Come and book a club room here Regina and the rest of t he team will treat you like royalty. All the staff are highly trained professionals and friendly. The room is generous and the bed extremely comfortable. The sunset view from the club lounge is spectacular. Enjoy the sunset will having cocktails made and brought to your table eating seriously good food. Regina has an incredible memory and if you visit again she will bring you your favourite tipple. We have been made to feel very welcome like valued guests each stay. We are already planning our return trip.

Yes, it is probably among the best hotels downtown Kota Kinabalu. A 5 star yes. But if you consider spending your holidays there, no. The downtown of Kota Kinabalu has no interest and is quite dirty. Prefer Gaya Island or nearer the mountains. Besides, the airport landing path is right in front of the coastline, an airplane flies through every 15 to 20 minutes. Rooms are quite sound proof, the airplane wasn't too much of a problem, only at the swimming pool outside. The hotel is quite comfortable, clean, has nice service, and nice rooms. But it doesn't change the fact that the outside is dirty everywhere. The building looks really ugly from the outside. It is not somewhere to relax, as you get the reminder each time you walk in or out. The swimming pool deck chairs, the cushions are all stained which makes it feel a bit dirty. Maybe it'd be wise to invest in new cushions that don't get stained due to water or sunscreen. Great for a one-night stop in and out of Malaysia at the airport or for business.

Very nice stay. The room is nice. The hotel makes great efforts to offer nice food options: breakfast buffet is very good, Italian dinner is good too, there is also a Malaysian buffet, and don't miss out the Afternoon Tea because it is very cute. The swimming pool and gym are specious. Lovely staff. The rooftop bar has a sea view and live music, highly recommended for romantic sunset date. Do compare prices for excursions because their travel desk was more expensive for what I wanted to do. The only thing to avoid is the laundry service. Across the street, the price is 10 times cheaper.

Hotel Review: Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu Room Spacious and well-appointed. It includes a comfortable sofa, a bathtub, and an iron—ideal for both business and leisure travelers. There are ample charging ports throughout the room, making it easy to stay connected. The lighting is bright and welcoming. Notable sustainability features include refillable shampoo dispensers and glass water bottles. However, there was no body lotion provided, which some guests may miss. Facilities • Gym: Decent selection of equipment—enough for a solid workout, though not fully equipped for advanced routines. • Pool: Large and offers a great view, perfect for a relaxing swim. • Spa: Massage services are available at an additional cost. • Sauna: Located in the shower/changing area, a nice bonus for post-workout relaxation. Buffet The breakfast buffet offers a generous spread with a good balance of Malaysian favorites and Western dishes. Quality and variety are both commendable. Price Rates start at around 500 MYR per night, inclusive of breakfast—a fair price considering the amenities and overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Le Meridien KK. Its location opposite the waterfront is what we definitely wanted. Not only does the hotel offer great views of the city and waterfront but tremendous views of planes on their final approach to KK. A winner for us especially from the Club Lounge and rooftop bar. The rooms and facilities were great and the food for breakfast had everything you could want. Both western and Asian food was available and the staff looked after you really well. We were lucky to have a club room and had an amazing time in the Club lounge. The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming which made our stay even better. We would like to thank Nizar, Regina, Christiana, Angela, Laurian, Reazie and Malcolm for their hospitality and excellent customer service. To Rizan thank you for helping us when our flights were canceled and we had to reschedule for another day. Meeting you and Suresh your GM, was a pleasure. Please thank Nova at reception for sorting out our rescheduling. We celebrated a special birthday at Favola and had a wonderful dinner together. The food was great and the service felt like we were family. We recommend anyone having a special occasion to come celebrate at this restaurant. The staff here definitely made our stay memorable.
