Everything was nearly perfect. I don't have any issues with the smell of fish so I give full stars but I understand some people might not like it. The staff was very friendly. A room with access to the club lounge is recommended as there are cocktails in the evening and some snacks during the day and good breakfast available (all included with the club access). If breakfast is very important for you, you could opt-in for the full breakfast on level 2. For us the lounge breakfast was enough and good selection. The Fitness Studio is ok and the pool is nice. The rooftop bar provides a great view on the sunset.

Pictures are sunset at the lounge. You can also get the same (or better view) from the sunset bar on the rooftop.
I am a bonvoy platinum member and was given a great room upgrade. Up grades seemed available because it's slow season.
The service is very good with English and Chinese spoken by almost all staff.

This is a good hotel. The staff are all very attentive and friendly.
The room was very comfy and we had a nice view of the sea.
The club lounge is excellent, with lots of food and drinks options and it's own team of dedicated staff.
The gym is excellent and there is a nice pool area.
The location is the only drawback. Everything inside the hotel is nice, but outside is the fish market, which smells bad, really bad. This also means that the pool area, which overlooks the fish market also smells bad.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Great experience, spacious and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff and the hotel is located in the middle of city where we can just walk to restaurants and shopping Mall. Most important, seafood market is right opposite the hotel.
Nice rooftop, can go up for great sunset view. We love our stay here. ♥️

Great location - a sea view room is a must. The rooftop bar is also a must, especially at sunset. Fantastic views and friendly staff. We had access to the club lounge but soon realised that the rooftop was so much better. The cocktail period at the lounge was full of children with a bit of a bun fight for the buffet. We enjoyed breakfast there but the rooftop was so much better in the evening.
