Our stay at Hotel Landmar Playa La Arena was simply outstanding. From the very first moment, the level of service sets this hotel apart. The staff is exceptionally kind, approachable, and professional. They are always attentive, efficient, and genuinely friendly, making you feel truly welcomed rather than just another guest. The buffet deserves special recognition. It is varied, generous, and of very good quality. There are options for every taste, with well-prepared dishes and enough rotation to keep meals interesting throughout the stay. Everything is well presented and constantly replenished. What truly elevates the experience is the Platinum wristband. It is absolutely worth it. The exclusive area adds a sense of calm and comfort that makes a real difference. The infinity pool is stunning, with beautiful views and a much more relaxed atmosphere. The self-service bar located in this area is extremely convenient, allowing you to enjoy drinks without waiting, in a quieter and more refined setting. Overall, the hotel combines excellent facilities with outstanding human service. We would definitely return and strongly recommend choosing the Platinum option to enjoy the full experience.

We have been here 3 times now. The hotel is immaculately kept. The rooms are being refurbished to bring them a more contemporary feel but are large and comfortable in any case. The first time we visited we went for the cheapest room which gave us a magnificent view of the los Gigantes cliffs but the downside was the road outside which could be noisy early mornings due to the delivery trucks. The last two times we have visited we upgraded to platinum which means our room overlooks the whole complex and out to sea and the island of la gomera. We deliberately leave our patio doors open to hear the gentle sea at night. It’s well worth the upgrade with a separate dining area that isn’t so busy, a private lounge area with self service to proper drinks - no unbranded substitutes and the infinity pool and bar/food area that has lovely options that meant we didn’t need to go near the main restaurant for lunch. It’s not that much more expensive than normal all inclusive so definitely worth the upgrade. My wife loves it so much she is taking a friend in September as well as our usual January escape to the warm weather. The entertainment is very good but we missed most of it do to being so tired and it starting at 9.45pm. It’s a fantastic place to explore the island from. We hire a car and leave it on the road outside and go all over the island from here. It’s easy to get to the north and Masca and we regularly travel over the mountain to go various routes to the north east. Overall it’s good value for money and well worth considering.

Just back from a wonderful stay at the hotel. We booked Platinum and everything was amazing, from the room to the bars to the infinity pool. The staff were all brilliant, so helpful and always cheerful, right from check-in to check-out. Two particular stars were Maria at the gym and Lucretia at The View/restaurant. My husband went everyday to the circuit class and Maria made it fun and challenging. All the class attendees loved her. Nightly entertainment was excellent too. You don’t need to book Platinum to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. We’ll definitely be back.

Returned from a fabulous stay here over Christmas, we had the most enjoyable time, the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean, our room was spacious and again always spotless thanks to Nancy our cleaner, only downside was we bever got any sun on our balcony. Food was amazing and waiting staff so attentive. Christmas night was spectacular in the dining room with everything you could possibly want. Biggest shout out goes to the animation team who work tirelessly to make sure the guests are having a great time, we loved Andrea such a bubbly personality and so engaging, they are all a credit to the hotel. This was our 1st visit here and certainly won't be our last. Wishing every success in 2026.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay – Even Better Than Before! We stayed at the Landmar Hotel Playa La Arena for a week in November 2025, having last visited back in 2019 before the rebrand, and wow—what an incredible experience! The hotel was amazing during our first stay, but this time it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. They truly cannot do enough for you and always serve with a smile. A special mention to Damian, who greeted us warmly every morning and evening when we arrived for breakfast and dinner—such a lovely touch that made our stay even more memorable. The food is simply delicious, with a huge variety to choose from. The à la carte at the Macedonia Food Truck is unbelievable—the flavours, the presentation, and the portion sizes are incredible. An absolute must-try! The location is another big plus. Playa La Arena is quiet, quaint, and perfect if you’re looking for a more peaceful area of Tenerife while still having beautiful surroundings and everything you need close by. We loved every minute of our stay and we will 100% be back! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, amazing food, and a relaxing holiday experience.
