We've stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, half board. We're a couple (mid 40s) with our 11 year old son. Weve had a great holiday and have overall been pleased with the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was a nice touch to get a bag of sandwiches fruit and water when arriving at 10pm. The room was average, it had all we needed and was cleaned spotlessly every day. However the mattresses on the beds were thin and the sofa bed my son was on was bent in the middle. Great edge of town location, we enjoyed being able to eat dinner in the hotel at 6.30 and then head out to the corrajelo for drinks for a couple of hours from 7.15pm. Food has been good, especially the dinners. Amazing salad bar, a wide selection and good to see no huge desert selection of cakes that all look different but taste the same as you so often see in similar hotels.

Rooms, Service, Location is great, pubs, beach, clubs, shops, restaurants, WATER PARK (walking distance) 4 mins, all local. Everything you need locally. The down side of the hotel is... The food is the same every day and night, no theme to it or anything, plus the restaurants are small, they can't manage the size of the hotel. Upstairs for breakfast, lunch and snacks, downstairs for dinner but both areas are small. If your happy with chips and pasta, youll be okay. Plus menu is small. Also pool is freezing 🥶, yes your body gets used to it but it's still cold 🥶. A lot of sunbeds are broken but still have to be used as hotel is busy. Entertainment is a bust and I thought it would be okay for Easter break whilst schools are off. Entertainment does go on around the pool but if you're not paying attention you'll miss it. YOU GET FREE TOWELS FOR SUNBEDS, €1 to renew them I would probably rate it as a high 3* not a 4*, needs a little work done, painting etc. Rooms are tidy though, descent size etc, beds are hard, pull out beds are okay though. Double beds are 2 single beds pushed together as usual. Staff are really friendly. Obviously this has nothing to do with hotel or TUI but be careful of the weather. Whilst there's wind, be careful as its still hot and dangerous as you don't realise.

Stayed here two weeks ago had been down graded by Jet2 but don’t understand why. The two gentlemen on the reception desk were very helpful on our arrival switching around rooms around so we could be next friends. This is obviously an older property but is very well maintained by the staff. We found all the staff gardeners, maids waiters to very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large clean and functional, the bathrooms are are a little dated. The choice of food at the buffets was fantastic never got bored with the selection at breakfast or dinner. Would not hesitate to return👍

As always I would like to write my honest as possible opinion as a local guide . I finish stay in this hotel last friday . I have been from 23 may 2025 till 30 may 2025 weather so so but i will write about hotel of course . This hotel deserve 5! stars together with everything starting from clean to food everything spot on . Great food international (huge choice ). Fantastic fresh bread. Breakfast dinner and lunch ( omlette ,noodles, steaks etc. ) made freshly just for you ! . Access for disabled persons . Active program during day . Open bar quite big choice i was shocked ;) silence if you wish pool to rest . Possibility to give kid to mini club to have free time for you ;) Very close to shops and main road what else i hope you will keep level as is and you will have a lot of happy customers like me ;* Thank you to all personel especially Menager(I think maybe owner who knows?) who always care about us . When every single hotel will have this kind of standard people always will come back from holiday happy ;)

Great location. Close to the top of the main road & very close to Retro Bar if you like live music. Short 20/30 minute down the road into town or same distance across the next block to Campanario shopping precinct including restaurants & coffee shops etc. Clean tidy hotel. Good choice of food & all staff interactions were good ones! Pic is from patio of poolside room 1245. You can see plenty of quality sun beds to go round but being so close together getting off the bed to the side or sitting side on with your feet on the floor is not really possible. Nice poolside bar & entertainment area but no tables with the beds to put your drinks on. Be careful when it’s windy, not all umbrellas are secured in their bases & can take to the sky without warning! If you’re paying for drinks they’re very reasonably priced too.
