Great hotel for location and service with a smile. The staff from reception to the cleaners were all so friendly. A special shout out to Berta for my lovely omelettes every morning and always took the time out to have a chat as much as we could with the language barrier She was so lovely. The only downside for me was the sun beds no space between them and due to the hotel shape you were chasing the sun but only a minor downside as we were out and about exploring a lot. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. The view from the sky bar for the sunset was lovely and one night we had a DJ entertaining. Us with some fab chill out music.

Can't fault this hotel or staff. Large rooms with bedroom AND separate lounge. All staff happy and very helpful. Food great. A very good option we were told about by reception, was the ability, if you're not All Inclusive, to swap Evening Meal for Lunch, so we could go out for an evening meal and wouldn't miss out. Has also 2 pools, one being Adult Only.

Week away in January. Hotel fully open. Rooms are spacious and modern. Flooring has been repaired with screws and tape, needs replacing but was fine. Food is good with lots of choice. Entertainment team, Antoine & Laura, are friendly and engaging! Overall, nice hotel, fab holiday! X

Good points: Spacious rooms, good selection of meals both hot and cold (but hamburgers looked below par, so didn't try them), pleasant staff, cleaners tended to rooms every day, big open-air square to have drinks and watch sports events on the big screen. Bad points: No TV in the room lounge area, only in the bedroom. If it's a cold evening, you can use the bar downstairs to have drinks, but we thought it was basic from a design point of view; a big box with no thought to design and comfort. The house wine was rather poor, although plenty people appeared to be drinking it; I had one mouthful and couldn't drink anymore.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Costa adeje. Berta in the morning is a wonderful way to start the day cooking breakfast. The food is outstanding and immaculately clean with a varied selection for all ages and tastes. The waiting staff attend to all details. The entertainment staff are a joy to watch Juna is a ray of sunshine. The bar staff are all so friendly and what is lovely to see is that the staff are happy at their work. The visibility of the managers who are eating the food and walking around is a sign of an excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious and the standard of cleanliness is exceptional. The smell when walking into the hotel adds a lovely touch and one to be remembered when you leave and return. Really cannot fault the hotel but the staff really make the experience one that we wish to come again.
