It is ⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Very good, quality and multiple choices of food, drinks. 2 swimming pools 6 water slides I am happy with the apartment for 2 Adults 2 children But one fridge didn't work and they were situated upon the hills of the Hotel. Poor things around the swimming which they needed to get sorted out.(Cables, pipes, grills) Same music every day and after 12:00 music stopped A bit far away from the beach ⛱️ like 20 minutes walk

Literally just checked out of the hotel. Let's start with the pros Unfortunately not many Pool and the area around is awesome. Actually can't think of any other positives 🤪 the View actually was amazing too. Cons. And I hate leaving bad reviews Room was very dated and at top of the hill (kinda knew about the hill from other reviews) not sure how they can class this as a 4star hotel (maybe to get the tourist tax you need to pay upon check in) but was 2 star at best. Air conditioning didn't work stayed in 1200 block. Stained mattresses the maid was lovely though and worked hard cleaning every day but sheets didn't really cover the bed either. Food was terrible unfortunately had to eat out most nights. Also safe in room was told it was 20 euros deposit for the key 🗝️ that was a lie 🤥 upon check out they said that was the charge for it (should of kept the key) what else just the whole vibe of the place the drinks were either watered down or just cheap drinks 2 drinks limit too old man behind the bar was miserable as sin but other staff behind the bar were good. Overall 2 star at best I'm afraid to say. Conclusion by the time you add everything up with all the extras taxis and food every night and the safe charge pay the extra in the first place and get a better hotel near Kos town or another resort. Was gutted really wanted to enjoy it.

The rooms are dated but clean, the venue is a top a hill so rooms near the pool are preferred but the staff a friendly, helpful, atmosphere great my only complaint is that when they say something closes at (example) 6pm, they mean 5.50pm. Needs a dedicated cab service to take people into Kos and other parts of the Island but other than that, nice hotel.

A very good hotel and atmosphere there. Natalia at the children’s club is absolutely exceptional. My daughter loved every moment with her and was heartbroken to leave. She treats every child with warmth, patience, and genuine care, creating a fun and safe environment. Natalia is a true asset to the hotel and fully deserves recognition and a raise. PK

Honestly, 90% of the staff were super welcoming and friendly but the odd few definitely did not enjoy working there and it showed in their demeanour. The only other downsides to the place were that the rooms are quite dated, the buffet consisted of pork for 4 days in a row, not the worst thing but it's worth mentioning and the availability of taxis is extremely poor (not the hotels fault at all) but if you want to travel into town it can be quite a challenge to get a taxi at any time of the day, we ended up walking and it's about 1 hours walk. On the flip side, we really enjoyed our stay! We had our almost 2 year old with us and she loved the whole week, having a swim, eating snacks, snoozing by the pool under the huge parasols and looking out on the balcony (under strict supervision) to see how many boats were in the sea ☺️ the hotel offers everything you need for a family holiday! The views from the sea view rooms are fantastic! The reception staff are well clued up, speak fantastic English and helped us with whatever we needed. It's easy to nit-pick and write a review of any bad points but overall we were very happy with our stay and really enjoyed all the things the hotel had to offer! Summary: Pros: Great views Everything you need is on the complex Brilliant for young children Cons: Dated rooms Limited menu Travelling to other parts of the island can be troublesome If you're looking for a family holiday for young children and you're happy to stay on the complex most days, this place is perfect If you like to travel around, and get out of the hotel everyday, consider staying somewhere closer to the centre of town.
