Fabulous 5 night break. We stayed in an ocean view suite which had amazing views, definitely worth the upgrade. The room was spotlessly clean, basically furnished but everything you needed. The grounds are very well maintained with beautiful plants and shrubs. Lovely clean pool areas with adequate sun beds for all, pools are also heated. The food is geared up for everyone, lots of choices and of a high standard, seafood and a choice of different meats every night so never became repetitive. Most cocktails were included in the AI package so were beer, wine and spirits. All the staff are super friendly and efficient in their duties. We stayed as a couple, it’s definitely designed for families, the activities on offer are incredible for the kids, we will definitely be bringing the grandkids back !! You won’t regret booking this hotel - Go for it !

Fantastic surprise. It was a last minute booking and chosen on the location to beach airport and being kid friendly. The kids friendly part is an understatement as there’s so much to do for free including mini golf, go ape, archery, table tennis, football, volley ball, etc etc. the all inclusive food was amazing with more that enough choices for all. The pools are warm and there is a big slide in one for the kids. The views are stunning and staff are so friendly. I could go on but if you have kids and want a safe but fantastic holiday try this hotel.

Fab hotel, great room location on the ground floor. (Perfect air conditioning in the room is worth noting!) Lovely hotel layout with kids pool and club one end of the site and the quieter pool other end. You definitely get yours steps in daily due to the size of the place. Food selection was perfect and so much to choose from. Spa was amazing - the romantic package was great value for money. Thank you to Carolina, Madeleine and Deborah. The evening entertainment was tasteful and a nice mix of artists. Bar staff were a good laugh and great customer service everywhere. We visited in January and will definitely be back!

We have just enjoyed a fabulous week at Costa Los Gigantes. I can't fault this hotel in any way. The hotel was spotless, the facilities excellent and there were always lots of staff to cater for guests every need. The buffet restaurants were great with something for everyone including drinks. Although our kids are now grown up, we could see how much the hotel does for families, but no problem for couples either with a dedicated quite pool if you want a peaceful swim.

The hotel facilities are absolutely fantastic. The pools are a good size, one of which was heated, and there are plenty of comfortable sunbeds. There are two main restaurants with a really good selection of food. Also, an Italian and a Grill restaurant that you will need to book in advance for. We had a suite with sea views, and it was definitely one of the best we have stayed in. I could not fault the service and the staff are brilliant. The complex is on many levels, although with the amount of lifts, it wouldn't be a problem for the less able. The only downside for us as an older couple was that we felt that the hotel was mainly geared for families with children. There is a massive play area for kids with loads of things to do. The animation team worked very hard, again with endless activities for the kids.
