Beautiful location od the hotel and wonderfull villas especially these with private pool. Good food and very helpful and nice staff. We felt here amazing. We also took part in snorkeling trip organized from the hotel and it was really well organised. We recommend this trip. in particular, thanks to the guide's considerable assistance, we did not have to worry about anything. Every step of the way, from leaving the hotel to diving stops, meals, and sun loungers on the beach, was organized for us. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the trip. We felt very comfortable in the company of our guide, who spent the day with us and answered all our questions.

Great hotel, nice services. Rooms (bathrooms mainly, would deserve longer scrubs) should be in this price bracket cleaner. Big surprise to us were prices of Dinner menu which could go 10x in comparisson to already expensive foods on the island (pad thai in average 140Bath on island). Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast really great! Pools nice, beach also.

We really loved staying at this resort for our holiday in Koh Yao Yai! The resort is completely surrounded by jungle, and each room is a private “house”, very well furnished and spacious. We also loved the breakfast, which offers a wide variety of options, both savoury and sweet, especially the fresh fruit. I would suggest offering more vegetarian options for the savoury breakfast; however, the staff are always happy to provide extra dishes upon request. A special mention goes to Nasry and Nieney from the Activity Center, who not only help guests choose the perfect activities but also turned out to be excellent caregivers. Every day, they helped me treat a wound I got on my foot while swimming in the sea. I am extremely grateful to have met them. Together with the rest of the staff, who are always kind, helpful, and welcoming, they looked after me throughout my stay with genuine care and warm smiles.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, especially to our children. They really made us feel welcome as a family. A special mention goes to our tour guide Michael, with whom we did a private boat tour. He took wonderful care of us, was very friendly, and flexible with our wishes. Highly recommended!

TLDR: A unique and amazing experience and place to stay, truly relaxing and wonderful. Stayed only 2 nights 3 days but it was so worth it. This place is truly amazing and unique! Getting here is fun since it's on an island you have to either figure out how to get there or have the resort do it and they gladly will assist and take care of everything, literally everything. We went through the resort getting there and leaving and both were so easy to do and they picked us up from the airport and ensured we were taken the whole way to the resort to check in. It was seamless and so nice to just be able to relax and not worry. Checking in was easy too, we got there early and our room wasn't ready but they held our luggage while we went to the pool and drank at the pool bar and enjoyed our day there. They also helped us sign up for massages and a cooking class through the resort. Everything we did was so fun and relaxing and just felt great. The views from the restaurants/breakfast/pools are unbeatable. There were also plenty of families so be aware of that which is good for families, but can be a negative for people that want an adults only vibe. The staff were great either way though ensuring the kids were taken care of as well as the adults. The down side, there were a lot of mosquitos and it took us a day to figure out there's a mosquito repellent machine in the room provided to you. Had we found that sooner it probably would've been an even better experience. The only other thing I would say that could use some help is just general staff interaction. I believe they wait for you to ask for help because they don't want to intrude but I was hoping for a little guidance, for instance during lunch the first day when it was unclear how to go about ordering lunch or if the bar was actually open because despite the hours there was no one there. Granted we were there while they were setting up for their Christmas Eve celebration/special meal and it was all hands on deck which may have made the staff availability less for that day. But even getting pool towels that day seemed to be hard. The other minor inconvenience is how far some of the rooms are located away from the lobby. They offer a golf cart to pick you up and drop you off when available but most times walking was the easier option than calling for a golf cart to come. The paths are well lit at night but can get a little confusing on which one to take/not take at first. After a day and a half we figured out the trails pretty easily though. Despite these little, and I mean little, inconveniences, this place is amazing. We literally left and went to our next hotel in Railay Beach and immediately wanted to go back here. This is somewhere we will talk about and miss for YEARS to come. I cannot recommend this place enough at least for short periods because that's all I know. I'm not sure if longer periods makes a difference but I don't think it would. I am so glad we decided not to stay in Phuket but instead came here, this was amazing.
