The reason for my 3 stars is the price. I don't think that this resort is on that bracket.
Good:
The place is nice and clean. It has a private beach, and I think this is why it has that price.
The B buffet is one of the best that I have had. 10 stars to the B buffet.
We practised archery and did the free dive introduction, which was very good.
Not so good:
However, the building lacks design, it is average and not charming. It feels like an old school resort, nothing to take your breath, nothing impressive, nor amussing. Plain white walls, standard plain features (lamps, lights, plant pots, etc) all plain. For that price bracket, I am used to a theme welcoming and a charming breathtaking building.
It is located off the road, very private. However, this can be inconvenient if you are a walker. as the road to town can be dangerous you will have to depend on cabs.
I feel like the price is 1/3 too much. Which I personally wouldn't justify for a private beach.

This hotel services is excellent. The room is okay but it has balcony with a nice view. The food is delicious with less variety for the western food but the Thai food is delicious. I love the beach and the bar here. They have a lot facilities like children pool, children activities, gym, pool, billiard, etc. Every staff here is helpful and very nice.

Lovely hotel resort with it's own private beach. You feel like in another private destination away from the hustle bustle of other resorts located next to each other. It has all the amenities that you need. A enormous pool greets you and it that is not enough, the large sandy beach awaits. Service is great although sometimes it needs to be a bit more attentive in the restaurants.

Service is top class.
Friendly staff.
Private beach.
Foods and beverages are awesome.
Breakfast is amazing.
Calm and quiet area as it’s a bit far from the main town.
Bit old building but maintained very well.
We enjoyed our stay.

Not worth the money. Some hotels are after your experience, this one is only after your money...
I asked for an extra bed in the check in. They insisted on charging an extra fee. It doesn't matter if I'm right or wrong (I was right). I spent 8,000 dollars on this hotel and found myself arguing on 200 dollars on check in. Disappointing!!
Staff knocking on your door to check the minibar in the middle of the day (in addition to the cleaning service. Why?)
Staff running after me at breakfast to check in while simply returning with the child from the restroom. Nothing personal here...
Great hotels are not just having the biggest pool or gym. It's all about the service.
You can do better with your money. I'm sure.
