The views from this hotel are spectacular. There was a guy playing a guitar in the background while we sat in this gorgeous terrace. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to have a nice drink outside and take in the scenery. The food here is supposed to be good too but I haven’t tried it… one for the list!

Stayed here for two nights and they were the best nights we had in Mallorca! The service was beyond amazing and the rooms were spotless. Loved every minute of my stay. Will def be back! The only thing I could comment on was that the night we ate at El Olivo the manager was a little snobby. Other than that everything was perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite 5-star hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the luxurious rooms to the impeccable service, was truly remarkable.
The amenities provided were second to none, relaxing spa facilities, and a stunning breathtaking views. Dining at the hotel's restaurants was an absolute delight, with a diverse range of culinary experiences to choose from, each dish crafted to perfection.
What truly stood out to me was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of extraordinary, from assisting with reservations to providing personalized recommendations for exploring the local area.
Overall, my experience at this 5-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. I cannot wait to return and experience the unparalleled hospitality once again.

The man that works on the door was very unpleasant comper to other people who very friendly. We come with car that we have rented and we wanted to park at the hotel but the man that parks the car told us ( based on look of our car) that they are fully booked and there is no space for us! What a lie! We have parked on the other place and come there to drink some wine and enjoy the view. On the other side all the weathers and other people were very very pleasant but this man that parks the car - we have no words for him - to compare someones wallet with car that are rented 😂😂😂 but ok, that was the only bad thing - very nice wine and food ✌️

We visited this café and restaurant and were generally very pleased with the service and ambiance. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. However, we had an unpleasant experience upon our arrival.
We had rented a car for our trip and arrived at the café, but the man at the entrance told us there were no available seats and that reservations were not possible. Nonetheless, we decided to find parking nearby and return on foot. When we returned, a woman at the entrance kindly seated us in the café, which, surprisingly, was empty.
It felt as though the man at the entrance concluded, based on the car we arrived in, that we weren't "qualified" enough to be guests. This kind of attitude is disappointing and unprofessional.
Although we ultimately enjoyed everything the café and restaurant had to offer, we hope that in the future, the staff will treat all guests with equal respect, regardless of external factors.
