Don’t mind bad reviews. Place is great. Plenty of sun beds 8-9 am. Guests are informed about unattended towels. Rooms cleaned every day. Food delicious, staff friendly and helpful. There are 3 swimming pools. Green surroundings, very well kept.

Here in Kipriotis village our vacation was ruined! First, they lost my suitcase at the airport and I was without everything for two days and in long jeans! There are 2000 guests and they have 200 sunbeds! They are all occupied until seven in the morning! We had towels on the floor all day. Yesterday and today I occupied three sunbeds! But then we get to the pool and there were no more of our towels anywhere. One told us that employees picked them up and carried them to the front desk! They stole another new one there! Interestingly, no one told us that we would not be able to swim in the sea because of the strong wind and big waves. That we won't have sunbeds, that the water in the pools is dirty, that two new towels, new crogs, were stolen from us on the second day because the child forgot them. That the air conditioner above the bed blows on me, that the bathroom stinks, that there is dust on the shelves of the closet,...

Absolutely devastated that we booked this holiday for our first family holiday with our children it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. After all the messing around we had being told we had to go to a different hotel from landing at the airport to then being told we wasn’t we finally got a room at 5am with a 8 month old baby a 5 year old and 8 year old. We booked a family room was a as given two separate rooms, which they then tried to charge us room tax for both rooms! Wasn’t given a cot for the baby and when we finally managed to get one I wouldn’t even put it a doll in it! It was literally a cot with no mattress! The staff are something else, so rude! No air con in the room full of bugs. My poor baby was bitten all over! Food was absolutely shocking to brown chicken nuggets wouldn’t feed them to a stray cat. The only nice people in the hotel was the children’s entertainers they was amazing and have nothing but nice things to say about all of them. But what an absolute waste of all our hard earned money spent at this hotel. The canteen has no air on, queen a mile long and the staff are literally sat over you waiting for you to finish to take your plate while you still have food in your mouth! Never again and have taken everything up with Jet2 for the issues we also had coming home! This hotel has so much potential but is absolutely ruined by ignorant staff and out dated dirty rooms.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Our room was terrible, the front door did not lock properly, we had to call reception, toilet did not flush. The beds have not been changed even though it says on their leaflet that they change it every 3 days. No they don’t.
Staff is very rude. Lifeguards sitting chatting but don’t allow you to take a spare chair for a 3 year old child. Absolutely disgraceful!
You will never find free sunbeds unless you get up at 7 am to reserve it. They say it’s not allowed but they don’t do anything to prevent it.
There is no internet. Very poor connection.
The bus stop is around the corner but the average wait time for the bus is 1 h and you will be lucky to get in. Very often the buses are full! You can order a taxi but it can also take time.
The resort is overcrowded ,you will literally queue for everything! Food, drinks, taxi, toilets.
The beach is not great either. You need special shoes to go there as it’s very rocky and slippery, quite dangerous. Most of the time it’s very breezy with big waves. The man who collects money for subbed is extremely rude!
This place is in the middle of nowhere, there is 1 mini market outside with overpriced stuff. Otherwise there is no other shops, cafes or restaurants. You need to go to town.

The hotel could be great. It's very run down and needs doing up. Most of the staff are rude, a few or them were very nice but a few isn't good enough. The rooms are a good size but are dirty. The main bar closed at 10pm but you could buy drinks from it. Makes no sense. The beer was alcohol free and all the spirits are water down. This was confirmed by the manager. Not what you expected from a 4 star all inclusive hotel. 3 stars at vert best
