We had a fantastic stay at Las Terrazas and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Raul and Diego at reception, who were truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay—always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with every request. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made such a difference and really elevated our experience. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you again to Raul, Diego, and the entire team for such a memorable stay.

The rooms are all located perfectly! Stunning views overall, and the way of building the resort is stunning. The rooms are also very clean, but some of them may need a little technical update (check on lights, showers etc.). Some sunbeds in the rooms are ready for renewal as well. The service is always good, especially from Diego and Maria, who are always ready to help you out, and treat you in a very comfortable social funny way. Service in breakfast is always perfect, and relaxed, like it should be in the morning :). Naty is my favourite! But everybody is amazing! Location of this resort is perfect for a more peacefull holiday, without a lot of typical touristic distractions. At Abama you must enjoy the silence!

The hotel is stunning, with impeccable facilities, comfortable rooms, breathtaking views, and a perfect atmosphere to relax. We would especially like to highlight María at reception, who was always kind, professional, and willing to help with anything we needed, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. We also want to thank Natalia at breakfast for her warm attitude, friendliness, and attentive service every morning. Starting the day with such pleasant people truly makes a difference and makes the stay even more special. Without a doubt, a highly recommended hotel that we would happily return to.

I return twice a year to La Terrazza at the Ritz-Carlton Abama in Tenerife, and every stay is a true luxurious escape. From the moment I arrive, I’m enveloped in a unique atmosphere—an exquisite blend of elegance and personal warmth. Excellent service, amazing staff. Diego and Alexandra very helpful, friendly , professional on reception, great recommendations. Medium, the host in Melvin equally friendly, accommodating, chef excellent and waiters too. All staff for breakfast first class too. Transport very good . Definitely 100 percent recommend.
