We enjoyed our stay in La Flora Khao Lak very much. We recommend taking a deluxe pool access room as you have always a sunbed and the pool almost to yourself! In the room everything was nice and clean (but you definitely should bring mosquito repellent!). We didn't like that the towels are changed everyday even when we didn't put them on the floor. That is not as sustainable as the hotel wants to be... However the water refill station in the lobby and the glass bottles are 👍 At the beach and the main pool all the sunbeds were reserved all the time even though it is forbidden. Unfortunately, we never saw them being removed as a sign said 😅 The breakfast buffet was exceptionally big and diverse, however in the evening we never ate there. We missed cozy lounges next to the restaurant to enjoy a nice cocktail and the entertainment in the evening. Luckily, there are enough possibilities for that in the street behind the hotel.

Perfect beach front hotel. Superb sunset view. Eating breakfast everyday whilst looking out over the beach and Andaman sea was so nice as was the choices for breakfast. Very short walk to all the shops and restaurants and lively night market. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. Shower was lush. Main pool and pool below our balcony were just right.. both with swim up bars. Lots of sunbeds with parasols just above the beach line and beanbags you could go further with. Cleaners and gardeners were doing a fantastic job. My one and only regret is not booking a swim up room because if we get the chance to come back that is no.1 priority.

Very nice resort with easy access to water, either pool or sea (we most often went for the sea) - especially the less populated pools around the complex were nice. The layout was kind of wacky and required some navigating around all the room-access poold, but overall the resort is very nice and well kept. Good breakfast and nice service all round. A bit crowded near the beach where guests were eager to 'claim' sunbeds, but we managed to find some space to relax and enjoy the ocean view.

Absolutely stunning place very special birthdays for my husband's 50th and daughters 21st in April. Very family friendly. Many nationalities at the resort. Excellent food off the menu. Happy hour 4 x a day at different bars. 3 pool bars and one beach bar. Joy and Coco the singers were/are amazing best entertainment we've ever had and we've travelled far and wide. Swim up rooms are super special. Spa treatments are excellent. Khao Lak is a fabulous place too great location. Just wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at the La Flora resort in Khao Lak recently. Staff were all polite and always willing to help. The resort was a short walk to the night markets and an array of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was included in our booking and this had a good array of items including traditional Thai food and continental cuisine. If you want a base to go off Diving or exploring the National Parks then this is a great place to start your search.
