If you want an exclusive peaceful experience just come here. The rooms are enormous and it's set up for snoozing away your time on a comfy pool/ beach lounger but also popping out for a snorkel or kayaking round the bay. Staff go out of their way to be accommodating and they do a lovely bubble bath turn down.

I recommend this hotel for honeymooners a lot. Everyone is so nice specially Zahra she provide exceptional service with always a smile. Also Dylan nice. I really enjoyed the sunset from my suite view also. The food also was nice specially the seafood.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this charming, quiet hotel. The rooms are absolutely stunning, and the pool is simply awesome - a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was memorable. We also enjoyed the excellent on-site massages, which were perfectly relaxing. The food was delightful, perfectly complementing the overall experience.

We were going to celebrate our anniversary here as a couple, having booked in advance both on the phone and email to confirm we were looking forward to having a nice evening. Once we arrived it seemed that our reservation had not been communicated properly to the guard at the entrance, as he had to make some calls. After around 5 minutes we were allowed to enter. Then we were shown to the restaurant and informed the dinner starts at 19, so we could wait at the bar or to take a look around. We decided to look around for a bit, and walked around on the beach where we were supposed to have the dinner. Once it was past 19 and there was no sign of lights being lit or that our table was ready we went back to the restaurant and checked. Then we were told to sit down for a bit and we would be given the menus, this did not happen and after waiting 20 minutes for the menu I asked again and we got the menu. After making our choice we were walked to the tables and the candles were lit. After a bit our waiter came with another light and asked if we would like to have some water. Then we sat for 40 minutes waiting for our starter, with nothing arriving I once again walked to the restaurant to ask what was going on. When the waiter was informed he replied that he had just put bread on our table. I informed them that this was a big night for us and that we are quite disappointed so far. It was really disappointing and did not meet our expectations at all. Eventually we got our starter and our main course which had an ok taste. Considering the price it was definitely not worth it. And we left with a feeling of being very low priority guests the entire evening. We are also disappointed that the staff did not attempt or show any action to try and make things right. Around 10 in the evening we finally got our desert, after asking for at as we were going to wake up early the next morning. In addition to that a lot of the dinner there was noise from some youth singing outside of their accommodation, which didn’t particularly help in creating a pleasant evening. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this hotel and their restaurant. However, I do appreciate Nasser taking my feedback seriously it just looked like there was to much to do for him to be able to handle the situation properly.

I recently was at the Jadis Hotel to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The romantic view was perfect, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, always with a smile on their faces. The food was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. The F&B Manager, Mr. Nasser, did an excellent job organizing everything with his team. He was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Hats off to him and his team for their outstanding service. Thank you so much for making this moment truly special. I highly recommend the Jadis Hotel!
