Wonderful 3* hotel. The staff are so kind and helpful, fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble. Clean and spacious rooms, changed our room quickly on our request. Lovely clean amd peaceful areas to relax. Don't expect 5* if you are booking 3*! The food is varied but bland, but very fresh. Table service for drinks while you eat, the lovely waiting staff are happy to get any drink you would like. The location is in quite a run-down area and we would not recommend staying here unless you have a car or are prepared to pay for excursions.

This is a great hotel. Not in walking distance of anything but this is a good thing if you want a nice quiet holiday. Has its own private boat to a nearby island. Only negative with that is that you only get an hour there. Staff are all friendly and helpful apart from one barman who seemed more interested in doing his stock checks than serving and interacting with customers. World I come back here? Yes!

Booked a day package - room included. The room floor was stained, bathroom wash basin was cracked. The lift had a strong filthy cockroach smell. There was a constant weird smell in the bathroom too. Beddings were fine, it is a reasonably quiet place except for the roosters next door. As for the food, there's a bigger choice of salads rather than actual meal. The desserts were pathetic and had a strong bitter aftertaste (too much of bicarbonate of soda i guess). For the afternoon tea, there was supposed to be a selection of sweet and salty bites, but only pancakes were available that's all. Kind of disappointed overall. Can't be rated as a 3-star hotel. Definitely not going back.

The hotel itself is really nice. The view over the mountains is super pretty and the room was very nice and clean. We also really liked the view from our room and felt very comfy there. The pool is big and clean - there is also a small artificial beach where you can swim in the ocean. The receptionists were friendly the other staff often not so much. The only problem was the location - as the food and the hotel was not really good we wanted other options but you need a car for that. Even by car you drive at least 20 minutes to the next nice restaurant. Bigger supermarkets are also far away - so you end up being very dependent on the hotel. We also were not a fan of the loud music that was directly in front of our room.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The reality is far from what they advertise in the pictures—it’s much smaller and noticeably outdated. The staff lacked warmth and seemed as if they were working unwillingly. One of the biggest issues was the unbearable noise. Every evening, extremely loud music played until 11 PM, making it impossible to relax. If you’re traveling with children or simply looking for a peaceful stay, this is not the place for you. The hotel clearly does not prioritize guest comfort. Additionally, the internet was terrible, making it difficult to stay connected. Overall, staying here was a nightmare, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, I strongly advise avoiding this place.
