Teeraporn Suwanvidhu
It was a good stay, not excellent. Check-in was slow and the room wasn’t ready until 4pm. At least there are places to chill out whilst waiting. The front desk staffs were polite and helpful. Housekeeping service was top notch. The beach is private and beautiful at sunset. Gym is well equipped and open 24hrs. Steam room and sauna are located within the gym’s shower room. Free WiFi is fast and stable. Avoid having breakfast at peak hours, 8am onwards. The breakfast queuing system was a failure. I was guided to my table and right after I turned my back from the table to get breakfast, someone came and took my table. Unfortunately, it was another staff who gave the other guest my table as he thought the table wasn’t taken yet. Some guests walked in without getting the queue from the staff and finding their own table. Clearly a lack communication between the staffs at the reception point and the ones who work inside the breakfast area. Apart from this down side, and by getting early breakfast at around 7am for the rest of my stay, the breakfast itself was good variety. Gluten free and soy milk alternative are available on request.

Visited in June 2024 for 3 days and opted for a room on the ground floor with a pool connected to the balcony of our room. Room was big enough for our family of 3 with a king-sized bed. The resort is about 20 min by car from Phuket airport which makes it rather accessible. There is a kids club within the resort and you can drop off your children while the adults kick back and relax. There is a beach and the resort organizes activities such as archery and ball games there. Staff is professional and friendly. Totally no problem conversing in English. While the resort is near to the airport, you would have to drive quite a distance to malls and townships. Free parking within the resort if you did rent a car during your stay. If you are looking to stay within a resort and not venture out for action outside its a recommended stay.

The hotel has a beautiful beach view from the room. But the hotel's service is not up to the mark. I was one hour before closing for the breakfast, and they were not allowing us, stating that no seating was available. When I checked inside, plenty was available, but when I questioned, they let I was us in. Body wash missing in the bathroom. AC is not functioning well. Overall, I will not come back again.

Positive points are below: - The beach is great, sand is really smooth. - Most of the staff are kind and nice. - Room service restaurant offers tasty food. - there are many lifeguards on the beach. The negative points that I see could be improved are below: - The working hours of taxi service at the hotel, which means that after 10:00 PM it’s really difficult to find transportation. - The room cleaning service is too bad, they leave the same towels, food stays for days! And you have to tell them what to do 10 times. - Most of the staff don’t speak english, which makes the easiest things difficult to achieve. - We asked for a beach view room, and they provided a partial view room. - The breakfast options could be improved as well.

I had a very comfortable stay in the garden view room. Private beach, very clean. Highly recommended for families with kids. Majority are foreign tourists. This resort has many activities - tennis courts, mini golf, archery, etc., but I took a free Abs workout class with Coach Ek at the Fitness Center who kindly shared his knowledge and made a challenging class enjoyable! Breakfast was good but the resort is big, so can be quite crowded. Do go early! A variety of restaurants (Italian, Japanese, Thai) and little shops on site made it fun to roam around and feel less lonely as a solo traveler. Not as many grilled seafood options as I would have hoped on a trip to the beach but perhaps that’s because I didn’t try the beachside restaurant (it closes a bit earlier). Great service from reservation sales agent, front desk to restaurant staff.
