I love this place first time here. Last day today so sad to leave. The beds are comfy and the room was cleaned and tidied daily. The food is wonderful 😋 hot, tasty, varied and plentiful. We didn't bother with the a la carte as got mixed reviews by others. There's great evening entertainment to suit anyone. There's a lovely walk to Los Gigantes and bars and restaurants just outside, but most importantly the staff are so warm and welcoming which seems to make all the punters so friendly too. A special shout out to Irene who was part of the daily pool entertainment team who is just a very special human being and the hotel are very lucky to have her. We will be back

We stayed at the Landmar Hotel Playa La Arena for a week in November 2025, having last visited back in 2019 before the rebrand, and wow—what an incredible experience! The hotel was amazing during our first stay, but this time it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. They truly cannot do enough for you and always serve with a smile. A special mention to Damian, who greeted us warmly every morning and evening when we arrived for breakfast and dinner—such a lovely touch that made our stay even more memorable. The food is simply delicious, with a huge variety to choose from. The à la carte at the Macedonia Food Truck is unbelievable—the flavours, the presentation, and the portion sizes are incredible. An absolute must-try! The location is another big plus. Playa La Arena is quiet, quaint, and perfect if you’re looking for a more peaceful area of Tenerife while still having beautiful surroundings and everything you need close by. We loved every minute of our stay and we will 100% be back! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, amazing food, and a relaxing holiday experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the landmar. The animation team in particular where brilliant especially Irene, she brought lots of energy and was very good at getting everyone involved. I was all inclusive and the food and drink was better than expected, the food varied every day so it didn’t feel like you were always eating the same thing. The evening entertainment was also particularly good. Overall it was a great holiday and as a solo traveller I felt comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and am already considering coming back next year.

Landmar playa la arena keeps calling us back again and again! This is an all round fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrive we are made to feel extremely welcome and it is lovely that some of the staff recognise us. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean as is the public spaces, rooms, restaurants and pools. The food is excellent and there is always lots of choice at the buffet. There is a theme every night - Indian, Chinese, Canarian, Italian etc. Above all I think what makes this hotel such a lovely place to spend time at is their staff. Every single person goes above and beyond and has time to say hello. The animation team work so hard. They have such energy and enthusiasm. A special mention goes to Irene, she is amazing! Always happy, bubbly, kind and encouraging. She is so lovely and a great asset to the hotel. We are sadly heading home tomorrow but Landmar playa la arena we will be back!

A great place you simply want to come back to. The service is fantastic — everyone is kind, attentive, and highly professional. The food is tasty and varied. You can admire beautiful sunsets from the hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Damian, who takes excellent care of the guests’ comfort and well-being, and who knows how to make the evenings truly enjoyable with a great musical performance. All of this makes the days in this hotel feel blissful — exactly the way holidays should be. The only downside is that you always feel like your stay was too short. ;)
