I have stayed at Le Meridien multiple times this year (8–9 April, 21–22 April, 6–7 May, 20–21 May and 27–28 May), and I can confidently say that the hospitality here has been consistently excellent. The service is truly top notch. Not only do the staff recognize returning guests, but they also treat everyone equally and warmly, regardless of appearance. I usually dress very casually in a T-shirt, shorts, and often without makeup, especially when I am rushing to check in before heading out again. Yet, I have always felt welcomed and respected. One memorable incident this year was when I misplaced my parking ticket. I was convinced that I had never taken it from the machine. Ms Shirley (I hope I spell her name right) kindly assisted by checking the CCTV footage and confirmed that I had actually taken the ticket. To my embarrassment, I later found it sitting on my dashboard after 3 different time searching in my car! Looking back, it was both embarrassing and funny, and I was touched that Ms Shirley remembered me afterwards. I truly appreciate how she approaches every guest with kindness and professionalism. Another experience that stood out was during breakfast. Breakfast service ends at 10:30 am, and during my last stay, my family only came down around 10:15 am when the staff had already started clearing up. Despite that, no one rushed us to finish quickly. One of the staff members even kindly offered another donut to my child after the last piece accidentally fell onto the floor. Overall, I genuinely love the hospitality and warmth shown by the team at Le Meridien. Their consistent service is one of the reasons I keep returning, and I am already looking forward to my next stay.

The service was truly impeccable, and the staff were incredibly attentive. They take great care of their guests with genuine warmth and professionalism. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and beautifully managed. The atmosphere was elegant, peaceful, and luxurious. Le Méridien exceeded my expectations in every way. I had an excellent experience at the hotel’s buffet restaurant on the first floor, and much of the credit goes to Roger, the manager. His leadership is evident in every aspect of the operation. The restaurant runs seamlessly, even during busy hours, and the staff remain consistently attentive and well-coordinated. Really enjoyed staying here while visiting Kota Kinabalu. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main shopping malls and restaurants. The pool was a decent size, and the rooftop bar was really nice as well. The buffet style breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. Staff were always friendly and willing to help. We had a couple of issues with the room, however once we notified the staff, they were quick to attend to our concerns and resolve these matters.

We had a wonderful Anniversary Celebration Holiday at the hotel. What made our stay memorable was the out-of-the-box service approach by the staff. Every team member is ready to go the extra mile with smile. to . The F&B team was extremely responsive and thoughtful, especially in accommodating our dietary preferences. As a vegan, I was pleasantly surprised when they arranged an excellent Almond Milk Tea’ The team was also supportive in helping my husband with the anniversary celebration preparations😍 A very special thanks to Mohammed Saiful and the BF Operations Manager for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. Lighting & storage in the room could be bette though.

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was quite old but it was along the coastal line of KK. Chose the sea view room so that I can see the sunset! And it was really nice. The room was also spacious and clean. Checking in and out was also done swiftly. So glad they allowed me to check in around 12 plus pm. The common area was quite old as you can see, low ceiling and looked really eerie. But overall, everything was great!
