the activities kept the kids excited even after park hours, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Having the park so close made everything stress-free, and we truly felt like every detail was designed for families to enjoy together. My kid didn’t want to leave, and honestly… neither did we. Such a fun, memorable experience—we’ll definitely be back!”

We went to the Legoland Hotel for my son’s birthday. Overall, the experience was okay. When we booked the hotel, we already knew the park would be closed, but we expected at least all the swimming pools to be open. Unfortunately, only one very small pool was available, and it was extremely crowded and not very clean. I didn’t even get into the water because of that. The dinner was good. There wasn’t a huge variety of food, but the quality was good. The breakfast buffet was decent and reasonable, although it could definitely be improved. The bed was also very comfortable. When we arrived, a staff member named Mazen checked us in. He was very polite and respectful. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. I requested ice and a few other things several times, and they always responded quickly and kindly. Overall, the staff were great, but I honestly think closing almost all the swimming pools while everything else in Dubai is already open again — and saying it’s because of the war — feels more like an excuse. If safety were really the issue, why keep one pool open at all? It honestly feels more like a decision to reduce staff and operational costs.

Our stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai started with a very stressful and upsetting check-in experience. We traveled more than an hour with our children, only to be told that the digital Emirates ID from the official UAEICP government app was not valid — even though it is officially recognized in the UAE. What made the situation worse was the inconsistency in how guests were treated. Another guest without a physical ID was reportedly allowed to proceed by sending it via email, but we were denied the same consideration. We felt this was unfair and discriminatory. The situation escalated to the point that we had to contact the police for clarification. Only after the police spoke to the hotel and confirmed that the UAEICP digital ID is valid did the staff acknowledge it. By that time, I had already traveled back over an hour to retrieve the physical IDs. Instead of showing understanding, the reception team also suggested that we use only one room despite booking two, and implied that our children could not go up without physical IDs. This caused unnecessary panic and emotional distress for my family. To make matters worse, even the customer service email has been unresponsive. This makes me question why the staff behaved this way and whether proper training and management supervision are in place. While they later offered complimentary drinks and small gestures, the damage was already done. Proper staff training on UAE regulations and consistent guest treatment is clearly needed. Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel that promotes itself as family-friendly.

From the very first email, to the warm welcome upon our arrival at the hotel, and for always accommodating our requests with such thoughtfulness and care. Your hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help made our experience even more memorable and comfortable. The room was absolutely beautiful, and the creative workshops and activities prepared for the kids were fantastic. The girls enjoyed every moment and were full of joy throughout the visit. Thank you as well for bringing so much joy to the birthday celebration, the yummy cake and cookies! The beautiful memories created made the occasion even more meaningful and unforgettable for our family. Thank you for the outstanding service. We truly hope to visit again in the future!
