Highly recommended for a blissful stay on a magical island that is full of culture and adventure. Our third stay didn’t disappoint.. Exceptional standards with a professional team, working together and clearly take pride in what they do - a special shout out to Orlando and the restaurant chefs, cooks and servers who effortlessly manage the busy periods. Perfect location for stunning ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. The hotel is on a large complex with multiple pools and activities on site where all are managed with Lifeguards, Activites team and cleaning crew who keep the shared spaces safe and beautiful. Also, a big Thank you, as we stayed during 2 days of their industrial action & planned protests, they clearly labelled apologies for any reduced services. I hope the industry responds appropriately for fair pay and conditions to support their people. We’ll see you again ☺️

Fabulous resort! Rooms were spacious very clean and nice on the eye and easily accessible! Food was by far one of the best for choice we have experienced although towards the end as always with all inclusive you get a bit fed up but cannot complain it was good quality with lots of choice! Entertainment on most nights Elton John tribute was fantastic. The pools especially the kids area was lovely and heated very clean! Always had a sun bed available but we did go in march I would imagine in the main season it would be busy! Staff were always very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend for families we have had a wonderful 10 days it lived up to the 4 star expectations.

Absolutely amazing holiday here!! Travelled as 2 adults and 2 children (9month old and 3 year old). We stayed in block A in an ocean view suite. The food was amazing, best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. Veggie and vegan options for all meals. For lunch we always used the nautical snack bar, the paella was lovely. We spent most days round the quiet pool but I love that there were 2 options of pools. Baby pools next to both of them. Hotel was extremely clean everywhere. All staff very friendly. And for the kids they have an outdoor soft play that is covered with shade, we spent lots of time here. They also got new sunbeds and tables while we were there! More than enough for everyone.the hotel is also very eco friendly, washable cups and compostable plates and cutlery for around the pool. plus they give you water bottles and there’s loads of refill water stations around the hotel, including near the rooms. The only downside was the lifeguards kept taking down our parasol if there was a slight breeze- the only parasol allowed up was the lifeguard’s!! Not ideal in scorching heat with two young children who needed shade so we had to go and sit inside :( so the hotel really needs to invest in better parasols. I also wouldn’t use the Foto Event people. The photo staff are lovely but you can get the same quality photos on your phone. I thought they would be properly edited after I chose which ones I wanted (given how expensive they were!) but they were just printed there and then. Also there’s not that much going on in the local area, we ate out a couple times but I preferred the hotel food! But with all that being said, We would definitely come back here! :)

Stayed at this hotel for 3rd time but last time was back in 2023. It was an amazing hotel then but now even better! We was 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 4 and stayed this time in block B in an ocean view suite which was a lovely location for the main building for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as just above the quiet pool and lunch snack bar. We stayed in I and O block before both good locations too. The hotel is well done over different levels so tbh all rooms are close to something good. The busy pool did get busy late morning but we always found sun beds when we wanted to go there. My eldest loved the water slide so much. The food was amazing for an all inclusive hotel always plenty of hot food and lovely salads and fruit all so fresh and delicious we ate so much! Drinks was plenty and very generous with measures on alcohol. Plenty of self service stations also for tea coffee soft drinks and beer. The soft play splash park my girls loved and my husband enjoyed the high ropes. Eldest didn’t want to try so he did it on his own. They also loved the mini golf, climbing wall and the zip wire. So many activities. They went to the mini kids club 3 days while we was there and they loved it so much. The staff that run it are lovely and my girls had a lot of fun. My only criticism would be that when they decide who wins the Landi Awards from mini club that they put the surname on to call out at the mini disco as my youngest has a popular name Isabel and I think there was a few Isabel’s staying same time so she got disappointed when they called Isabel out but another Isabel took the award. Maybe it was for them but how do you know? It seemed like first person to get on stage got the award. So that would be my suggestion next time to call out child’s full name makes it fair then. Also won’t get many kids on stage for same award. Hotel was spotless constantly being cleaned throughout our stay. Mini disco was great love that they now have 2 one earlier think at 7.15pm and then again at 8.30pm so if you wanted to go earlier you could we always went to later one and girls loved it. Shows after were also great changed daily we loved them all. Beach accessed at bottom of hotel by splash park/soft play was only a 5min walk yes down a hill but my girls managed it there and back. Sea can get rough tho one day there was red flags out so no swimming but girls loves playing in black sand was fun for them. Although hot on your feet! Wear shoes to walk on it. Overall we had a fab week and will 100% be back hopefully next year! Thank you

Family Hotel Review I had the pleasure of staying at the Family Hotel for a week, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile at the reception. The staff was incredibly attentive, providing detailed explanations of the hotel's services and kindly answering all our questions. They even offered personalized recommendations to help us make the most of our stay. The hotel's atmosphere is perfect for families. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches for children, such as cribs and toys available upon request. Additionally, the play area and the kids' pool kept our little ones entertained throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the food. The hotel's restaurant offers an excellent variety of dishes, featuring both local and international options. Every meal was a feast for the palate, and there were always healthy alternatives for the kids. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was exceptional: from fresh fruits to homemade bread and hot dishes prepared on the spot. In summary, the Landmar Family Hotel combines impeccable customer service, family-friendly facilities, and an outstanding culinary experience. It’s a place we would happily return to and highly recommend to any family looking for a memorable vacation.
