I had an absolutely amazing experience in here. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was on another level. Huge thank you to Foam, Pia, Noe, Joe, Lin, Micky, and San — every single one of them made my stay special. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can really feel that they care about the guests and take pride in their service. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything feels well thought out. Whether it was helping with recommendations, assisting with anything I needed, or just greeting me with a smile — the team made a big difference. It wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience. Our stay at Kupu Kupu Phangan Beach Villas & Spa was simply fantastic! From the very first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. The entire complex is beautiful and perfectly nestled in nature. You can feel that special island feeling everywhere. We Lovee the Hotel so much! Nice massage and nice atmosphere.Very pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire day! Starting with breakfast, which offers a wide selection and plenty of fresh options. Lunch and dinner are also very good with a great variety of dishes to choose from. You can perfectly end the evening at the bar. The entire team is very helpful and incredibly kind. We had a very pleasant stay at Kupu Kupu. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and attentive, and it genuinely felt like they went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was as enjoyable as possible. One of the highlights was the spa experience. We had a massage by the beach, which was very relaxing, and Opol provided an excellent full-body treatment. The rooms were comfortable overall, although there is some room for improvement. The location was probably the weakest aspect of the stay. There are only a limited number of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the nearest 7-Eleven is a bit far away. Because of that, getting around can be slightly inconvenient. However, if you have a scooter or a car, this is not really an issue and it becomes much easier to enjoy everything the island has to offer. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Kupu Kupu to travelers looking for friendly service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a team that truly cares about their guests.
