The hotel is beautifully located on a hill with a lovely view of the sea. The area is peaceful, and the staff are friendly and always trying their best to help. The food selection was very good, with something for everyone, and the restaurant team worked hard to keep guests happy. However, the hotel itself is very tired and in serious need of renovation. Rooms are old and worn out, with an unpleasant smell in some areas near the main bar and restaurant. Around the pool, many tiles are cracked, and the sunbeds are dirty and discoloured. It seems there’s a shortage of staff, as nobody was seen walking around maintaining or tidying the pool area. It may be due to the end of the season, but it really affects the overall impression. There’s also a lack of clear information about the shuttle bus that takes guests down to the main road. Sometimes it feels like if the driver likes you, he’ll stop — if not, you’re walking up and down that hill yourself. The complex itself looks neglected — overgrown plants block sea views, and the sports areas (football, tennis) haven’t been maintained for years. The entertainment team did a great job — we were happy with it, and my 5-year-old daughter really enjoyed the kids' disco every evening. Drinks in the all-inclusive package are basic and all taste quite similar. Overall, despite friendly staff and good food, this hotel does not meet a true 4-star standard. It has great potential thanks to its beautiful location, but it really needs proper renovation, better maintenance, and clearer communication before I would consider returning.

We are currently here and expected dated rooms so werent surprised, they are functional and we arent in them much so all good. Cleaners dont make beds, replace/remove dirty glasses/cups etc... They literally fold the shower mat and put it on the toilet seat and empty the bins. Baths are much smaller than back home and not very flat bottomed - as not cleaned daily I fell over in the shower which hurt. It also seems they are modeling the furniture around EVERY morning from 7am which is so annoying! Think it must be because of the end of season but staff are friendly (shuttle bus driver especially) but they dont offer information like the short cut up and down the hill, places to visit, just things locals know. You have to go round and find the fridges for snacks yourself as thats not really offered up or on a map. You can use the other facilities in the other hotels and dine in the restaurant once but again, this is the buffet, not the a la carte so the food was exactly the same so pointless. The local tour leaflets arent there either. Apparently there is a mini golf but, again, nothing anywhere to say where or what the other facilities are. There is a piece of paper with some info on but not the same as someone to welcome and chat or full info. Rep only there 9 - 10am and no welcome meeting to talk you through tours etc... The food to be honest has been varied and all been happy, staff quick to clear plates but dont turn up 5 minutes before the end and expect it to all be there, breakfast finishes at 11 but they are clearing by 10.45. The hotel looks 3 star as its tired but thats why it is priced as they are so cant complain about that - it is all functional. Kos is lovely if you take the time to walk in or bus. Took us 1 hour to walk a gentle stroll then bussed it home.

Currently here as an 18 year old with my 13 year old brother and my mum. The rooms are spacey they have a lot of room which is good. All the rooms are up on hills it’s a treck to get there after sunbathing, so it is definitely not disability friendly! The entertainment was okay, it’s mainly aimed at the children but very interactive for them and their adults. The food is very good, including different mains each day, and snacks in between, I enjoyed that quite a lot. The ice cream was good too, I had atleast 3 a day. I think to improve, the pools should be heated, the beds should be improved and some of the staff should be more warm and welcoming like smiling! All in all I probably wouldn’t come again because of the hills but everything else I would definitely do again!

I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children. Our last day of holiday was ruined, and we left feeling completely disrespected. We stayed here for 8 days (6 actual sleepovers) on an all-inclusive package with our 5-month-old baby. On the final day, despite knowing our flight was at 11:00 PM, the hotel forced us to check out at 11:00 AM. We asked if we could extend our stay for a few hours, even offering to pay extra, just so our baby could rest. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, the hotel’s only “option” was for us to book another hotel altogether. They expected us to pay €120 for another night’s stay plus €30 for taxi transfers to and from that second hotel — even though we had already paid for an all-inclusive stay here. Effectively, they left a family with a small baby “on the street” and tried to make us pay even more for what should have been included comfort. It became very clear that this hotel is not designed for families. The management shows no flexibility, no empathy, and no understanding of real customer care. Their focus seems to be on serving an all-inclusive crowd more interested in drinking than in quality or hospitality. And to be clear: there is no need to “reply back with greetings and apologies.” Empty words will not make this situation better. This was our first and will definitely be our last time here.

Not as advertised or expected. Family of 6 currently here now. Arrived at midnight last night (Wednesday) and I have got to say what a disappointment this place is. Very outdated, run down and dystopia feeling about the place. This is 100% not a 4 star hotel, and I feel this is only advertised as 4 star so that they can charge one of the top rates of tourist tax at 10 euros per night. The rooms in block 1500 where we are staying are old, dated, run down and in serious need of a revamp. Beds are comfy, however the pillows are paper thin and no1 each. There is a chair with the dressing table, which looked likes it has blood on it (will post photo) The bathroom..I am 6ft 2 and the shower is about 5ft high above a bath, which when you stand in it is dangerous as it is very narrow and very slippery so be careful. Rusty soap dish and limescale cover shower. The pool areas are also very dated. No entertainment for the kids (in October half term) and the up keep of the place is in need of improvement. The drinks are basic and even the bars look like they’re hanging on for dear life. The shop is a couple of shelves. Food is good and I really can’t fault that, but the feeling for this is let down by the overall atmosphere and condition of the whole complex. Overall if there is one word I would use to describe this place it would be sad, because it just looks sorry for itself and Jet2 need to have a review of the perception created on their site versus the reality when you are here. Can’t wait to see what the next 6 nights have in store…
