I would like to sincerely commend Roger, the manager of the hotel’s first-floor buffet restaurant, for his outstanding professionalism and leadership. From the moment we arrived, he ensured that every detail was handled with care and efficiency. The service was exceptionally well-organized, the staff were attentive and courteous, and the overall dining atmosphere was warm yet refined. Roger’s presence was clearly reflected in the smooth operation and high standards maintained throughout the restaurant. His ability to anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly made the experience truly memorable. It is rare to encounter such dedicated and capable management, and he is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the hotel.

I had just given birth a few weeks earlier and was dealing with a prolapsed disc complication, which made it difficult for me to walk and stand properly. During my visit, all the staff on duty were incredibly helpful and took really good care of me.
