We found the staff very welcoming and helpful. The deluxe pool entrance room was beautiful with spa topped it off . Did find bed a little hard. Breakfast buffet was full of choose from local foods and western dishes. The seafood buffet was awesome so much to choose from. We had this twice on our stay. Beach bar and pool are perfect for relaxing afternoon of cocktails and swimming while waiting for sunset. This place is so big didn't find swimming up bar near our room till second last day could of made more use of that. Overall definitely recommend LA FLORA

Don't use their laundry service. It's very expensive and then on top of the advertised prices they add tax and service charge. You can get laundry done in town for 60baht per kilo. The bedrooms are fabulous but do not take one on the top floor if you don't want to listen to the chiller units for the whole building all night. I complained about this several times to no avail. They simply were not intrrested. Great shower in the bathroom.

I like floral wings more than the ocean wing. We usually go there and book 2 connecting bedroom. Perfect long swimming pool with varieties of breakfast. The hotel located right in the city center and easy to find. Recommended for your vacation.

La Flora welcomes you, and immediately makes you feel a welcomed guest. Rooms are located away from the sea, but that means that resturant and pool area have the best located at the beach. And wow what a beach, this is one of the best i have visited, sand is white, soft, and water perfect. We visited during the rainy season, but to be honest this is not a issue at all! Plenty of sun, sea is warm and fun.

Dated rooms. We tried 3 and all had issues. I am sure you can get perfect working rooms, but not unless you book far in advance. The location is perfect though. And their weekend lobster and waigu buffet is beyond perfect.
