I had an absolutely amazing experience in here. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was on another level. Huge thank you to Foam, Pia, Noe, Joe, Lin, Micky, and San — every single one of them made my stay special. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can really feel that they care about the guests and take pride in their service. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything feels well thought out. Whether it was helping with recommendations, assisting with anything I needed, or just greeting me with a smile — the team made a big difference. It wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand. I will definitely come back. Thank you again to the entire team for making it unforgettable 🙏

This was our 3rd time at Kupu Kupu, 2 weeks every time. This place is such a paradise, after the 1st time in 2022 we knew we would have to come back. Little did we know that it would be in 2023 and that we would get engaged there, right on the terrasse of our villa, 10 meters from the sea! So in 2025, our honeymoon had to be there... and Kupu Kupu delivered again. The service is so dedicated to the guests comfort, it always feels like the personnel is only servicing you, while they actually attend every single guest with an equally high standard. From the reception, where Andy will have an answer to every request, to the spacious villa cleaned thoroughly by the attentive cleaning crew. The breakfast, rich and diverse, was enlightened by an incredible team serving quality dishes made on demand along with a large buffet choice. The restaurant staff are ALL so professional, courteous, friendly but also mindful. They deserve a high praise for their continuous evolution over the years: San, AD, Ziny, Micky, Aek, Bank, Noe, Pla, Foam, Lin, Mason, Joe. The resort is so quiet, peaceful, it's actually a joy to spend entire days relaxing by the pool, swimming in the sea, enjoying a drink from the bar, or simply chilling on your own terrasse... to later have a dinner with delicious options and a plating that shows equal motivation to excel from the kitchen staff. I would prefer it if it stays intimate, but I have to share how great they are because they deserve success for the soul they bring to this place. It's magic. Raouf & Sam, till next time!

We had the most amazing honeymoon at Kupu Kupu Phangan – it truly felt like paradise! From the very first moment until the day we left, everything was perfect. A special and heartfelt thank you to Endi from the reception, who was absolutely incredible. He took care of us the entire stay, always made us laugh, and genuinely made our experience even more special. His service and kindness went above and beyond! We would also love to thank the wonderful restaurant team – Pla, Micky, Admin and Ziny – who were always so friendly, attentive and happy to help with anything we needed. We spent five amazing nights at this hotel and truly loved every moment. The beach is beautiful, the views are stunning, and the entire atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Andy at the reception was always helpful and friendly and funny 😂. In the restaurant, we were taken care of by Bank, San, Ad, Ziny, Micky, Foam Lin, and Noe — each one of them was kind, attentive, and always greeted us ❤️with a smile.
