The location is lovely, we have been to Paphos 3 times now and it’s always been lovely. The Leonardo Laura hotel was tidy, clean and spacious enough for my in-laws, wife and 1 year old child. The pools were lovely and clean with a pool bar at each pool making getting snacks and drinks easy enough. That brings me onto the food, which was lovely. There was a good amount and variety with clearly hard working staff and chefs serving the food. The restaurant idea is great, the burger house is honestly the best burger I have had in ages, despite never feeling hungry as we were all inclusive, I could have happily eaten another it was that good. We had a birthday party there which for £30 euros, they sorted out some balloons and a cake with my daughter’s name on it. It’s the small details that make the biggest impact. The rooms were clean and despite the air-con not working at first, this was swiftly adjusted and working again. We didn’t partake in the entertainment, but from what we could see family’s and adults were all having a good time. The entertainment team were interactive and had plenty of activities for people to join in on, which we did a couple of times. The Spa, really really nice. The staff there were lovely and the facilities were fantastic, I always have a massage when I am away now and the deep tissue is definitely recommended. The reception staff were lovely, Chloe helped us out with a problem and got this arranged no problem at all. I have no complaints at all, it suited all our needs and would be more than happy to book again.

Absolutely delightful stay. Amazing staff very friendly and polite. Amazing food and drink options and will find something to eat or drink every where in the resort. Proper all inclusive with plenty of options. Best part was plenty of vegetarian options as well so kept the wife happy. Loved the gyros at the snack bar. Room was very modern and clean and good working AC to keep it cool. We were allowed to access the facilities earlier than the checkin time as we got there a few hours before the checkin. Similarly on the last day we were allowed to use the facilities till later after we checked out. They even gave us a courtesy room at 5.00 pm to shower and get changed. This had to be booked in advance. I think the staff made all the difference in this place with the smiles they had on their faces all the time. Not come across a single unhappy or rude team member. On the first day in the water park I lost my gold chain and realised only after the water park was closed for the day. Reported it to reception but they weren't aware so went over the next morning before the park opened but couldn't find it. Thought it to be unlikely would find the £1500.00 chain. Anyway spoke to the lifeguards once they got back to work and to my surprise they had found it and kept it safe and was handed this over. Really pleased with their honesty and care. I always used to think Turkey was the best with all inclusive hols but this place beats them easily. They had a good collection of cocktails beers and alcohols in the all inclusive as well Only thing they need to work on is some more engaging activities. There were some activities but think this could improve. Night entertainment had a lovely fireshow on one of the nights. I would happily look forward to staying at this place again.

The hotel is in good condition. Like others in Cyprus, it had easy access to the multiple pools and bars. A small number of elevators created long waiting periods. The rooms are ok, but the air conditioning wasn't working, and the phone wasn't working (even until the last day). The food was OK. Good buffets in different locations, but it didn't have a lot of flavors. Worth a huge remark and appreciation Thekla. She made our breakfast, lunch, and dinners unforgettable. Even helped us celebrate the birthday of our 9-year-old with style and was there for every need. The front desk was helpful. The pool team was not the nicest when asking questions and was aggressive with anything related to the towels. GREAT WATER PARK INCLUDED. My kids loved it. All in all a great experience. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday.

The hotel looked amazing, great staff and nice atmosphere. Thekla was an amazing host and was very helpful and welcoming and made our stay much more enjoyable. The rooms looked nice, but the air conditioning did not work, and when we asked reception we were told that they still are on ‘winter settings’ and will be changed to the summer settings soon so the room couldn't get any colder. The nights were especially hot in the room, and our balcony was surrounded by glass where you can see the lobby, so we had no source of fresh air or a way to cool the room down. This was not acceptable, and the corridors outside our rooms felt 10 times cooler than inside the room, and at times we went outside the room just to cool down for a bit. Overall it was a nice experience, only need to improve a bit with the rooms and the air conditioning. If I ever return I will definitely make sure to get a room with a balcony which is actually outside.

We paid over 2000 euros for 7 days here . We had some sort of suite which compared to a travelogde room in the uk . A very small and tired room with a tiny bathroom that looked like it was from the 70s. The Creche staff we great especially the manager she was fantastic with my son however there is very little for the children to do to keep them occupied in there , there is so many children my child found it a sensory overload and lasted maybe 20 mins . We had a massage which without a doubt was the worst massage me and my partner have ever had . We both asked for deep massage and got nothing of the sort just ended up just feeling greasy . I also had a “hydro facial “ , times have expanded and just putting creams on my face is very basic I could have done this my self . At the end you are made to give feedback . The main food hall is extremely extremely noisy . Bar snacks are the same every day . There is no healthy option at all and gets very boring very quickly , luckily we live here and use Wolt to deliver food . Drinks are the cheap alcohol and don’t taste nice . Evening entertainment was good I can’t fault the entertainment staff . My child had caught pox which I know is standard for kids but I did email to say and I hope they made people using the Creche aware as I believe is protocol ? We stayed on the 3rd to 11rh April . Overall I would rate this hotel a 3* , there are much better hotels on the island and can’t imagine how people feel saving up all year to just stay here !
