We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The hotel is lovely, and the service is among the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff provides top-level service, always with a smile. San and the rest of the team (Pla, Mason, Ad ,Lin, Micky, Bank, Joe) took wonderful care of us, and anything we asked for—whether at breakfast or dinner—arrived quickly and generously. In addition, the spa is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the pool is beautiful. Thank you to all the hotel staff. And a special thanks to Andy, the concierge, who made sure to pamper us beyond our expectations.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The place is very clean, modern, and definitely high quality. The food at the hotel restaurant is excellent, every dish was delicious! The service was outstanding. The hotel staff and the restaurant team were always friendly, helpful, and professional. I want to especially thank: Jenny, Andy, Zin, Pla, San, Mason, John, Lin Lin, and Micky for their great service and warm attitude. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Our experience at Kupu Kupu Phangan was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. The pool is stunning, with an incredible view and a true luxury-resort vibe. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. A huge thank you to San, Micky, Ad, Aek, Foam, Noe, and Lin — you are all incredible! Your service made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Phangan. First of all we got Andy to help us with everything we needed and was on point with everything he said, the best! The service overall could be better but still good, sometimes it felt like they are not want to get you or just not trying to be nice to you, sometimes not even a smile, specially at the reception, except Andy of course that made us feel at home here. The restaurant is very good with good service, specially Lin, Joe, Noo, Foam, San, AD, Micky, Su and Mod. The room is great but the cleaning part wasn’t 100% as there were ants even that we couldn’t put a glass with wine for one second on the table.
