We had a mixed experience during our stay. On one hand, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit, which was a real highlight. The location is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to a beautiful beach. ​The hotel facilities and pools were truly excellent and very well maintained. We also really appreciated the beautiful, well-kept gardens around the property. ​However, the rooms themselves were a significant drawback. They were not as clean as they should have been upon arrival, and several items needed minor repairs (a broken light fixture, a leaky faucet). This definitely impacted the overall comfort of our stay. ​The food was decent ("okay"), with a good variety, meaning there was always something for everyone to find and enjoy. ​Overall, this hotel has amazing staff, location, and facilities, but the management really needs to address the cleanliness and maintenance issues in the guest rooms.

I stayed at the Kipriotis Village Resort in Kos with my family and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the start, we encountered multiple problems with our room. The TV didn’t work, the room was infested with ants (I even have video evidence), and one evening we were locked out of our own room due to a faulty lock. Staff assistance was slow and unhelpful, which left us stranded outside with young children. We had booked expecting a luxury 4 stars resort, but the reality was far from what was advertised. The room was very far from the main amenities, which was particularly difficult for us as we have three children with autism who need quick and easy access to food and familiar spaces. I specifically requested a room closer to the food court for this reason, but this was ignored. The facilities themselves were poorly maintained and certainly not up to the “luxury” standard promised. Cleanliness was inconsistent, and we often felt the resort was understaffed and overwhelmed. To make matters worse, my daughter, who has chronic lung disease, had to use her inhaler more frequently during the stay, which I strongly believe was due to the poor air quality and conditions in the room. Overall, this holiday caused us more stress than enjoyment. We felt misled by how the resort was advertised compared to the reality. I would not recommend Kipriotis Village Resort to families, especially those with additional needs, as the service and facilities do not meet basic expectations, let alone “luxury ” standards.

while the grounds are lovely but this is not a 4 star hotel. maybe a 1.5/2 at a push! food was awful, repetitive, lacking taste and sometimes undercooked. reception staff and most staff around the hotel were rude. cannot fault the animation team for their best efforts to keep spirits high. but even they weren't happy with the food nor their rooms and these guys work here for 3+months. hotel and rooms in general are dilapidated, need a serious refurb, bathrooms are awful, shower curtains stained, no plug for bath either. the bar areas need a good clean and refurb water damaged bar making wood swell and smell. rooms weren't cleaned every 2 days I had to request towel changes, i had to request a clean due to ants appearing in the room. the pool areas weren't that safe, life guards didn't guard lives they sat on their phones in the shade sometimes not even near the pools. the edging of the pools were ripping away. no stairs leading into to "baby pool" near the pirate ship. outdoor toilets need a good clean, and to be checked and restocked regularly. only one pool bar out of 3 were open, none of the additional snacks bars were open either and there wasn't enough snacks made for the amount of guests at the resort.

.We had a great 4 nights vacation The reception crew were helpfull, upgraded our room on request for our family with two teenagers to a bigger room with twin beds. A nice vierty of food available most of the day. Night entertainment was great , a fire and light show and a dancing a Greek night. Pools and slides are great! My 6 years old went on on again and a gain , the slilds crew are polite and realy nice and peitiant to the kids running around them. Good job guys! The only thing that needs improvement is the toilet clean and board that was broken. Use bleach and clean it with love ☺️ Besides that ,we had a great experience ! Thank you very much

The service is a complete disaster. What to expect from a supposed executive room (this is about the best this hotel has to offer): bedsheets with holes; no soap or toilet paper; wardrobes that won’t open; toilet that doesn’t flush; kitchen with no cutlery; no response or reaction when this is raised. The one star is justified because of the sun, and good vibes of other guests and some staff members.
