The hotel grounds are nice and clean and all the staff where lovely and polite. The rooms however need to be updated. The room my wife and I had wasn't too bad plenty of room and storage. But my oldest daughters room was terrible very old and smelled musky and of wee. But we spoke to the the staff and they moved them to another room they where so helpfull

Nice Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable beds, good balcony size, curtains a little threadbare, could do with being replaced. Air conditioning not switched on until mid June but think it could do with being switched on sooner as was quite warm at night. Very nice food and varied, great for a vegetarian and a picky eater. Friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. Good location as only 10 minute drive from kos town, the hotel will help arrange a taxi. Walking it works be challenging as the hotel is in a very hilly location. Same for the beach, it's very close but at the bottom of a very steep hill, however, a frequent shuttle bus runs from the hotel. The beach is lovely but need to pay for sun loungers. Overall we had a really good time.

After reading so many mixed reviews on this hotel I wanted to give you my honest opinion. We arrived late one Sunday evening in May. Our flight had been delayed so we had missed the evening meal by the time we arrived. At reception we were greeted with a warm smile and a selection of sandwiches so we weren’t hungry that evening. We were quickly shown to our room and helped with our luggage. There’s a shop within the hotel grounds between the bar and dining room where you can buy toiletries snacks games gifts items for the pool etc. There’s a machine to inflate inflatables for the pool purchased free of charge. You are able to refill water bottles at the drinks machine in the restaurant with water only, but water from the hotel shop is cheap enough to buy. There’s a fridge in your room to keep it in. Wherever we have stayed we’ve always had to purchase bottled water it’s not been provided. The drinks included in all inclusive option spirits beer wine juices etc again are exactly the same as any other all inclusive I’ve ever holidayed at. Sun loungers were easy to find at the pool. The big pool is deep 1.5 meters but my youngest daughter 8 years old kept her arm bands on and was fine. It’s cold when you first get in but you quickly warm up. The kids pool was too shallow for her. For ages 5-14 there could use being a pool in size Inbetween these. Lifeguard at the pool at all times very on the ball. There’s music, water polo and aqua gym at the pool throughout the day but this isn’t constant. There are quiet spells. I’d suggest sitting further away from the speakers as it is loud. Kids club is brilliant the staff are really friendly my daughter was in ore of them, lots of evening entertainment for the kids too. No entertainment on a Thursday they have the day off 9:30pm- 11pm is more for adults. Bingo, karaoke (other languages not just English) Again very loud the whole hotel seemed to get involved - I’d say Predominantly Brits the week we stayed. Once back at the room you could hear it but it wasn’t annoying. We stayed in the 1700’s block of room numbers. I suppose if you were in a room nearer it maybe an issue if you wanted an early night. It’s a 15 minute downhill walk to the beach which is mainly rocks not much sand but fabulous views! Water sports available. Sun loungers you can pay for and a small hut selling beer and coffee. You can order the shuttle into town from the hotel reception for a time that suits you. For 4 of us it was 20 euros. The town is beautiful many shops and places to eat and drink. You can WhatsApp the shuttle bus for collection from town it’s cheaper to get a taxi from near the dolphin monument the other end of town, but you will queue it cost us 10 euros but we ended up waiting about 30 mins for a taxi. It feels safe I was here on my own with my 3 children. Feedback from my 3 daughters- age 8,13 and 15 they would stay here again but wish the rooms were more modern. As I’ve read in other reviews the kitchenette really isn’t necessary, a fridge alone would suffice. We didn’t use the tea and coffee facilities. Overall a lovely week was had. All the staff work exceptionally hard to make it a pleasurable stay. We wish the hotel and staff all the very best for the future.

We visited in July 2023 for a week and had an incredible time. The place was very kid-friendly with lots of activities for the children. The staff were attentive and took great care of us. The rooms were clean and well-ventilated. There is a shuttle bus that regularly takes you up the hill and drops you off on the main road. The beach is close to the drop-off point and offers some water activities. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

Me and my family have just returned from this hotel. When we arrived we were very dissapointed at the quality of the hotel as the pictures that are advertised are nothing like it. We did quickly get used to it and had a good time, but the rooms are desperate for updating. Just a few things like new curtains and light fittings. Our curtains were half hanging off the rail, and a couple of lights were missing their shades. Also there were only 2 sockets in the whole room, which was a two bedroom and quite big. It's not a typical hotel as such, as all the rooms are like self contained flats. It is very rustic, which to be honest Greece is known for. So as long as your not expecting clean lines and luxury, you'll be fine. It is very hilly as the hotel is built within the mountainside. Be aware of extra costs when you arrive. They charge 10 euro per night taxes, 10 euro per beach towel (deposit you get back) and 25 euro to use the safety deposit box in your room. These charges are non refundable. It will cost you 10 euro each way in a taxi to go into Kos centre as its quite a distance from the hotel. Its very good for children and the entertainment is quite good on the night time. The food is not the best but each person has their own taste so that's for you to judge. The all inclusive drinks are not very good, I ended up spending a lot of money buying drinks from the shop that's on site. It is quite expensive within the shop onsite, so I reccomend going to the supermarket to stock up on drinks. It gets a lot of "common" families there, but we had no problems with them. There were only a handful of staff that were really nice, the rest were quite rude. I definitely recommend doing the 3 island boat trip! Book the Captain Morgan ship, it was fantastic! There were quite a lot of families complaining of their rooms, but the manager is not very accommodating to fix any issues. She will take no responsibility and try to put the issue back on you. Our friends had multiple issues with their room but were being fobbed off and were told if they wanted to change rooms they would have to pay an additional charge £150 per night. They eventually got moved on the 3rd last day of the holiday to the room next door. We stayed here for 10 days, but 7 would be enough. The pool rules are quite strict, and there is no jumping into the pool. The lifeguard is on you like hotcakes if you don't abide by the rules. It's very good that they have a lifeguard on constant duty though, which is very reassuring. There is a driver called Yannis who constantly drives from the hotel to the bottom every 10 mins of yoy want to go to the beach which a good. This is actually free believe it or not. You definitely need to use him as its quite a hike if not. Sorry to sound so negative but it's very important to be honest, but your holiday is what you make of it.
