We have just come back from an all inclusive holiday and the hotel is amazing. Plenty of things to do for adults and children. The pools are huge and the kids loved playing in the pools and the entertainment was great for the kids. Plenty of other activities to do like arcade games, mini golf, softplay and mini disco's. The food choice was great and the location was amazing. Wonderful views. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back. A very happy family with loads of memories. Thank you to all of your team.

Stayed here for over the week on an all inclusive board with my family. The hotel is huge with a few pools and a slide, a nice sky Park and a playground so lots to do if you choose to. I found it great for families with small children.
Our room was huge with a bedroom and sitting room overlooking the sea. In the room you have a kettle and the fridge. Beach towels you can get from the reception, just need to pay deposit of 10e per one. Make sure you keep the receipt to get it back.
Food choice for most of the days was great with lots of dishes to try. Drinks option was good too. Only coffee could be better! I'm coffee lover and I skipped morning coffee at breakfast. To get nice coffee from the bar you have to pay and sometimes it was 3,20e for 2 double espresso and sometimes 4,80e.
But personally the most annoying for us was that people were smoking everywhere. They meant to be designated smoking areas but nobody cared about and without non smoking signs we couldn't say anything to anyone.
Make sure you have some cash with you to tip the staff, they deserve it!

We're currently staying at the hotel, we're couldn't be more pleased with the hotel and service provided. I have a severe nut allergy and the restaurant managers and staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean throughout, the food and drinks are plenty with lots of variety. The pools are lovely and clean. But to make everyone aware, you can only use the floats at the delphin pool not the other large pool.
Evening entertainment is great, with shows for the kids and live music for the adults.
We also tried out the spa today, I can't remember the name of the therapist who worked on the desk and made recommendations but she was fantastic as was the the therapist who provided my hot stone massage. The facilities in the spa are brilliant.
Our children haven't decided to join in the kids club so can't comment on that, we did the high roped which were harder than they looked! But my youngest loved it.
Basically, we would highly recommend this hotel and the all inclusive service. Happy kids, happy adults.

Overall, the hotel was everything you wanted from an all-inclusive holiday.
However, the entertainment was a little mundane, the food was good, the rooms were very good and clean.
The service was very good, the location is not remote but there is not much to do and to get to something more lively will cost upwards of 40 euros.

Fantastic surprise. It was a last minute booking and chosen on the location to beach airport and being kid friendly. The kids friendly part is an understatement as there’s so much to do for free including mini golf, go ape, archery, table tennis, football, volley ball, etc etc. the all inclusive food was amazing with more that enough choices for all. The pools are warm and there is a big slide in one for the kids. The views are stunning and staff are so friendly. I could go on but if you have kids and want a safe but fantastic holiday try this hotel.
