I spent a week here recently on a girls holiday. It came highly recommended. The hotel is lovely and is well set up for guests with poor mobility. We had an ocean view suite which was lovely and cleaned daily. It’s a fair way out of El Médano and a little isolated. The pool is heated, and there is an outside bar. Food - good choice of breakfasts. Lunch - sometimes there was something edible. Dinner - eat out! Drinks - beer was drinkable ! Wine - one step up from vinegar! Spirits and cocktails - avoid at all costs! It’s clear the place is well loved with many punters returning again and again.

Nice place. Great staff. Good food. Noisy at night though. I purposely stayed away from the party areas when looking for a hotel and was looking for something relaxing and a bit quiet, but the entertainment goes on till late and you're a part of it whether you want to be or not. I understand people want entertaining, but maybe turn down the volume at say 10pm. This isn't Benidorm or Magaluf. Maybe I'm grumpy now as it's 10:22pm and the floor in my room is vibrating it's so loud. The construction of the hotel is such that the noise funnels up the middle and there's no quite room. If I knew this, I definitely would not have booked this hotel.

Was thrilled with the location right on the sea front, stepped from the pool area onto the beach it was amazing. Staff were hit and miss we had paid all inclusive and definitely would not do that again. Food although plenty of it was just the same thing every day. Cold hot food with a microwave to heat your meal. Staff seemed to have just given up really. Cleaning was a massive issue shared areas were dirty with bins constantly overflowing and just left there. Room cleaning was disappointing and I had to go twice to reception to request clean towels and bed change before it was done and then they removed the dirty used towels and never replaced them so again another trip to reception. Hands up and props to the entertainer who was on his own and managed a full schedule of both day and evening entertainment. Online was the best hotel I have ever booked but reality didn't come close.

We had a great holiday here, to be honest the entertainment from Marco and Juan Fran is was incredible- they’re a true credit to the hotel!! Location is good if you’re wanting a relaxed holiday. Food is good. Would definitely recommend!! Thankyou especially to Marco and Juan Fran for your amazing service!!

Spent 10 nights at this quiet and relaxing hotel but could definitely do with some small improvements. Room was nice with a lovely sea view but never cleaned fully on a daily basis. Food was usually luke warm and has to be warmed in microwave provided at end of hotplate, when mentioned to jet 2 rep her reply was " what do you expect in an all inclusive hotel, food cannot always be fresh and hot"!!. Pool was best attribute to the hotel, always clean and staff in this area were all friendly and efficient and no matter what time of day sunbeds were always available.
