Stayed here recently on the weekend , I was unsure of it because I saw mixed reviews. Everyone was super friendly! Our room was wonderful and it was very quiet at night. Our kids enjoyed staying here and the pool was their favorite part! Beds were comfortable, ac worked well. Lots of stuff with in driving distance. We will definitely be staying here again.

We visited Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa over spring break 2024. Check in was quick. Directions were clear. The resort grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The location of the resort is convenient to many things. We had no trouble navigating at all. There was plenty of parking and the parking garage was big enough for our large van! We rarely have that. The view from our room was great and we appreciated the speed of the elevators. We rarely waited. Staff were kind. We appreciated that when we needed something (towels, toilet paper) it would be quickly delivered. The pools were great and we could always find a spot to sit. We loved that pool towels were provided. We especially loved sitting on our deck at our room. We loved walking to the outlet mall. Our Disney fireworks view was fun, but not a huge deal. They were pretty far away. We wouldn’t pay extra for the view again. The sunset views were incredible though. The good outweighed the bad, but our biggest downside was the furniture in our room. The chairs were stained pretty badly and torn in places. Our beds sunk to the middle. We tried to get a different mattress, but there were none available. Also, our dishwasher wasn’t secured so it flopped forward when we would open the door. Our keys also stopped working multiple times.

Excellent hotel that exceeded our expectations. We loved the on-site amenities like the pool with water slide, pool-side bar, games room and Irish Pub. It was close to everything! Nothing was more than a $10 Uber ride away. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. John at check in was fantastic, willing to help, listen and go the extra mile! Great family vacation.

Rooms could do with a clean. Arrived to find skid marks in the toilet which made me wonder what else hasn’t been cleaned!Thankfully beds are ok. Plates were dirty so had to clean them. Also there is only one pot!How can you cook for a family with one pot? When I checked in I asked if I could see the fireworks from apartment and the receptionist said I could and that most folk go to the roof to see them. Turns out to be a lie. There is no roof access and my room was on the wrong side. why did she say that? Also when I called to question it they couldn’t care less. No help at all and all I wanted was my kids to see the fireworks. The games room is a joke. Smells badly (kind of like strong mothballs) and the games are are least 20 years old. The prizes in some of the games are old MP3 players and toys from the past. Pool tables need cleaned and no chalk. I think the latest arcade game was Terminator Salvation. You can hear folk walking about from the floor above. You hear toilets flushing, showers going on, etc. Scratches on the TV. Furniture. Etc. Needs painted and updated really. So all in all, it’s not the worst hotel/apartment I have been to but if they could just update apartments, update the games room. And see if you can sort the noise pollution between rooms. On a plus note. Rooms are very big, nice to have a balcony, beds are comfy and a good location.

I will start by saying I wouldn't stay again. This "resort" is more like condos. Very outdated and dirty. We checked in early, and they said we could not check in any sooner as the rooms were getting cleaned.. once entering the room, I thought it would be immaculate since they took so long. It was FILTHY! I mean, it did not look clean. The floors were dirty, and the furniture had dust everywhere. I had to spend extra time cleaning and wiping down myself. Also, upon check-in, they try to sell you on some type of time share, which was annoying. At least do this when someone is checking out when they got a feel for the place. Not when they've been traveling with a toddler all day and want nothing more than to start their vacation.
