We had a fantastic time at the Sentido Kyknos Hotel in Crete! The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety at every meal – there was always something tasty and fresh to enjoy. What truly made our stay special was the incredible friendliness of the entire staff. Everyone was warm, helpful, and always ready to listen. You could really feel that the staff cared deeply about the guests and made a genuine effort to connect with everyone personally. It created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. A very special thank-you goes to Markus and Christos, who worked as waiters at the pool bar. They were always cheerful, extremely attentive, and open to a friendly chat. Their kindness and professionalism added so much to our overall experience, and they truly stood out during our stay. We felt completely at ease and very well looked after. Huge thanks to the whole team – we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Really enjoyed our honeymoon. The staff do absolutely anything to make you happy. They are all so wonderful and friendly. The room was nice, modern and clean. The beds comfy and the shower was really nice as well. Breakfast was alright. Personally we did not enjoy lunch or dinner so we ate out a couple of times. The pool is cold but nice. The spa is lovely as well! I Would recommend this hotel, they only should improve the food

Tamara and me were on our honeymoon here. The crew is outstanding! They will make sure your stay here is perfect. They work really really hard and they honestly do care. I'd like to thank the next crewmembers for their hard work and their efforts. Because they made our stay so much better; Theo (bar) Christos (bar) Ellie Marianna (bar) Nikos (restaurant) Maria (bar) Markos (bar) Eleftheria (bar) Sofia (spa) Stella (restaurant) The rooms were clean, the shower is amazing !! Its so delightful kids are not allowed. We loved the breakfast, but the lunch and dinner wasn't great so we eat a lot outside the hotel. Food is different every day and there's enough variaty. This was the only downside we experienced. Everything else was sooooo good. The service, the location and the employees! It's a must to have at least an rental car. Crete is an beautiful island and to get the most out of your holiday a rental car is essential. I think the manager (the small one in the suit most of the times) should treat all of the employees with more dignity and respect as well. Clipping his fingers and pointing is not the way how we communicate as human beings. We are all equal. To see that happening is also a downside for me. Please do change that kind of behavior. I had a very good experience staying at this hotel! 10/10 service and kudos to the Sentido team for making us feel welcome. Eleftheria was a doll!!! Good location and I would recommend any day!

The hotel is wonderful and very clean, located close to beautiful beaches and Malia old town only a short walk away. The service is incredible at the bar, would highly recommend
