Room was clean, quiet, and more spacious than I was expecting. Bathroom was also very clean. Water pressure was amazing and the body wash provided by the hotel was great. Great location. Great staff, always welcoming at the door and more than happy to help with bags, directions, taxi, or questions. Other guests were super nice. Overall great experience and atmosphere. We will definitely stay again!

Great location close to Bryant Park, Time Square, Macy's and Empire State. An older building but nicely renovated. The overall look is a little on the dark side but rooms are very clean. Friendly staff. Rooftop Bar with a great view over the Empire State Building. Just don't eat breakfast there. 19,50$ per person is way too much for what's being offered. But that is the only downside . I will be back.

Our room was spacious and the bathroom specifically was amazing for a New York hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. And we took full advantage of the free sparkling water, which seemed like a silly extra until we realized how refreshing it was to end the day hydrated and refreshed. Plus we love the Herald Square location. Convenient to theaters and easy to catch a train to anywhere you want to go.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kixby! The service was top-notch from start to finish. The friendly, professional, and always helpful staff. Our room on level 10 was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the complimentary drinks and snacks available on level 2, which was such a thoughtful touch and a complimentary water bottle. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again as location is great!

Clean and centrally located hotel with a rooftop bar/lounge(open all day, and doesn't require buying drinks). Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and relatively large for NY standards, and the front desk service is great. When you book, be aware of the extra fees you'll pay when checking in(if you want a laugh, ask them what you get for the extra fees). They do have a water station and will give you a small water bottle you can refill, but it's on the 2nd floor only, so if you're higher up be prepared to spend time in the elevator and stairs. Again, the location is great for visitors who want to be walking distance from train stations and landmarks, Broadway, shopping and proximate to good restaurants, coffee and pastries.
