I loved everything about our stay. Restaurants and food were delicious and plenty choices all day long. Waterpark was really fun and also all other pool always kept clean. Maid cleaned our room daily and she was very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful and clean. Thank you and we will see you next year!

We spent there 8 days - me, my wife, and two kids. What I can say? Everything there is on absolutely top level. Crew, most important thing for us - all people who working there, are really nice and polite, it does not matter it is someone from the pool, kitchen or reception, from us - big hug for Your hard work for our holidays, we are really grateful. Food - really good and fresh, with gorgeous pizza in "small Italy". Pools and garden - clean, every single day, couple of times - cleaned from the garbage. No bad words, no bad experiences. An extended family of 9, ranging from 7 years to Grandma age! We had a fabulous time. The water park was great as was the amount of space and chilled atmosphere. We're not ones for getting up at the crack of dawn to put our towels down but found plenty of space and sun beds beneath the trees on the grass. The food was cooked well and was tasty. Gluten free was always available. Staff were quietly attentive and polite. Rooms were absolutely fine. There weren't many lifts and they kept breaking down which wasn't ideal but the worst thing about this hotel was the kids club, the entertainment in general was below par. The staff in the kids club completely ignored all of the children even with me there watching so I dread to think what they were like without parents present. All the toys were broken or ripped, even the paper had all already been scribbled on. The one activity they planned over the 2 and half hours was rubbish. Such a shame as we've always been really impressed with kids clubs at other hotels. The pool games were good but again the staff were very half hearted about it and didn't try to get people/children involved. I have to say the female staff were much worse than the male (not including the lady from Ireland- she seemed like great fun) Some of the evening entertainment was ok but most nights it was rubbish. Fortunately we still had a great holiday as we made our own fun but if you like to use the kids club or if you're travelling with an only child , it may be difficult for them to make friends. Quite a few mums came up to me to say can my child make friends with yours because they're bored. I've never come across this before in any hotel and I think it's because the entertainment staff weren't trying to engage children or to help them make friends during activities.

We are still at the hotel. We are having our best time as a family with 4 children. The staff makes the difference. Reception, Guest Relation and Lounge staff are just amazing. They do everything to make you happy.

The location is lovely, we have been to Paphos 3 times now and it’s always been lovely. The Leonardo Laura hotel was tidy, clean and spacious enough for my in-laws, wife and 1 year old child. The pools were lovely and clean with a pool bar at each pool making getting snacks and drinks easy enough. That brings me onto the food, which was lovely. There was a good amount and variety with clearly hard working staff and chefs serving the food. The restaurant idea is great, the burger house is honestly the best burger I have had in ages, despite never feeling hungry as we were all inclusive, I could have happily eaten another it was that good. We had a birthday party there which for £30 euros, they sorted out some balloons and a cake with my daughter’s name on it. It’s the small details that make the biggest impact. The rooms were clean and despite the air-con not working at first, this was swiftly adjusted and working again. We didn’t partake in the entertainment, but from what we could see family’s and adults were all having a good time. The entertainment team were interactive and had plenty of activities for people to join in on, which we did a couple of times. The Spa, really really nice. The staff there were lovely and the facilities were fantastic, I always have a massage when I am away now and the deep tissue is definitely recommended. The reception staff were lovely, Chloe helped us out with a problem and got this arranged no problem at all. I have no complaints at all, it suited all our needs and would be more than happy to book again.
