I wish I could give LBV five stars, because my family and I have been coming here for more than ten years. We've come for vacations, long weekends and conferences since our kids were toddlers. This time I noticed a steep decline, in some key areas. Yes, the furnishings need replacement, and the heater in our room didn't work the first night (fixed right away the next day), but the rooms are clean and spacious and still comfortable. The big disappointment was Frankie Farrell's. When we walked in one evening at around 7:30 pm, two large tables hadn't been bussed. A crate of dirty dishes sat at another. And the wall light fixtures were outfitted with garish daylight led bulbs that clashed with the tungsten ceiling fixtures and cast a horrid, unappetizing, high contrast glare everywhere. Little wonder the place was empty both times we tried it. Sad, because we really loved dining here in years past. Maybe it was just an off night. I truly hope LBV prospers and finds a way to renew in 2026. We'd love to keep coming back.

Have stayed here 4 times in the last 9 years. Recent stay 26th Dec for 24 days and the service standards have dropped. The staff are rude and patronising. I have a major issue at the moment where they charged my card twice for a stay and have ignored my constant emails for a refund. I am majorly out of pocket because of this and struggling with finances. They will not respond. After staying with them for 24 days the manager Luis added on free of charge late checkout until 2pm but on the morning of departure whilst packing we had a rude phone call shouting down the phone that we needed to leave and the fee was $100. My husband was on the phone for 10 minutes arguing that this was already agreed to let us leave at 2pm but the man was so rude and just kept repeating that we would be charged the fee from our card. We didn't get a fair well when we left either just gave the key cards back and left! So rude Then 4 days later when home noticed we were charged twice for our stay! I emailed them 4 times and messaged via Facebook but zero reply not even an acknowledgement They have lost my custom now and I will be doing a chargeback through the bank to get my.money back!!!

We had a 3 bedroom. The room was clean when we arrived. The carpet was stained, the couch and chair in living room were worn out and sagged the kitchen table was glass and all scratched and the chairs were worn and ripped. Came with 2 bathrooms with shower and tub but you could not take a bath because you ran out of hot water with only about 6 inches of water in it. Came with a washer and drier Which was great but it took putting the clothe through the dryer 3 times to dry. The hall way on our floor was not vacuumed or cleaned in the ten days we were there. On a positive note the grandkids loved the pool. The staff was friendly and it’s a good location. They have a nice area in the back where the pirate pool is, it would by nice if they put some seating out there it would be a nice place to sit and enjoy coffee.

Great Location / Rooms are very worn and dated I stayed at Lake Buena Vista Village in early November 2025. The resort exterior is well maintained and the pool is nice. The location is great and close the parks and some grocery stores. The room layouts are nice and spacious, but the interiors are extremely dated and worn. We stayed in building 5, 3 bedroom suite. We had a firework view, where you could see Epcots fireworks. The whole building had a very worn feel from the elevators, hallways, and rooms. The carpets are dirty. The room furniture has holes and is stained. The fixtures are dated. Overall it has the feeling of being 15+ years old and updated to keep pace with the use. The room was clean and linens were clean. The staff was friendly, though we did not interact with them much. Upon checkin they tried to give us a timeshare pitch in exchange for gift card, which we did not waste our time with. Overall, do not recommend until they update the interiors.

Coming here with my kids since they only have one building. And most of my kids are grown now , but we still like to come here when families in town because it's just relaxing, close to shops and parks. It's nice having a kitchen in your room to make meals instead of having to go out. And the hotel service is fantastic. As soon as I called them up and told them that my coffee pot didn't work, with thirty minutes , I had a brand new one at my door
