    This was a beautiful trip and the hotel was amazing, the majority of the staff were so incredibly attentive and always ready to help in whatever way they could. A special shout out to Pranaw and the bar staff for keeping us entertained and all the wonderful wait staff and chefs who always made sure we enjoyed our meals! The room was incredible, the bed was super big and the mini bar was restocked daily with premium snacks and drinks. The beach was very quiet but also calm and the wildlife you can see at this hotel is beautiful, so many birds, crabs, flying fish, dolphins etc The water sports were pretty much all included and they were a lot of fun, my husband tried out sailing a bunch of times and we always felt well taken care of, if we were stuck the beach team would come out on a boat to give us advice. The food was incredible, it really made the trip extra luxurious. The only few things I didn't like were that the maintenance staff were cutting down birds nests that had baby birds inside, keep in mind these are beautiful, small, tropical birds. On my birthday I walked out of our room to see them stood around a baby bird that they had let fall out of its nest and writhe around on the floor, whilst they all laughed. That really upset me and I asked them to at least help it back into a safe place and one man picked it up by its wing and put it in a bush. I would expect the treatment of the wildlife to be 5 star too at a 5 star resort. Also, if you are staying for more than one week the food can become very repetitive, especially if you don't eat meat. I'd really like to see them rotate different menus each week. The pool in our room was never heated for the first week of our stay and we had to repeatedly go to reception and ask them to fix it. But those issues aside, it was a really enjoyable, peaceful stay and I would recommend making use of the spa as the massages were incredible!

    We had a wonderful stay at Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The resort feels elegant without being pretentious, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The beachfront setting is beautiful, and the resort offers a calm and private experience away from crowded tourist areas. I especially appreciated the relaxing vibe throughout the property. We did encounter a few issues during our stay, but I would like to especially thank the manager, who was very understanding, professional, and genuinely committed to resolving any concerns. His support and cooperation made a positive difference to our experience. A great choice for travelers looking for tranquility, comfort, and a more intimate luxury experience in Mauritius. Highly recommended.

    While Le Jadis markets itself as a 5-star luxury resort, the actual experience on the ground falls short of that standard. The facilities here are fairly minimal for a resort of this supposed caliber. If you enjoy relaxing by the beach with a drink, be prepared to get it yourself, there is absolutely no food or beverage service provided to the beach area. Getting assistance from the staff is an uphill battle; the majority of the team seems content to sit around the reception area all day rather than actively hosting or attending to guests throughout the property. The most frustrating part of our stay, however, has been the hotel's completely unprofessional handling of our accounts. During our stay, we opted out of several pre-paid additions. We discussed this directly with management, who formally agreed to a partial refund. Upon check-out, the front desk confirmed the refund was being processed, and the hotel even sent us a follow-up email explicitly stating we would receive our money back. It has now been almost two months. We have received absolutely nothing. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous follow-up calls, the hotel is now completely ignoring us. It is incredibly disheartening to see a luxury resort ghosting its guests over an agreed upon financial refund. This is absolutely not the level of service or integrity I would expect from a 5-star establishment. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect reliability, attentiveness, and basic professional courtesy.

    We had such a wonderful family weekend stay at the hotel, with family and friends. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The staff were incredibly warm and caring, the food was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming, making it a truly special getaway and the amenities were excellent. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. Definitely a place we would love to come back to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Mauritius.

    It is my 4th time at Le Jadis and I HAD to delete my old review to post a new one. Every time we've cone to Le Jadis, it has nothing but improved. The food was excellent, the staff was amazing especially the waiters at sylea always accommodating our requests for food order and Oulina at the reception was very friendly. The pool in the room was always heated to the perfect temperature to swim and the room it self was amazing with lots of space. The spa hydrotherapy and sauna was amazing. Very relaxing, clean and quite luxury hotel. It is definitely worth your while and price. The hotel is amazing although it has some little tiny mishaps, namely: 1. In the parts of the resort, the wifi is atrocious and can be slow in room. 2. Location is a bit secluded and beach is not swimmer friendly with murky water and rocks and algea, though the resort provides a pool with real sand to swim. 3. Birds making a mess on the terrace and pool with droppings and leafs, but cleaners always clean it up everyday. 4. Since the main restaurant is a la carte, if youre staying more than 3 days it may be hard to order food as menu stays the same. It would be nice to need a changing menu every 2 days at most to provide new choices. 5. Room may feel a little dark at times during the night and the lamp by the door was wobbly. Overall an amazing experience. Will definitely come back
