It was amazing!! The resort has a spacious beachfront area with a beautiful view of the sunset. The price is reasonable, and the staff are truly excellent — friendly and always smiling. The swimming pools were beautiful — and there were 2 of them to enjoy. The spa area is clean, and the massage therapists are skilled. There was also a bartender show and a fire show that were quite unique compared to others I’ve seen. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Good quality👍

The room was beautiful and very large (king bed, ocean view) and the resort is very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Only slight disappointment was the restaurant staff who were not up to the same standard (example, the bartender who would much rather practice bottle flipping than serve drinks). Overall though, very highly recommended.

What can we say. This resort was stunning! Staff were always smiling, welcoming, professional and friendly. Food was delicious, drinks cold, lots of activities to enjoy or if you prefer to laze by the pool with a book or a cocktail, that’s perfect too. Very clean, efficient with any request - they have thought of everything to ensure the guests enjoy their time. Loved it!

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel because we received an upgrade from the La Flora Hotel, which belongs to the same resort group. On top of that, we also received an all-inclusive package, which we really enjoyed! We are still so grateful for receiving that upgrade! Thank you for all that again. We really had an amazing stay here with you. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was always delicious. You could order everything, starting from international dishes all the way up to local Thai food. The beach itself was also really nice and clean. Only the water was not as clear as you might expect from other Thai beaches, but that is actually the only and really tiny disadvantage we had. So thanks again for everything, and we can highly recommend spending a vacation here.

It makes me really sad to say this, we stayed 6 nights - 7 days here and honestly it makes me sad to say this, it’s the worst I have ever stayed/been in Thailand. On the 3rd or 4th night there was a fire show at the bar and DJ and I was putting it up there on top of my Thailand list. I come about 3 times a year. But it was all downhill from there. We were on an all you can eat food and drink package and the staff made us that uncomfortable on day 4 at the Kokulo beach bar and restaurant that we did room service and paid an additional price since then. We were even so concerned we asked the front desk, if something was wrong and other than saying they would check, we got nothing back. So that was an addition cost too. Another day I asked to borrow an umbrella as it was raining, again standard in Thailand, which is absolutely fine, but then I slipped in-front of 2 staff on the slippery floor and no one came to even ask if I was ok. I’m actually really sad to write this review. It was on my list to visit again but we were made to feel so uncomfortable and unimportant even after injuring ourselves, I simply can’t recommend this place. The DJ and fire show were amazing, I don’t want to take away from that at all. But other than that I truly can’t endorse a place that makes people feel so uncomfortable. It’s sad as it had so much potential.
