I appreciate the response Clausssy. I have actually made a booking for 2nd December, confirming my point that the hotel indeed remains to be a great option. The stay overall the hotel has been excellent for the most part. A real heaven for children from the room, to the lobby, Restaurant all the way to the park. Themed rooms, focus on children as well as quality of both dinner & breakfast buffets at Bricks Resturant has been great as well as the free access to the LEGOLAND theme park & Waterpark. In terms of improvement; the team need to improve their response times to emails (had to send two emails to get a response), the phone at times is never picked up & the overall level of “warmth” & “welcoming” by staff while indeed ok can be significantly improved with some more training. This applies to the staff managing the front desk, the team managing the park access on the other desk plus Bricks Resturant staff. However; staff at the valet, bellmen…etc. have been excellent. I’d definitely visit again yet really hopeful the hotel can keep improving.

We spent two wonderful days at Legoland Hotel Dubai, and everything was perfectly organized! Before coming, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but in reality, everything was amazing. 🎃 Legoland during Halloween is just magical! The atmosphere, decorations, and activities were fantastic. The water park was also great — very clean and fun for kids. My son is 120 cm tall and couldn’t go on just one slide (122 cm required), but he could enjoy all the others, including everything inside Legoland itself. 🏨 The hotel is not brand new, but it’s clean, comfortable, and completely designed for children — from the décor to the little treasure hunt in the room. Breakfast was very good, especially for a family hotel — lots of choice and fresh food. 💦 The main pool wasn’t working, but they compensated it with free access to the water park — such a nice gesture and a perfect solution! Overall, it’s an excellent place for a family stay. It’s officially 4 stars, but for kids’ happiness — it’s a full 10 out of 10! ❤️

The huge LEGO sculptures, colorful decorations, and interactive play areas make the hotel feel more like an attraction than just a place to sleep. Even adults can’t help but smile. Rooms: The rooms are very family-friendly and cleverly designed. Kids get their own sleeping area with bunk beds and a small TV, giving them a sense of independence and excitement. The decorations match the theme perfectly, and everything feels vibrant and fun. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for families with children. Activities for Kids: This is where the hotel really shines. There are play zones, LEGO bricks everywhere, treasure hunts, and daily activities that keep children entertained all day. Kids can build, explore, and even interact with the LEGO characters during meet-and-greets. It truly feels like a dream come true for children who love LEGO. Food & Dining: The themed restaurant offers a great buffet with plenty of options for both kids and adults. The dining area is lively and colorful, and the staff are very friendly. There are also little touches — like LEGO decorations and fun seating areas — that add to the experience. Location: Located right at Dubai Parks and Resorts, the hotel is perfect if you’re visiting LEGOLAND Theme Park, LEGOLAND Water Park, or Motiongate. You can walk or take a buggy, making it very convenient for families. Staying here makes the whole trip feel seamless because everything is close by. Service: The staff are warm, patient, and excellent with children. They make check-in fun, help with activities, and are always smiling. The energy in the hotel is positive and welcoming. Overall: LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai is one of the best family hotels in the UAE. It’s creative, exciting, and full of activities that make children feel special and engaged. If you’re visiting the parks or planning a family staycation, this hotel adds an extra layer of fun to your trip. Highly recommended for families who want a unique and unforgettable experience.

I would really thank Ahmed & Seif for their effort and professionalism. Once I entered the lobby I found almost more than 100 people trying to check-in I thought it will take ages but I found out myself finishing the check-in process in less than 10 minutes which was something very impressive specially within this time Ahmed & Seif managed to inform me all the activities in the hotel and all the information I need. It was a very good experience for us and our daughters they really enjoyed everything in the hotel, room, activities. I would really recommend it specially if you have kids they will enjoy it.

We had a wonderful family stay at Legoland Dubai Hotel! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant Lego-themed interiors made both kids and adults super excited. A special word of appreciation to the receptionist "ARIF" , who greeted us with a warm smile and ensured our check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Their friendly and professional attitude set the perfect tone for our stay. Small gestures like these truly make a big difference. The hotel is designed with so much creativity—every corner feels magical and full of surprises. The kids absolutely loved the treasure hunt in the room, bunk beds, and the play area—it kept them entertained throughout. Breakfast had a great variety, and the dining area was lively and kid-friendly. The best part was the easy access to Legoland Theme Park and Water Park, which made our trip even more enjoyable and hassle-free. A perfect destination for families with kids who love fun, adventure, and of course, Lego! We can’t wait to visit again and create more happy memories here.
