Rooms are well decorated and follow the lego theme really well. However, rooms are not very clean. The shower stinks and the room has a lingering damp smell and mouldy smell. The food at the Bricks restaurant is largely mass produced and its acceptable but nothing amazing. desserts however were fantastic. pool safety was brilliant with vigilant life guards rotated often to ensure they are not bored. safety of our kids was really commendable as there are so many child minders watching and they are really good with the kids too. I wish they paid the same level of attention to the cleanliness in the rooms specifically the bathrooms. there is also a really nasty smell outside. overall a great experience for kids but not really for parents who like things to be clean.

Our stay was amazing! We booked 3 nights with breakfast only through alMosafer. Since it was a 3-night stay, we got free access to the four nearby parks – Lego Theme Park, Lego Water Park, Motiongate, and Real Madrid World, which was a great deal. The hotel is kind of far from other attractions, so if you’re staying there, it’s best to stick to the nearby parks. There’s an outlet mall just 4 minutes away by car – it has some shops, restaurants, and cafés. The hotel itself was really nice, and the staff were super friendly. I especially want to thank the man in charge of the “Pick a Brick to Win” game – I think his name was Jihad. He was so kind and made us feel like we were the only guests there! There’s a daily schedule of kids’ activities at the hotel, but we didn’t try any since we were out at the parks most of the time. Right next to the hotel is an area called The Revere Island, with lots of restaurants and cafés – great for a walk if the weather’s nice. I took one star off because of the food. It wasn’t bad, just not great. The cheese and cornflakes weren’t the best quality, and there were no fresh juices either. Overall, I think it was good value for what we paid. My kids had a blast at the water park, the Lego Theme Park was amazing, and Motiongate was really fun too. We didn’t get a chance to visit Real Madrid World. I recommend this hotel for families with kids

I guess all moms agree that they have put a lot of effort to keep this hotel clean and they succeed.....no fingerprints no rancid smell no hair on the carpet.....the sheets and covers are also clean the bin in the toilette....i was amazed I mean these things are difficult to maintain clean with kids and they somehow managed it. Food including breakfast is average. The park access with the room is a complete win The rooms are well designed and can accomodate 3 kids and their parent I liked the layout. The staff are very friendly and well chosen for this job I hope they are well remunerated. Thia hotel is a must for people with kids even if they're not fan of lego they can still enjoy the vibrant colors

We had a really great stay for my 2 year old son's birthday. Staff are very friendly, hotel design is wonderful for little kids, rooms are fun and the lobby is just brilliant. The site is great and walking distance to all the parks. The food is so disappointing. We went half board and on the second day we left the resort to eat. Food is poor quality, tasteless and reheated produce. There's loads of variety but when it's so bad it doesn't really matter. Coffee at breakfast is undrinkable. The fresh fruit was lovely actually. The bakery selection was inedible. We checked out early to go have breakfast elsewhere. My son ate the breakfast but quality was really poor. Would not recommend staying for more than one night for this reason. Food aside, it's the most amazing fun place for little kids. Would absolutely come again but wouldn't do half-board or more than one night.

Best Family Hotel in the UAE This hotel absolutely blew us away! From fun-filled kids' workshops to direct access to the water park and creatively themed rooms, everything was thoughtfully designed with families in mind. We checked in early at 9 AM — while our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff gladly took our bags so we could head straight to the park. If you're staying for a day, you get to choose between LEGOLAND Park or the Water Park, and the best part is you can pick whichever day works best for you during your stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of surprises. One of the highlights was a treasure safe that kids can unlock by cracking a code — inside were LEGO gifts. Hotel guests also get their own private entrance to the parks, which makes everything smoother and faster. My 7-year-old nephew had the time of his life exploring everything, and even my 1-year-old nephew had a blast splashing around in the baby pool and shallow hotel pool. The water park itself was amazing. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive and firm when it came to safety, especially with kids trying to bend the rules on rides — something I really appreciated. We also got a 20% discount on food inside the water park, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and proactive throughout our stay. I absolutely recommend this hotel for families — it’s hands-down the best family-friendly getaway in the UAE!
