We have stayed in Laguna hotel for 4 nights in November 2025. Our check in was smooth and we were showed around, the welcoming staff was attentive. The hotel’s surroundings put together very nicely and the beach area was sufficiently furnished. The room itself was okay but we had 2 main issues: 1-there was only one plug we can use as the rest was not international plugs. 2-there were cockroaches in the bathroom, we called the reception and it sounded like it is a common occurrence, they gave us a bug repellent spray. The beach is the extension of a fishing port, as much as they tried to put it together it didn’t work as all the trash and muddy mix of the port is dragged there. It was the only beach we could not swim. The staff were friendly but quite amateurish and are not result driven. We felt like each time we had a problem/concern we were met with “Okay, so?” attitude. The food was good, compared to other places they had fresh vegetables and fruit and it was refreshing. Lastly, on the day we checked out we have requested a breakfast as we left earlier than the breakfast time, well I will let the picture of it speak for itself. Great views and sunsets can be admired 10/10.

We had an unforgettable 2-week stay at this stunning hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The spa was incredible, and the massages were truly exceptional - highly recommend! The food was hands down the best we've experienced in an all-inclusive hotel, with delicious themed nights that added an extra layer of fun to our dining experience. We can't wait to come back!

I would not suggest this resort to honeymoon couples as they don't provide rooms according to the preferences mentioned and they don't give much importance to Indians is what i felt during my stay for 4 nights , they are only interested in foreigners. Food options for vegetarians are very very limited....like only 1-2 dishes for breakfast and 1-2 dishes for dinner ...though there were many pure vegetarians during our stay in the resort , options were very limited . We booked a tour from an indian tour operator and they tied up with the Maurijet tours ( mauritius tour agency ) which is really bad company as well . As soon as I complaint about my room , they were like talk to your indian tour operator and when my indian tour operator asked them about the room they were like rooms are fully booked in the hotel and we could clearly see that there were rooms available in the resorts but the resort as well as Maurijet both were making us fool .

It was a luxurious stay. We got the honeymoon package and the staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed for two nights and didn’t feel the need to go out as everything was available at the hotel. The swimming pool overlooking the ocean is a great place to relax. Just a recommendation that if possible book all inclusive package or at least go for breakfast and dinner included. Buffet price as of September 2025 was 1000 MUR per person and dinner was 1500 MUR per person.

Spent a day with family over-there. The outdoor set up and space together with the view is really amazing.the pool also nice. However the food rating is only 2/10 specially in terms of variety very limited.at tea time only pancakes and plain pakora. If you go there for the food please dont it will disappoint you. Its below other 3 star hotel match in mauritius. Staff are of mix Mauritians and foreigners. The foreign staff are more welcoming. Mauritians staff seemed to be overworked.
