I spent a week at this beautiful place, and it was such a memorable experience. I absolutely loved the pool, it’s huge and offers stunning scenic views, especially during sunrise and sunset. I didn’t swim in the ocean, mainly because of concerns about stinging sea creatures, and the sand was a bit rough, not as soft as I expected. Fortunately, there are several nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which gave me the chance to try different cuisines beyond what was offered at the hotel itself. The local food was delicious, and it added a fun variety to my stay. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff made everything feel easy and welcoming. It was a perfect getaway, and I already miss it. I’d definitely love to return someday!

Our stay started with a minor inconvenience - there was some mold in the bathroom of our first room, which was especially concerning for me due to allergies. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved right away, but thanks to the involvement of Boris, the shift supervisor, we were soon relocated to a room in the newer building. The difference was significant: the new room was fresh, clean, and very comfortable. Boris deserves special mention - his professionalism, attentiveness, and sincere desire to help made all the difference. It’s thanks to him that we chose to continue our stay rather than leave early, and we’re really glad we did. While the sea during this season isn’t ideal for swimming, the hotel has a very nice pool, and there were very few guests, which made the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. There’s also a small fitness room - basic, with only one bench, which might not be enough if you’re training with someone else, but it’s still a great addition and we appreciated having it. All in all, what began as a disappointing experience turned into a lovely and restful stay. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend booking a room in the newer part of the hotel for a more enjoyable experience.

Was it the best hotel ever? No, was it ok? Yes. We moved rooms (from block 4 to block 1) which made a huge difference. But the rooms are tired and the building in general needs alot of repair. Gardens and pools are in much better shape. Made me nervous that there was no gate between the room and the pool, luckily we have a kid who listens! Frustrating when we arrived and sofa bed wasn’t made and then when we moved rooms again wasn’t made. Kids club is very small and a heavy reliance on computer games, but I do acknowledge how hard the girls work and were very attentive to my daughter (we didn’t leave her unattended in kids club) and offered her some fun creative activities. All the kids club ‘teachers’ were warm and caring. She loved the kids yoga and the morning creative session after breakfast was fab! Treasure hunt was also a great success. A refresh of the toys in the room is desperately needed. Breakfast is pretty good. Lots of really good Thai and Chinese options. Egg station very slow. Often opted for the scrambled eggs but these were often cold. Coffee very hit or miss. On the whole food was pretty good, service was average. Missed opportunities to wow and go the extra mile. Simple things like kids cutlery, kids colouring and just generally interacting with our daughter would have gone a long way to making meal times a bit more pleasant. Shout out to Gift at breakfast who was really the only one who made an effort. Great array of adult activities, good happy hours and local eats next door for a change of scenery. Beach is beautiful. Lovely sunsets. So to sum up7/10. Some upkeep on the venue and a little more sparkle from the team to make it a 10. Would recommend for families for sure. Probably not ideal if you don’t have or don’t like little people 😄

We spent 2 weeks of our holidays in this beautiful hotel. We liked everything! The hotel itself is so comfortable, with green territory inside and outside, 3 swimming pools, GYM, SPA, kids' room, bike rental, Pizza restaurant, Grill bar and restaurant, Pool bar, Beach bar. Very tasty breakfasts: different meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, potatoes, rice, soups,pastry and so on(we ordered only breakfast). Very friendly and kind staff. A special thanks to the maid Anna. Her smile always made us happy. And so beautiful animals Ann made from the towels! 🌹 We really enjoyed our room with a pool view. There was an amazing bathroom, high-quality cosmetics. Our bed and mattress were so comfortable and airy as you were soaring in the sky. Several times a week there is a free transfer from the hotel to Khao Lak and back. The atmosphere in the hotel is so pleasant, quiet, calm. We had an unforgettable time in this paradise corner of our planet. And we will remember our vacation for a long time. And if we ever have got an opportunity to visit Khao Lak again, we will definitely choose Le Meridien Khao Lak Resort and Spa ❤️

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here in the best way possible. For the lower price we paid compared to other Marriott Bonvoy properties, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it has been one of the best bang for buck stays for us out of all the Bonvoy properties we've stayed at. Big shout out to Chef James for making the culinary experience second to none, making it one of our favorite parts of the stay. The lamb rogan josh and fresh oyster dishes were some of our favorites from our stay. Chef James also went out of his way to make us some special dishes off menu. Petition to add Mango Crudo and the Maine style rock lobster sandwich onto the main menu! Additionally, we would like to also thank Khun Kath from the front desk, Khun Yaya from the Beach grill and Khun Ake, the DJ at Coconut Jo's for making the stay even better. We went during the Thai Songkran holiday and there was a lot of activities and shows for guests to enjoy with the theme of the Thai new year culture, adding to the fun stay for all age groups. The spa experience at the hotel was also great, with great masseuses and the also worth the price. Right next to the hotel are also massage spots and restaurants. However, a short 2km walk/jog/bike ride away from the hotel is the Bangsak beach which also has food + coffee trucks and some cafes on a very nice side of the beach to relax as well. We'll definitely be back!
