We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tenerife and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome from the first day and were happy to assist with any requests. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the balcony with a beautiful view. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options for breakfast and dinner. The pool area was also great — clean, not overcrowded, and perfect for relaxing during the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Tenerife is a beautiful island, and staying here made our trip even more enjoyable. We would gladly come back again.

We stayed at Landmar Los Gigantes as a family of five from Northern Ireland, travelling with a 5-year-old, a 4-year-old and an 11-month-old, and we had a really good holiday. The hotel is very pram-friendly. Lifts everywhere. Wide paths. Easy to get around without feeling like you’re constantly battling stairs. The pools were great. Loads of space and ideal for kids. They never felt overcrowded, which was a big plus with young children. The hotel was very clean throughout, which always matters when you’re travelling with little ones. We weren’t sure how we’d cope with buffet food for two weeks, but it worked really well. With three young kids it made life much easier, and the food quality stayed consistently good with plenty of choice every day. We stayed in Landi Village and the room was awesome. Spacious, comfortable and well set up for a family. The Landi Village breakfast was a highlight too. Victoria at the exclusive breakfast bar made great crepes and smoothies and greeted us with a smile every morning. Manu from the animation team was good with our child and kept them engaged, which we appreciated. Unfortunately our baby became very unwell during the holiday and ended up spending five days in hospital. The Jet2 reps — Hania, Rebekah and Danielle — were exceptional. They even took a bag to my wife in hospital, travelling from the south to the north of Tenerife. That kind of support made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Overall, it’s a great option for families, especially with young children. We felt well looked after and would happily return.

Priorities for us are entertaining a small child and feeding a coeliac (gluten free) adult and the hotel has been perfect. Everything is immaculate, it's incredible. The heated pools and outdoor softplay are excellent. The hotel is so spacious, well catered and I was very well looked after as a coeliac. A special mention to Orlando, who looked out for me each meal he was on, knew exactly what dishes I could and couldn't eat, respected that I had to avoid cross contamination, which I really valued. But big praise to all the chefs, restaurant staff, cleaners, maintenance and other staff, they work hard and do a great job. Thank you!

Review for allergy patent: If ure child has a food allergy I wouldn’t take them there. My baby has a dairy allergy and I emailed prior to arrival and was informed there wud be plenty of choices and I could get food made for him. I had an allergy card which I presented to the manager and the chef would advise yes or no to the meals on the buffet. The food that he said yes too wasn’t suitable for a child I.e cold cuts of meat like chorizo etc. Even food you would suspect would be ok like brocolli or sweetcorn even plain pasta had butter in. Not all the chefs understood the dairy free and started to say no lactose etc which meant that I was scared to trust them. They did have dairy free milk, but only had the odd pit of soya yogurt. Only one chef offered to cook him something separately all the others said no. I luckily took my own food for the baby thankfully or he would have really struggled. He ended up sick for three days being sick I suspect from undetected dairy from the food we did give him maybe from the burger he had. Food was limited tbh even for adults, we didn’t find the food to be of a good standard. The entertainment was fantastic and there was a quieter pool than the main pool which was more suited for the baby. Drinks were also really good. Landi village we stayed and the room was nice and the Al a carte was nice but abit limited for choices if you used the three options. Apart from the lack of safe food for the baby it was a good hotel. Can walk to the beach easily. And some restaurants near by. The food labels in the restaurant aren’t accurate either according to some of the chefs so becareful!

Currently on holiday at present here. The place is gorgeous, cleaned daily, facilities are brilliant for the kids and adults. Location is very hilly so wouldn't advise to those with mobility issues unless the use of a mobility scooter. The food is beautiful in the restaurants and you have the use of the al la carte while here. We are a family of nine and I would come back. I would advise to stay away from the burger van. Hotdogs and burgers are left out and are never to heat as we would in the UK. Myself and two nephews have been hit with sickness and diarrhea after eating from there. I would still give the hotel 5 stars but I think the length of time food is left out on the burger shack needs addressing.
