Just got back from 11 nights 🌙
Overall we had a fabulous holiday
Entertainment staff make the holiday what it is , other than them you won't get any involvement from any other staff , 1 thing that did upset us was the waiting staff they look so sad and seem like they are treated as slaves, not once did I see any of them smile. The food is a definite 2 out of 10! Plenty of food available nearly all day every day but it was not very nice. The bar man on the top bar is so rude! He gets you very angry thinks he is top dog, the rooms are very low standard we where not bitten round the pool but got full of bites from the room, air con was shocking 😳
Holiday was only good through us making it good our self's!!
10 out of 10 for entertainment staff without them the holiday would be a disaster!!

We had an awful stay at the hotel. Here are the reasons:
1. The food tastes badly and is lacking healthy options. The times you can get food are very limited. Additionally, one has to pay for certain drinks (orange juice, iced coffee etc) - NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE!
2. The staff seems to be very stressed. We only had room service once in our whole stay (though we DIDNT have the not disturb sign at our door). One of the bartenders even shouted at me because it took more time to fill my bottle with water than handing me plastic cups with water.
3. You have to pay for the beach.
4. Everything is pretty outdated, especially the rooms.

Don’t mind bad reviews. Place is great. Plenty of sun beds 8-9 am. Guests are informed about unattended towels. Rooms cleaned every day. Food delicious, staff friendly and helpful. There are 3 swimming pools. Green surroundings, very well kept.

Other reviews really stretched every little thing out such as the beds not looking the best or that the wind was blowing leaves into the resort.
A couple things I noticed was that the life guards were on their phones at some points however only a few did their was one that was super helpful and spent about 15-29 minutes on a small nose bleed it did look worse with the water but 20 minutes was a bit much.
Overall including the value I would say that a lot of the reviews are wrong and this hotel is actually extremely good for its price.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon checking into my room, I discovered that the bathroom was covered in mold. I immediately brought this to the attention of both the manager and staff, expecting it to be addressed promptly. However, after two days of constant complaints, not only was the mold never removed, but I was also never offered a different room due to it being overbooked. It is beyond unacceptable to have given me the room in this safe, after looking through comments it appears mold is a common issue not being addressed. The unsanitary conditions affected my health, as I started feeling unwell due to the exposure. The lack of response from the hotel staff is unacceptable, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you value cleanliness, staying healthy on your holiday, and customer service.
