We had a fantastic vacation here, staying for a total of seven days. The children really enjoyed their time at the hotel and had a great experience throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Ivan from the Teens Club, who was very warm, friendly, and took excellent care of the children. We would love to come back again if we have the opportunity.

We had our first family vacation with a baby at Hotel Landmark Costa Los Gigantes. Overall, our experience was really good and the hotel offers many activities for families. Here you can find everything one might need. What we really liked is a baby club service where you can leave your baby for one hour a day included in the price if booked via hotel website. The babysitter was really nice and friendly and our baby actually enjoyed it. All the hotel personnel was actually very friendly. We also really liked our coffee from Sunset Bar from Laura and Elisabet (we had iced cappuccino). Also, the cocktails were great. They were very attentive to our needs. The food here is delicious and can serve every taste. The rooms are spacious; but could need some slight renovations and maybe a bit better cleaning (although the cleaning lady was also very nice). The reception staff was really helpful with good communication. I would recommend as well the spa facilities. In summary, we would like to come here again, maybe already next year.

We are on our last day and weve had a brillant holiday. Plenty to do onsite for the children. We had a small leak in our room and when reported they had another room ready within 30 mins. They sent a bottle of fizz and offered a meal in la carte. The customer service has be amazing. All staff work so hard and they deserve a medal. We have never been bored and enjoyed all the games on offer. We are looking at coming back nexy year with extended family members. Thanks so much for a brillant holiday.

Review for allergy patent: If ure child has a food allergy I wouldn’t take them there. My baby has a dairy allergy and I emailed prior to arrival and was informed there wud be plenty of choices and I could get food made for him. I had an allergy card which I presented to the manager and the chef would advise yes or no to the meals on the buffet. The food that he said yes too wasn’t suitable for a child I.e cold cuts of meat like chorizo etc. Even food you would suspect would be ok like brocolli or sweetcorn even plain pasta had butter in. Not all the chefs understood the dairy free and started to say no lactose etc which meant that I was scared to trust them. They did have dairy free milk, but only had the odd pit of soya yogurt. Only one chef offered to cook him something separately all the others said no. I luckily took my own food for the baby thankfully or he would have really struggled. He ended up sick for three days being sick I suspect from undetected dairy from the food we did give him maybe from the burger he had. Food was limited tbh even for adults, we didn’t find the food to be of a good standard. The entertainment was fantastic and there was a quieter pool than the main pool which was more suited for the baby. Drinks were also really good. Landi village we stayed and the room was nice and the Al a carte was nice but abit limited for choices if you used the three options. Apart from the lack of safe food for the baby it was a good hotel. Can walk to the beach easily. And some restaurants near by. The food labels in the restaurant aren’t accurate either according to some of the chefs so becareful!

The family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff, setting the tone for the entire stay. The resort itself was impeccably clean, with every corner thoughtfully maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The resort offers an impressive variety of dishes, each one better than the last. A massive credit to the catering team and staff who are quick to tidy plates. 💪❤️ One of the things I loved most was the abundance of water stations located throughout the resort. It made staying hydrated super easy, especially with the warm weather. The lifts were also a huge plus, helping us navigate the hotel with ease—no hassle at all. For families, this place is perfect! There are plenty of activities and amenities for kids, so they can have just as much fun as the adults. Whether you're lounging by the pool, exploring the grounds, or enjoying the fantastic food (which was top-notch, by the way!), there’s something for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—great food, clean facilities, and a relaxed, upbeat atmosphere. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway! Can't forget the amazing staff who do a fantastic job at keep the room clean ❤️💪
