We had our first family vacation with a baby at Hotel Landmark Costa Los Gigantes. Overall, our experience was really good and the hotel offers many activities for families. Here you can find everything one might need. What we really liked is a baby club service where you can leave your baby for one hour a day included in the price if booked via hotel website. The babysitter was really nice and friendly and our baby actually enjoyed it. All the hotel personnel was actually very friendly. We also really liked our coffee from Sunset Bar from Laura and Elisabet (we had iced cappuccino). Also, the cocktails were great. They were very attentive to our needs. The food here is delicious and can serve every taste. The rooms are spacious; but could need some slight renovations and maybe a bit better cleaning (although the cleaning lady was also very nice). The reception staff was really helpful with good communication. I would recommend as well the spa facilities. In summary, we would like to come here again, maybe already next year.

We are on our last day and weve had a brillant holiday. Plenty to do onsite for the children. We had a small leak in our room and when reported they had another room ready within 30 mins. They sent a bottle of fizz and offered a meal in la carte. The customer service has be amazing. All staff work so hard and they deserve a medal. We have never been bored and enjoyed all the games on offer. We are looking at coming back nexy year with extended family members. Thanks so much for a brillant holiday.

Very friendly staff, a lot (I mean a lot!) of entertainment for kids. There is a beautiful view from main building, we also had ocean view from the room. This hotel is not an aquapark so it is more calm. I would say more for toddlers and young kids than for the teenagers. Food is tasty and good, there is a variety of dishes served. Near the pool there are 3 toilets for kids specially - which was great! Also from the hotel it is very convenient to take taxi and go to harbour for amazing dolphins watching. Pretty close to beach, with a bit of walking up to the hill on way back. Beach is rather small with black sand, which is quite hot, also waves are big - not so suitable for young kids. You can rent a car in the hotel and rates are ok. Generally I highly recommend the hotel for families ☺️

I would give a 2 but feel thats unfair on some of the lovely team. Weve just returned from our stay here. Overall we had a really enjoyable holiday. The kids loved it and we spent quality time together. However we wont return. For a few reasons the last one cemented our decision. The entertainment team are amazing with the children as is the lady in the baby club. However the soft play was so dangerous.. the netted bridge had a huge hole which children were falling through, half the padding at the bottom of the entrance had detached and was only red taped 4 days into our visit the splash Park flooring was all ripped with huge trip hazards and holes. 70% of the bar staff in both the inside bar and pool bar were soooo miserable and really looked like they didnt want to be there. The quality of cocktails were very poor. The self service drinks were ok however stacking cups ontop of each other for people to help themselves too isnt hygienic at all. The food in the snack bar is vile unless you like burgers and hot dogs with paper stuck too it. The restaurant food was good enough and the managers in there were lovely. The reception team were friendly and welcoming and engaged with the children. Now the big issue 2 days before the end of the holiday my son vomited at the bones restaurant all over the floor, they gave me roll to clean it up which isnt an issue at all the issue is they put a wet floor sign and continued to walk people though it and it wasnt sanitised. Myself and my partner then got sick the following day. My 4 year old felt better and obviously wanted some food. We couldn't leave the room due to us both throwing our guts up and not being able to leave the toilet. I rang reception in the morning and explained, and asked of someone could bring some toast for him as obviously I didn't want to spread the tummy bug. The refused outright and told me they dont offer room service and I would have to get it myself even though I waa sick so I made it to the restaurant and explained to the manager that I didn't want to touch anything in there. He completely agreed and went and got some toast and fruit for my son so thank you. And I apologise to anyone who may have been struck down with it on holiday from me. I tried to contain it. They however couldnt care less

The infrastructure provides ample, quiet spaces for parents and baby, alongside vibrant areas for everyone else. The amenities were amazing and perfectly balanced for our diverse group. The teenager was constantly engaged, utilizing the excellent Wi-Fi and enjoying the various pool and activity areas, while the adults enjoyed the pristine spa facilities. This balance of luxury and practical family features truly cemented the hotel as an ideal destination. The culinary offerings were a massive highlight. The food was gourmet quality at every turn, showcasing fresh ingredients and creative preparation. Dining was a true pleasure, and the kitchen staff were wonderfully accommodating. Similarly, the drinks menu was outstanding. The bar staff were true artists, crafting inventive and perfectly balanced cocktails, and the curated wine list perfectly complemented the dining experience. If you are looking for an experience where cleanliness, service, comfort, and cuisine come together flawlessly—and where the needs of every family member, from newborns to teenagers, are not just met but prioritized—look no further.
