Sunshine Guarantee

Layana Resort & Spa has introduced their "Sunshine Guarantee", whereby the resort will make a gesture of goodwill for every full day of rain.

If it rains continuously between the hours of 10:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs, customers will be entitled to Resort Credit to the value of THB 1,000 per room, per day. Guests will be notified every day at 17:00 hrs, if the day has qualified for the resort credit refund.

The credit must be spent in the resort during your stay and may not be redeemed for cash. The "Sunshine Guarantee" promotion is available from May until September

Layana has been a great experience for us.. we chose to have our wedding at this resort and kudos to the team for making this day so special and memorable… everything was as we hoped for.. the rooms were spacious, clean and had an amazing view.. the food was delicious and the best part were the staff and how friendly they were… the wedding package had spa massages included which were very relaxing and very professional. Our families had a great time and we are very happy that we chose this property for our wedding..😇

Found this resort with a beautiful villa steps away from the beach. It was a beautiful resort, quietly tucked away from the town. The staff were absolutely amazing and attentive to every need. Franke was superb and provided wonderful recommendations. The front desk was polite and Layla was an amazing host. The spa was fantastic. We will definitely return to Thailand and to this resort in the future!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars! We have just spent 7 days at Layana (at the end of July/start of August - we may have just been lucky, but the weather was sunny and hot throughout with just a couple of showers in the day and storms at night. Did not interfere with our days at all and it was lovely and quiet), and I felt really sad to leave! We planned on doing some day trips and going around the Island but we loved Layana so much we just didn't want to do anything but enjoy our time there! We were welcomed by Franck and the team and went straight to the white night party on the beach front, and had a really nice dinner at the restaurant. Our room was decorated nicely to celebrate our honeymoon and we were given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. The rest of our time was spent by the pool, enjoying happy hour in the evenings to watch the sunsets and lazing around on our lovely terrace. We had a small issue with our room, and the team sorted it out very quickly. Franck was incredibly responsive to any requests we had. Additionally, I am a pain in terms of dietary requirements (gluten and lactose free) but the kitchen staff accommodated me wonderfully and I never felt like a nuisance. Breakfast was great, with lots of choice available. We had the Thai set menu on Tuesday which was accompanied by Thai dancing and music, and even then the chef came out to speak to me and personally told me he would alter the menu for me. And it was delicious! There are lots of restaurants nearby, so if you want to go out for lunch/dinner, there is lots of choice. We feel totally relaxed after a busy few weeks of travelling and cannot thank the staff enough for everything. They were so personable, and we felt really looked after. You can see the pride that Franck and the team take in running this beautiful hotel, and we loved our time here. Thank you.

5/5 stars. Stayed at this fantastic place while hotel hopping across Koh Lanta. It offers a very relaxing and inviting environment, with friendly and kind staff, a lovely restaurant and bar, two pools (one saltwater, one freshwater) and a jacuzzi. It's right next to a clean and relatively uncrowded stretch of beach offering stunning sunsets. One could honestly stay here forever. We took a garden view room and had a friendly cat for company late at night. Would highly recommend to anyone and will certainly be coming back here.

A Dream Stay - Yet Again - We Have been returning to this hotel for years, and once again, our Stay was nothing short of a dream. Everything was simply perfect - from impeccable service to delightful breakfast, the outstandind restaurant and the beautiful ambiance. The pool and beach lounging areas are kept in prostine condition making relaxation effortless. The entire hotel grounds are flawlessly maintained and the rooms recently renovated offer absolute comfort and elegance. A heartfelt thank you the team for making our stay so wonderful.
