Our stay at the LEGO Hotel was absolutely amazing and perfect for kids! From the moment we arrived, everything was colorful, fun, and thoughtfully designed to keep children excited and engaged. The rooms were clean, spacious, and full of LEGO details that made our kids feel like they were in a dream world. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding support from the Duty Manager, Ahmed. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always checking in with a warm smile and resolving any requests quickly and efficiently. His genuine care for guests, especially families with kids, made a huge difference. The activities for children, the friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere were all top-notch. This hotel is a perfect choice for families, and thanks to Ahmed’s excellent service, our visit was truly memorable. Highly recommended for families looking for fun, comfort, and exceptional hospitality!

This is my second time staying at the Legoland Hotel, and once again, it was an amazing experience. It’s truly one of the safest and most enjoyable places for kids. One of the biggest advantages is having direct access to Dubai Parks—Legoland Theme Park, Water Park, and Motiongate … etc —so there’s always something exciting to do. The hotel also offers a wide variety of activities for children indoors, which makes the stay even more fun and convenient for families. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the team in the kids’ play area—they’re great with children and very attentive. Cleanliness: The hotel is spotless and smells wonderful throughout. Room Service: Outstanding! A special thank you to our room attendant, Mrs. Rakib He was extremely helpful, always checking if we needed anything, and provided truly exceptional service. Food: The one area that needs improvement is the food quality and variety. The flavors are lacking, and the fruit options are very limited and repeated daily. It would be great to see more variety and better seasoning in the meals. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!

I would like to commend the staff behind this hotel. They made my son the happiest on his birthday. Despite the misunderstanding and other concerns, they’ve sorted things out beyond our expectations. I would like to give a complementary feedback to Maryam from the reception. This lady handled all my concerns very professionally and friendly. She was so much nice with so much enthusiasm and efficiency for providing care and resolution to my concerns. Legoland Hotel needs staff or employees like her to make it more inviting to the kids and family guests. Special mention also to the filipino Chef from the restaurant, the lady in the gate reception from the restaurant (didn’t get her name), Dzemnwi, Mohammed (one of the managers in the hotel) for providing us satisfactory service during our stay. Indeed, these staff from Legoland Hotel made my son’s birthday memorable. Indeed, he is very happy with the experience, the playful and fun interiors of our room and the entire hotel. Every second he spends with Legoland is something that brings us joy and satisfaction. Thank you Legoland Hotel

I loved the hotel 🏨 it has so many details and make you really feels the vibes ✨️ 😍 it is family-friendly,where our kids had a lot of fun, we as adults also had a lot of fun 😁 there are free playing with Lego blocks everywhere. The room was awesome and I loved who they arranged the room so kids have their own space and us too 😊. It is a real adventure you must have .

We spent two wonderful days at Legoland Hotel Dubai, and everything was perfectly organized! Before coming, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but in reality, everything was amazing. 🎃 Legoland during Halloween is just magical! The atmosphere, decorations, and activities were fantastic. The water park was also great — very clean and fun for kids. My son is 120 cm tall and couldn’t go on just one slide (122 cm required), but he could enjoy all the others, including everything inside Legoland itself. 🏨 The hotel is not brand new, but it’s clean, comfortable, and completely designed for children — from the décor to the little treasure hunt in the room. Breakfast was very good, especially for a family hotel — lots of choice and fresh food. 💦 The main pool wasn’t working, but they compensated it with free access to the water park — such a nice gesture and a perfect solution! Overall, it’s an excellent place for a family stay. It’s officially 4 stars, but for kids’ happiness — it’s a full 10 out of 10! ❤️
