Just got back from a week here. We absolutely loved it. Unlimited drinks and food on inclusive. The buffet was just your average buffet but the snack bars around the pools were really good and the entertainment went on all day and night for both adults and children. Our only down side is the rooms only get cleaned every 3 days and it’s not the best of a clean so we did say something to reception about that but other than that we would definitely recommend and go back

I just came from two weeks holiday and overall I liked it very much. Atmosphere was nice and area is beautiful. Restaurant and bar staff were both very friendly and nice.
Only downside was the rooms and cleaning. Rooms are outdated and I have to say dirty because there was basically no cleaning at all. They changed towels and emptied trash cans and changed sheets once after one week. That was all the cleaning I got. Toilet, balcony, floors was not cleaned once so cleaning was 1/5 rating for me. And what bothers me is that there were at least four cleaners cleaning the main building and lobby area all the time. Definitely they should do some rearranging there.
Overall 3 stars is correct rating. Everything else is 4 four star, but rooms are 2,5 stars and cleaning 1 star.

I recently visited the place that I found to be quite nice. While the food was only average, I think it would be more suitable for a young family with kids. Despite this, it's definitely a good place to stay for a few days without any worries. The hotel even has its beach, which is nice.

Let's start with the good points:
The location of the hotel is good. A 5-minute drive with public transportation that is constantly available to the center of Kos town.
The hotel has a private and good beach.
The breakfast is good and so are the lunch options.
The hotel has three areas of pools. Those with small children can find two slides in one area, slightly older children will find a kind of water park with slides. Those looking for peace will find an Olympic pool.
As for the bad points, and unfortunately there are many:
The maintenance of the hotel is beyond criticism. Old-fashioned rooms. Almost no sockets for charging mobile devices (you have to disconnect the TV to charge).
A bad smell of sewage comes from the drains in the bathrooms.
There is no closed shower and there is only an old-fashioned curtain for the bathroom that only God knows what happened to it.
The shower head is falling apart. In some rooms there are ants that also sting.
In some rooms the air conditioner does not work or it turns off the main breaker.
Only one card is distributed per room that is used to turn on the electricity. Have to beg for another key.
The food at dinner is bad. Except for the good wide variety of salads it is hard to find anything edible. Forced us to go into town to look for good food so we actually wasted money when we ordered "all inclusive".
The dining room is not air-conditioned and since they fry on the food bar, you leave with a smell on your clothes.
The hotel offers a Greek restaurant as part of the all-inclusive deal that only requires advance registration. But in fact it is the same food as in the dining room only in a quieter atmosphere.
You need to pay on the sunbeds that at the beach of the hotel.
Not in all the rooms or throughout .the hotel there is wifi reception
Fortunately we did not pay a relatively high amount.

We are on our last couple of days staying in this hotel and all I can say is WORST holiday ever!! Had to move rooms because noise of people singing loudly very drunk every night until around 1.30 am!! This includes the staff.. We have young children too so not great at all! We have been eaten alive by mosquitos and rooms full of ants! Staff are rude and don't speak much English, apart from a few members of staff which were great! Kids mini disco dosnt start until 9pm by which time kids were knackered.. it is more like an 18-30s holiday than a family resort if im honest..
Food is basic and not a lot of choice unless you like seafood every night.. not great for the kids. The fact you have to pay for sunbeds on the private beach as an all inclusive guest is just ridiculous, the main Olympic pool is dirty and green! Rooms are falling apart and our balcony door actually came off one night to which the maintenance guy said it wasn't the first time it's happened, if I wasn't there to grab hold of it there would have been glass everywhere! So yes I would not come here again as its a real waste of money and dosnt deserve a 4 star rating at all which is a shame as it really does have potential to be great! 3 star at most!! Very disappointed!
