We booked 2 night stay in this hotel We were there to celebrate my birthday. The security officer at the main gate was kind and welcomed. We were greeted by Yeshna, Melissa and keshav at the reception who was so nice. We were escorted to our room 210 by Melissa who give us all details about the hotel facilities.The service at the bar was very good special thanks to Ravi, Teo and nighty. Karishma and her small friend in the restaurant was so nice to us, I was surprised with the set up of a special dinning table. Thanks to the entertainer for entertaining us. Special thanks to the chef for the plates. Big kudos to Mr. Kevin the hotel manager who met us during the stay ensuring that we are having a great time, big thank to him for his genuine hospitality services. Thank to the ladies who clean up our room and who did the birthday decoration in the room. We highly recommend this hotel, we will definetely come back soon.

We have stayed in Laguna hotel for 4 nights in November 2025. Our check in was smooth and we were showed around, the welcoming staff was attentive. The hotel’s surroundings put together very nicely and the beach area was sufficiently furnished. The room itself was okay but we had 2 main issues: 1-there was only one plug we can use as the rest was not international plugs. 2-there were cockroaches in the bathroom, we called the reception and it sounded like it is a common occurrence, they gave us a bug repellent spray. The beach is the extension of a fishing port, as much as they tried to put it together it didn’t work as all the trash and muddy mix of the port is dragged there. It was the only beach we could not swim. The staff were friendly but quite amateurish and are not result driven. We felt like each time we had a problem/concern we were met with “Okay, so?” attitude. The food was good, compared to other places they had fresh vegetables and fruit and it was refreshing. Lastly, on the day we checked out we have requested a breakfast as we left earlier than the breakfast time, well I will let the picture of it speak for itself. Great views and sunsets can be admired 10/10.

We had an unforgettable 2-week stay at this stunning hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The spa was incredible, and the massages were truly exceptional - highly recommend! The food was hands down the best we've experienced in an all-inclusive hotel, with delicious themed nights that added an extra layer of fun to our dining experience. We can't wait to come back!

We came from india and stayed for 6 days. Their service was amazing and rooms are clean and hygiene. With our stay we had a complementary candle night dinner hosted by Karishma food service head who gave us a well customised menu for dinner. On a whole it was a delightful experience with their hospitality

It was a luxurious stay. We got the honeymoon package and the staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed for two nights and didn’t feel the need to go out as everything was available at the hotel. The swimming pool overlooking the ocean is a great place to relax. Just a recommendation that if possible book all inclusive package or at least go for breakfast and dinner included. Buffet price as of September 2025 was 1000 MUR per person and dinner was 1500 MUR per person.
