Such a lovely hotel and team! Honestly couldn't fault it at all, we really enjoyed staying here.
Everyone was very attentive and super helpful! The bar staff and waiters were friendly.
The entertainment team were great, and really got everyone involved! Ricky, Anton & Luis were brilliant entertainers, they really get everyone involved and made sure there was always something to do.

The food lets the place down. Always cold and I had to warm my meals up in the microwave. The rooms were clean and well kept. I asked for a different glass for my gin and tonic at the Hello Bar but was told no as the drinks were far too strong to tolerate in a tumbler glass. We never went to the entertainment bar as it didn't open until 10pm. Opening earlier would have been better. The staff on Reception were very helpful and friendly and spoke great English. They are a credit to your team.

It's my fourth time here at this hotel and I always enjoy coming back. I love the service and the staff, who are always helpful and friendly and always recognise you. Always courteous service. David is especially great! He always has a smile on his face and is always on hand wherever he is. Sonya and everyone else are also just great. And Damian the restaurant manager! A very dedicated and helpful manager with an incredibly good voice! We were lucky enough to hear him sing at an evening show.
I always travel here alone and always feel safe and very comfortable! I always find the area for platinum guests the best and enjoy using the facilities there.
I also think it's great that the hotel isn't too big and yet the guests get on well.
I am very happy to recommend the hotel to others and know that I will be back many more times! Always as a Platinum guest. Because the view from the rooms there is also great! I totally enjoy my holiday here every time!

We had the occasion to go to Landmar Playa La Arena around New Year and we absolutely recommend the experience! We had the most amazing time and would gladly come back. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right by the sea with the beach just a few steps away and restaurants close by. The hotel itself is sumptuous, with elegant decors and great pool areas. What really made a difference in our stay was the amazing animation team. A huge thank you to Ricky in particular, who does everything to ensure the guests have the best time. Whilst we were here, he put in the work to make everyone feel included and cheerful and his involvement in his job was really noticeable and appreciated. Make sure not to miss his exceptional piano concerts at the Hello Bar! Truly wonderful. We also want to thank Damian, which singing skills are remarkable!
We recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing yet fun holiday.
