The staff throughout this resort particularly in the buffet and pizzeria were so professional and welcoming and friendly. The ladies on the tour desk were great and helped us design some brilliant tours which we will remember for a long time! Though the resort was away from the hustle and bustle the resort showed us how easy it was to get access to everything and we ended up loving that we were able to escape from the crazy when we wanted to and step back into it when we wished. Had a food and bev package which was brilliant.

The best thing about this hotel was the spacious, clean, nicely decorated room. And the fantastic deep massage in the SPA area. The beach is poor, however, nice view from it. The breakfast was terrible. Especially the coffee! One coffee machine for all the guests, long queue, not practical. The Italian restaurant, also poor. The best meal I had there was the Tom Yum soup. The service was very good. I just do not recommend it for long family stays. Also the decor of the hotel corridors, reminded me of the prison design. Not that I know how the prisons looks like ;-) It is just an impression. The hotel is good for couple of nights only.

We had such a good time here! The service was genuinely amazing. They were so welcoming and really make you feel special. The rooms are clean and a decent size but can get quite damp so they need to get dehumidifiers. Food is nice here and I recommend getting the full board package with drinks. The non alcoholic drinks such as the juices and mocktails were really good quality. The beach is nice but not amazing. So if you’re travelling just for the beach then keep this in mind. The resort overall is extremely relaxing and you feel very zen. The spa is very good value and the girls are extremely skilled. Overall I really recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

It was a fantastic experience. Among all the places I've visited, the condition of the resort was top-notch. I highly recommend going with the all-inclusive option, which covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. What I want to praise the most is the staff's friendliness. The downside is its distance from the airport, but the hospitality of the staff, along with the dining and pool facilities, are significant advantages. Thank you for creating such memorable memories. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Sunny, Pao, Sal, and Jack, who gifted us with fantastic photos.

I have a good experience here. Big room, Clean and Comfortable bed. Unfortunately the beach should be cleaner there are a lot of shells and corals on the beach. The very good impression when the sunset you can see the beautiful sunset from the beach at the hotel.
