    The hotel in itself is a true pearl — tastefully designed, offering exceptional food and a superb spa zone that invites complete relaxation. The facilities are without doubt of high standard and deliver a luxurious experience. Great for a real escape! However, despite the setting, the personal touch that defines true hospitality was missing. The golden rule of hospitality — making guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued — was unfortunately not upheld by the staff. While efficient, the team lacked warmth, attentiveness, and the sincere engagement that turns a good stay into a memorable one. In short: a stunning property with excellent amenities, but service that could benefit from more heart.

    We loved our stay at Le Jadis. The hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. You can even hear the birds sing at the beach. It’s not like one of these big resorts that are so busy you cannot relax. Here it feels very luxurious and exclusive. The staff is also very kind and helpful. We stayed at the beachfront luxury pool suite and it was the best hotel room I ever stayed on. It’s huge and has all the amenities you could wish for.
    RUSTY
    The place Le Jadis looks nice, and some of the staff appear professional. However, I can't give this place a glowing review for two main reasons. First, we rented a beachfront villa with a pool inside the bedroom, hoping to enjoy a peaceful babymoon with my partner. Upon arrival, we complained about the loud noise from the pool heating systems, which was clearly audible even with the bedroom doors closed. We were told this was "normal." After two days and being woken up at 4 AM by an intense noise (see attached video), they eventually agreed to turn off the motors at night from 11 PM to 8 AM, with nothing more than a poor "sorry for the inconvenience." Second, I had dinner at their restaurant. The food is nowhere near five-star quality, and I know what I'm talking about, having experienced many true five-star establishments. On the second-to-last day, I fell sick after dinner, and my condition has only worsened since. Test results confirmed I caught a parasite typically found in animal waste or rotting organic matter. Le Jadis may look beautiful on the surface, but the service and standards are far from what you'd expect from a five-star resort more like a three-star at best.

    Having travelled across the world, i can bet this is one of the most coziest properties. Fantastic staff, incredible rooms- most important of all- food. Starting with the chefs at the breakfast to your romantic dinners- they have top notch everything.
