I recently stayed at the Kiotari Miraluna Resort in Rhodes, and overall, my experience was mixed. The location of the hotel is excellent—right by the sea with easy access to the beach, making it perfect for those who love to relax by the water. The service was another highlight, as the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help, ensuring that my stay was pleasant.
However, the food left a lot to be desired. While it wasn’t terrible, the selection was fairly average, and the quality of items like cheese and ham could definitely be improved. I was hoping for a bit more in terms of variety and local flavors, which would have enhanced the overall dining experience.
In summary, Kiotari Miraluna Resort offers a great location and wonderful service, but the food could use some improvement. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with beach access, it’s still a good choice.

Most of the staff here were amazing. Claudia in the restaurant made everyone feel as though they were the only ones she was there for. She was amazing with the children and always had a lovely smile to greet everyone with.
The elderly man in the pool bar was rude, shouted at the holiday makers, and was helping himself to alcohol whilst on duty.
The lovely lady on the Gyros takeaway area was really lovely and chatty, I believe she was from the Philippines, always a lovely genuine smile.
It appeared the female staff always had a smile and a chat whereas the male staff appeared grumpy all apart from the one young man who drove the buggy and was on reception occasionally, who always smiled and waved.
The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff worked very hard.
The entertainment was great for the children and adults alike. Adult areas/pools and children areas/pools was a lovely addition.
The land train which stops outside the hotel was a lovely experience for my granddaughter. You pay one price and you can hop on and off all day. or just stay on and enjoy the ride.
I would definitely go back to this hotel as I had a wonderfully relaxing holiday.
Thankyou Hotel Labranda for a perfectly lovely holiday.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and the service is lovely, our room is comfortable and clean. The restaurants on site are amazing and the food was delicious, it is also very good for children as there is a great pool that occupied my little brother and he loved it. Overall our stay so far has been great and we cannot wait for the rest of our vacation.

Ignore the bad reviews from entitled people, only issues are either caused by situations the hotel can’t avoid ( smelly sewers on way to beach ) or greedy people taking to much pizza. Joey was fantastic and should be kept at the pool bar. Rooms are clean and cleaned everyday. Staff are very professional and friendly catering to needs. Food was very good for all inclusive with a wide variety of options available.
Pool bar should be adults only in my opinion as lots of other areas for children but other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Hopefully be back again in the future

We spent a week at Labranda Kiotari Miraluna Resort in September 2024 with our children, and overall, we had a fantastic holiday. We stayed in a duplex room with a private pool, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful, likely renovated, and the private pool was clean. Housekeeping took care of both the room and pool daily, and the cleaning was quite thorough.
There was a small issue with low hot water pressure at the beginning of our stay, but after reporting it to reception, the problem was fixed within thirty minutes. We stayed in the 200 block, which was completely quiet at night. While the hotel shows some signs of age here and there, we didn’t encounter anything major or off-putting.
The hotel is about a two-hour bus ride from the airport, but it offers the benefit of a private beach. The beach consists of fine pebbles and sand, and while there are larger, smooth stones in the water, it’s still comfortable to walk in without water shoes.
The food was excellent, with a constantly replenished selection at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We enjoyed everything, with the exception of the ice cream, which tasted quite "artificial" and wasn’t a hit with our children either. We especially appreciated the pizza, gyros, and hot dogs offered by the pools. I often ate so much in the morning that I skipped lunch and had a light snack by the water later in the day.
We always found available sunbeds on the beach (perhaps because we were there in the off-season). Some could use a bit of maintenance, but it wasn’t a major issue.
The hotel staff, from reception to the dining room, bar staff, cleaners, and maintenance, were all incredibly pleasant and friendly.
If I were to mention areas for improvement, aside from the ice cream, the playground and mini-golf course could use some repairs. Additionally, the pool for the youngest children was quite cold compared to the sea during our stay, which was a bit uncomfortable for them.
