I had an absolutely amazing experience in here. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was on another level. Huge thank you to Foam, Pia, Noe, Joe, Lin, Micky, and San — every single one of them made my stay special. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can really feel that they care about the guests and take pride in their service. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything feels well thought out. Whether it was helping with recommendations, assisting with anything I needed, or just greeting me with a smile — the team made a big difference. It wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand. I will definitely come back. Thank you again to the entire team for making it unforgettable 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at the Kupu Kupu Hotel, and a big part of this experience was the incredible people who work here. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel truly welcome. Andy greeted us with warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness, always ready to help with a smile and great attention to every detail. At breakfast, the service was simply outstanding. San, Micky, Ziny, Bank, Ad min and the manager Pla took care of us with such generosity and positive energy that every morning started with a great feeling. The attentiveness, friendliness and personal touch made the experience special. They remembered exactly what we liked and made us feel at home. In the evening restaurant, the atmosphere and service were equally impressive. Noe, Foam an Joes made our dinners memorable with thoughtful service, kindness and true hospitality. People often remember a place because of the way it makes them feel. The team here made us feel welcomed, cared for and appreciated. Thank you for such a beautiful experience. Our stay at Kupu Kupu Phangan Beach Villas & Spa was simply fantastic! From the very first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. The entire complex is beautiful and perfectly nestled in nature. You can feel that special island feeling everywhere. We Lovee the Hotel so much! Nice massage and nice atmosphere.Very pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire day! Starting with breakfast, which offers a wide selection and plenty of fresh options. Lunch and dinner are also very good with a great variety of dishes to choose from. You can perfectly end the evening at the bar. The entire team is very helpful and incredibly kind. This was our 3rd time at Kupu Kupu, 2 weeks every time. This place is such a paradise, after the 1st time in 2022 we knew we would have to come back. Little did we know that it would be in 2023 and that we would get engaged there, right on the terrasse of our villa, 10 meters from the sea! So in 2025, our honeymoon had to be there... and Kupu Kupu delivered again. The service is so dedicated to the guests comfort, it always feels like the personnel is only servicing you, while they actually attend every single guest with an equally high standard. From the reception, where Andy will have an answer to every request, to the spacious villa cleaned thoroughly by the attentive cleaning crew. The breakfast, rich and diverse, was enlightened by an incredible team serving quality dishes made on demand along with a large buffet choice. The restaurant staff are ALL so professional, courteous, friendly but also mindful. They deserve a high praise for their continuous evolution over the years: San, AD, Ziny, Micky, Aek, Bank, Noe, Pla, Foam, Lin, Mason, Joe. The resort is so quiet, peaceful, it's actually a joy to spend entire days relaxing by the pool, swimming in the sea, enjoying a drink from the bar, or simply chilling on your own terrasse... to later have a dinner with delicious options and a plating that shows equal motivation to excel from the kitchen staff. I would prefer it if it stays intimate, but I have to share how great they are because they deserve success for the soul they bring to this place. It's magic. Raouf & Sam, till next time!
