Sunshine Guarantee

Layana Resort & Spa has introduced their "Sunshine Guarantee", whereby the resort will make a gesture of goodwill for every full day of rain.

If it rains continuously between the hours of 10:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs, customers will be entitled to Resort Credit to the value of THB 1,000 per room, per day. Guests will be notified every day at 17:00 hrs, if the day has qualified for the resort credit refund.

The credit must be spent in the resort during your stay and may not be redeemed for cash. The "Sunshine Guarantee" promotion is available from May until September

We stayed 4 nights at Layana and it was one of the highlights of our time in Thailand. From the moment we were picked up from the airport, we entered a sanctuary of relaxation. The grounds themselves are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and make the extra effort to make you feel comfortable. Our room was also spacious and clean. During our stay, we also went on one of the snorkeling excursions offered by the hotel. The experience was 10/10, from the professionalism of the staff to the beautiful lunch on the beach. The hotel breakfast was delicious (especially the "egg dish of the day"). We also dined at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The food was always yummy and service was attentive. We also wanted to give a shoutout to the hotel managed, Franck. He was very friendly and it was clear that he went the extra mile to make the guests' time at Layana memorable. Thank you to the entire Layana team for eveything!

We absolutely LOVED Layana. What a GREAT experience! The staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are VERY spacious and clean. The shuttle service is very professional, and the food is amazing. We really felt like we were in paradise at Layana. I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Koh Lanta and wants to have a five-star hotel experience! From our entire trip through Thailand, I would say that Layana was my favorite resort of all.

Idyllic resort. We had an enjoyable time lounging at Layana located on an island in Krabi. Room was cosy, clean and comfortable. Resort grounds were beautiful and well-kept, offering tranquil vibes. Service was warm and attentive. We soaked in the pool and watched sunset by the beach. Caught our own dinner and the beach restaurant made it in a few ways for us. Outside the resort, there is a small market nearby to buy fruits. Eateries nearby and further from resort served delicious local cuisine.

We had the most incredible stay at Layana Resort & Spa ! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with exceptional service theoughout the who stay. The resort is stunning with landscaped gardens, a peaceful beachfront, and luxurious rooms. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was amazing and the food was another highlight, we loved all the breakfast options. It was the perfect destination for our romantic and relaxing tropical vacation!

Our stay at this hotel was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean, and our luggage was brought to our room upon arrival and picked up again at departure – all without us ever having to ask. At both breakfast and dinner, we never had to wait. Everything was extremely well organized. By the pool, we were escorted to our loungers, where towels were already laid out for us. We were constantly provided with fresh, ice-cold water – free of charge and completely effortlessly. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a flower necklace, and even at departure, Hotel Manager Franck personally greeted and bade us farewell – a truly thoughtful and special touch. Arriving at the hotel by boat via the private pier was an additional highlight. The massages were exactly as promised: punctual, highly professional, and wonderfully relaxing. The boat tours organized by the hotel were perfectly timed and exceptionally attentive. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on the beach, and drinks – including beer and wine – were always provided. German-speaking staff members are available not only at check-in but also throughout the day, which is very helpful for German-speaking guests. Smokers will also appreciate that smoking is allowed on the room balconies. In short: this hotel offers service at the highest level. We felt completely taken care of and would return without hesitation!
