Overall, this was a decent hotel for an all-inclusive holiday, but it definitely is showing its age and could benefit from a refresh of the rooms and the equipment. Also, it is laid out over a hillside, so getting about usually involves walking a short distance up a steep hill and/or using stairs. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, definitely ask about what accommodations can be made.

Amazing place to stay it is at a the top of the hill but the shuttle takes you up and down no extra cost and yamis is such a lovely man so friendly will show you what’s what and talk you through everything he’s one of the hardest working people there 100%. All the bar staff and dining staff are helpful and friendly and will all go the extra mile to help out. The room are a little dated however the baths are nice and deep the beds are so big and comfy best night sleep I’ve had in a long time. The cleaners come everyday and clean really well. The slide are so much fun and there are a good amount of pools and bars. Entertainment was amazing and you can ask any one of the staff for anything and there willing to help. My mum has gluten allergy and they walked her round every night showing what she could eat and even went the extra mile to make her bits that she could eat. Great place for all the family. Around a 20 minute walk to kos as well

Arrived back from Aqualand last week. We had the best time here! Rooms a little dated but a minor detail. The rooms are cleaned/beds maid daily and fresh towels every day. There is a wide variety of food options for all. The pools are great and the kids loved them! The staff are super and work really hard. I want to name two in particular... Betty(manager) and Husein(Bar man) They made our holiday all that more special and we loved how they went above and beyond for all our group of friends. Thank you for a great holiday! Would love to come back soon x Sharon

Excellent hotel for children Great slides and pool Plenty of seating around the pool. Big rooms! Do not approach rooms on minus 1 floors There is a musty smell Not pleasant at all. After a complaint to the hotel, they moved us to the rooms closest to the pools Amazing view of the sea and pools. The hotel is built on the side of a mountain, so some of the rooms have a steep walk Hard for adults. There is no wireless internet in the far rooms only in the rooms close to the pool and lobby. Reasonable food There is almost no entertainment for children. A gym at a nearby hotel Far away in my opinion and disappointing. There is a shuttle to the sea every 10 minutes A taxi ride to the old city in the area of 10-15 euros for a small taxi. The ride to the city is about ten minutes. If you want amazing beaches, it's almost an hour's drive. It's better to rent a car. Because the cost of a taxi is more expensive. Recommended for families with children because of the pools. For couples it is better to choose another hotel

This is my own experience and opinion. As with other reviews, the rooms are very dated, they serve their purpose and that's all. The room safes cost extra which you can purchase at reception though be aware, they are locked with a key so be prepared to carry around a key. The room door locks are also a key, not a card. You get one bottle of water when you arrive and there are bans on filling them up at the self service stations, you can buy water from the on site shop. There is a tourist tax, which was not advertised on our travel documents, we found out 2 days before we departed, the hotel will take it when you check in. The food is plentiful and it's a buffet so it is what it is. Tea and coffee stations were closed after breakfast, so lunch and evening meal was alcohol or juice and pop. There is a minibus which will take you to the bottom of the hill and back again which was helpful and yes, the van has seen better days. The kids loved the pools and flumes with a night pool party once a week. The staff were a mixed bunch of happy, neutral and miserable but not rude. In our case, our room (905) was only cleaned twice in the week we were there, even after tipping the cleaners. All in all it was an ok holiday, we will not be going back, the place just needs updating.
