The room was very big and super nice.. Myself and 3 other couples with kids, stayed in the penthouse for 3 days. The place itself was wonderful! Plenty of space and some for everyone. But we didn't have enough towels. We didn't have any soap for the shower or to wash our hands. There was one tiny trash can for the whole apartment! The restaurants downstairs were gross. We tried the Irish place, the food at the pool, and the sushi and they were really cheap tasting and gross. The arcade had a lot of broken games and no one was there to help. The pool was cool but definitely busy and meant for really young kids. My 12 and 17 year old were bored. Overall, it was okay and did the job.

We stayed here for 10 nights as a family of 6 in a 3 bed 3 bathroom apartment. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Thoroughly enjoyed both pools and the fantastic margaritas at the main pool. The Irish pub in the complex was excellent and we went here many nights for drinks and occasionally for dinner. The location is brilliant with lots of eating places and wonderful outlet shops all walking distance. The free shuttle service to the theme parks was a lovely bonus, saved us quite a bit on parking costs. I do have to say the rooms are rather dated and a little run down. With a coat of paint, new carpets and some new furniture it would be incredible. But if this doesn't bother you I would highly recommend. Reception staff were absolute sweethearts to deal with as well!

Great hotel in a nice location. The rooms are very nice with lots of room. Try to avoid the first floor if you want privacy with your balcony. Also be aware that building two is across the street from the main pool area. Service is great. We needed an ironing board so they sent someone out to buy a new one!

Currently staying in a 3 bedroom apartment. Clean and very spacious, would definitely recommend and return had no issues at all. Staff are very welcoming and we used a great taxi company, we met when got here Adam and Abdul would highly recommend them if your wanting a lift to any parks or just shopping, they go out of there way to show you easier walking routes at no extra cost.

This was my second stay at this hotel. There were a few things that I wanted to point out about my stay: - my room was not ready until 6pm. Check in is at 4, and was told “check in starts at 4”. lol. I worked at a hotel for 6 years, the room should have been available at 4. We had an extremely long day and just wanted to change and get comfortable. No accommodations or incentives were provided for the inconvenience. - they now charge for even a simple towel exchange which is crazy. Housekeeping services range from $10-30. If I have to pay $10 to get a new set of towels, that alone is making me not want to stay here again. - we had newly updated rooms which were nice, but the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Hard and springy, not at all matching the aesthetic of the rooms. - the room was $40 cheaper a night when I checked closer to the date. They refused to book us at the discounted rate, stating I would lose my deposit if I rebooked. We returned to this hotel because of the price, convenience, pool and location. When I return to Orlando, I will be looking at new hotel options. Overall, it’s a nice hotel which is why I gave it 4 stars, as my preferences may not be the same as others.
