Great experience! We were checked in by Selene, very kind and helpful. Food is amazing, staff are kind, however I would say that there has been a few occasions where some staff members were a bit rude, such as the restaurant where I didn't bring my wristband by mistake and a member of staff in the restaurant approached us and rudely demanded us to get it, I would say a better and more kind and professional approach would be much appreciated as we are paying customers and its a hotel where you would expect a kind and professional approach. But overall it has been a great experience! Another kind member of staff is Richard who is a member of the restaurant and bar team, always approaching with a smile and a handshake, absolutely fantastic! Thank you landmar and the team! Highly Recommended.

Great hotel. Rooms are well presented and cleaned every day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is really nice, restaurant gets busy when hotel is full but if you are just patient and ignore the people who think the food is going to run out it's all good. Nice pools, didn't have to rush out super early to get sun loungers. Great for families, particularly kids up to 11 I'd say. Room for teens with gaming etc is good but didn't see our 12 year old much after he discovered it. Would highly recommend.

The family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff, setting the tone for the entire stay. The resort itself was impeccably clean, with every corner thoughtfully maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The resort offers an impressive variety of dishes, each one better than the last. A massive credit to the catering team and staff who are quick to tidy plates. 💪❤️ One of the things I loved most was the abundance of water stations located throughout the resort. It made staying hydrated super easy, especially with the warm weather. The lifts were also a huge plus, helping us navigate the hotel with ease—no hassle at all. For families, this place is perfect! There are plenty of activities and amenities for kids, so they can have just as much fun as the adults. Whether you're lounging by the pool, exploring the grounds, or enjoying the fantastic food (which was top-notch, by the way!), there’s something for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—great food, clean facilities, and a relaxed, upbeat atmosphere. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway! Can't forget the amazing staff who do a fantastic job at keep the room clean ❤️💪

We've just returned from a family holiday at Costa Los Gigantes and we had an excellent trip!! Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, awesome food selection (even for our picky eater daughter!), great all inclusive choices on the bar menu and excellent entertainment! The only slight downside is that it is up quite a steep hill from the beach and the main town so location great but not perfect - however there are plenty of taxis around for a small price to get you there and back if you decide to venture out of the complex. Loads for kids to do and the animation team were great - the music round the main pool does get repetitive though if you're there for a while :-). Overall, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family holiday, genuinely great place!!

Lovely resort, very clean with lots to offer Rooms are cleaned daily and are nice and modern. Animation team are great, offering different activities for all ages each day. I have enjoyed the aqua aerobics each morning, the team are engaging, friendly and make it a lot of fun. The food has a lot of different things to offer, there is enough for more picky eaters, such as pizza, pasta, chicken nuggets, hot dog and chips. The main evening entertainment is inside, which is a shame as on such nice evenings it's nice to sit outside. There is always a singer outside so gives an atmosphere and has been very pleasant, it's perfect if you prefer a more quiet relaxed vibe. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for families as it has lots to offer and is located well.
