An Absolute Gem in the Heart of Chaweng! ​An amazing hotel that is perfectly suited for couples looking for a romantic getaway. ​The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Chaweng, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a Sea View Suite, which was incredibly spacious and offered stunning views. ​Highlights of our stay: ​The Beach: Pristine, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. ​Facilities: The pools are fantastic and well-maintained. ​Service: Exceptional service across the board. When we had a minor issue with a clogged toilet, the maintenance team fixed it immediately. ​Cleanliness: Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every single day. ​Dining: A very good breakfast with a nice variety. ​The staff is incredible and truly service-oriented. Bottom line: This hotel is highly recommended and definitely worth it!

Hotel was generally ok. Our check in wasn't the smoothest process (despite arriving a day late) as we were taken to the wrong room. Resulting in a walk back up to the reception whilst they sorted this out. This meant our room wasn't ready and we had to wait around 20 mins for them to prepare it. Being in the only premium room in the hotel we expected a little extra treatment from the hotel but this wasn't the case. The only difference between this and the other rooms is the private pool- which wasn't that big or deep enough to really enjoy. There was no turn down service either which we expected for a 4 star hotel. Meaning that you were left with only 4 bottles of water each day to last until the next room clean. If you wanted more this was extra (as per the sign in the mini bar fridge). Breakfast is basic, with a range of pastries, fruit etc. Easy to walk to the town - around 15 mins and a 7 eleven pretty much across the road. Check out process again wasn't smooth, as they forgot which room we were in, making this unnecessarily longer than it should have been. We were a little disappointed in the price of the room and what we got. Advice if you're thinking of going here - just book a standard room and save your money

Grounds are lovely. Bar and kitchen staff are friendly and helpful. For the price AUD $300 per night ( and we stayed 7 nights), the accommodation would best be described as average. There is nowhere to put your clothes besides 7 coat hangers. I was advised we could put our clothes on the rack above the toilet??? There is cable tv only (not all channels work) and tvs do not allow you to connect to your B own streaming accounts. Over the last 3 days I was unwell with a cold and when I requested some for my tea, was advised could not be obtained from kitchen that time of night …8pm Basic to average at best

The hotel is nice and the location is good...but the service is terrible. I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm and ordered food at the restaurant. The staff came to ask me about my order three times. They didn't understand what I ordered. 🫠 The next morning, I didn't go to breakfast, but requested a hot coffee and bottled water in my room, which I would pay for. I called 3 times and received no coffee, no response, and no explanation. The staff only replied, "Okay, okay, we'll get it." but I didn't receive any coffee that morning. It was awful for the price I paid, 5,000 baht per night, and I stayed there for 2 nights. The worst stay I've ever had in Koh Samui. 🤷‍♀️

Very nice hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there. Rooms are a bit outdated but everything else was great. Big pool area with enough sunbeds, very friendly staff, good breakfast and drinks. The best part was that the hotel is right at the beach with more sunbeds. The hotel is also next to the main street so you have all restaurants, bars and shops within a short walking distance.
