Our room was spacious and the bathroom specifically was amazing for a New York hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. And we took full advantage of the free sparkling water, which seemed like a silly extra until we realized how refreshing it was to end the day hydrated and refreshed. Plus we love the Herald Square location. Convenient to theaters and easy to catch a train to anywhere you want to go.

Stayed here for a week with friends. Wonderful hotel on central location! Clean rooms, good beds, clean and beautiful rooftop view on empire state building. Very nice to get free and refillable water and coffee. Nice and helpful staff! José the doorman was very nice and helped us out! Would recommend it to everybody!

Clean and centrally located hotel with a rooftop bar/lounge(open all day, and doesn't require buying drinks). Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and relatively large for NY standards, and the front desk service is great. When you book, be aware of the extra fees you'll pay when checking in(if you want a laugh, ask them what you get for the extra fees). They do have a water station and will give you a small water bottle you can refill, but it's on the 2nd floor only, so if you're higher up be prepared to spend time in the elevator and stairs. Again, the location is great for visitors who want to be walking distance from train stations and landmarks, Broadway, shopping and proximate to good restaurants, coffee and pastries.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Kixby Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The location is unbeatable, just off 5th Ave and steps away from iconic attractions like the Empire State Building and Herald Square. To top it off, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting NYC!"

Great hotel in midtown! We loved it here. Beautiful rooms, amazing views of the Empire State Building from our room and from the Lookout on the roof. The staff were all super welcoming and helpful. Shout-outs to Jay, Grace, and Jose for excellent service and for going above & beyond! PS Don't miss out on Angelina's bakery a couple doors down for an excellent cannoli or a great slice.
