Excellent concept rooms perfectly designed for kid's entertainment, however the rooms were dusty, the phone smelled like it had never been cleaned. The food is way below average and not at all something we looked forward to after having one meal. The pool is excellent with fun vibes for kids. The hotel staff failed to inform us about the access from hotel to theme parks and we ended up driving all the way and paying 120 per day for valet due to the heat. All in all the stay was fun but food really needs improvement

This is one of the must visit hotels if your children loves Lego . There are 4 types of themed rooms which will occupy 5 or group of 8 people. The rooms are really good and neatly maintained. Starting from the reception area including the lobbies and rooms are all decorated with LEGO pictures, characters and themes. There are various small play areas for all age levels starting from infants, toddlers, kids and it’s being supervised by special caretakers. Here I would like to mention about the staffs Manisha and Selina, who were looking at the toddler play area slide and they were really taking good care of the babies when they were playing and conversing with them playfully. The hotel pool was also kid friendly and it has a small water splash area as well where children will enjoy really well. Also the food in both dinner and breakfast was quite good and I enjoyed most of them. Only thing that was quite annoying was while doing the check in, due to some customers it was taking too long and the crowd piled up and it took almost an hour for me to do the check in and collect the access card. Overall, it’s a very good stay worth the money.

The hotel is a fantastic option for kids with a clean, Lego-themed environment and close proximity to Lego City and the Lego Water Park. Each stay includes multiple park entries. Service is good but can be slow due to crowds, though the valet and reception staff are always welcoming. The hotel offers a kids club (early booking needed), open play areas, and a pool with evening DJ parties for kids. Breakfast is varied, the staff are friendly. Don’t miss making personalized Lego souvenirs—it’s a must-try experience.

We recently spent a night at the LEGOLAND Hotel in Dubai, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and an atmosphere full of excitement and creativity. My husband and I, along with our two kids, were immediately taken by the vibrant, LEGO-themed decor. The room was not only comfortable but also an endless source of fun for our children, who loved discovering all the hidden LEGO surprises. The highlight of our stay was the incredible service. Every member of the team was friendly and genuinely cared about making our experience special. Our kids were especially delighted by the staff who took the time to help them build LEGO creations. Their patience and enthusiasm made our children feel so special and engaged. The food was another standout aspect. Every meal was a culinary delight, with a variety of delicious options that catered to both adults and children. We were all impressed by the quality and taste. Overall, our stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai was one of the best experiences we’ve had as a family. Watching our kids’ faces light up with joy and excitement was priceless. We left with so many wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit.
