We have just finished our week off here, myself, my partner and our 2 year old. The hotel is far from a 5*, although there is so much potential. Before we arrived I had emailed asking for some milk to be left in our room as it was a late arrival. I had email responses advising this would be fine and they would get this arranged (had it done plenty of times at other hotels with no issues). However we were told they wouldn’t do this and we would just need to go the bar. Our son unfortunately became sick on our second night covering our bed and pillows, my partner went to reception at 3am to ask for a spare sheet just so we could have something til morning. We again were told they couldn’t help and handed him 2 towels. The morning staff were very apologetic and the room was soon sorted, so this wasn’t such an issue the next day. And just to finish off, we asked 3 days before our final day to have late checkout as not leaving til later on, again this was confirmed that we could have the room till 5pm. We went to check to make sure this still okay, and thank god we did as they have no notes of this and they can’t guarantee they can help us. Overall the staff haven’t been all that helpful, there is lots that could be improved. The food has been great and the water park is fun for the little ones. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This isn't a 5 star it may have been a few years back but not now. It is a bit worn in places. Rooms are clean but not cleaned to a high standard when you are here. Bath still had spilt shampoo on it, under the toilet seat dirty not cleaned, sink was left dirty. The food is good my daughter is a picky eater and she loves it. The service is good in resturants and they are hot on getting you drinks. The views are lovely and there are lovely coastal walks. You have to get buses to go to harbour as it is a little out of the way. The only thing I have had to complain about is maintenance, work being done on our level that was 2 doors down sounded like it was in the next room at 8am in the morning. It wasn't the work but the continual scrapping of furniture across the floor, not great when you are trying to relax. I hate having to complain but left me no choice as we have grandchild sleeping in next room who is 1. This is a good hotel but the little things that I have pointed out makes this a 4 star.

This is a really nice 4 in star hotel. Been here a couple of days so far and the service is brilliant. The meals are different so far so 2 days aren't the same. The food that is presented is delicious, no faults here whatsoever. I will do another review at the end of the holiday.

Really good resort with clean, large rooms with lots of amenities. The all inclusive food is well above usual standards and with great choice, superb fresh salads and good quality meat and fish. The service is very good, the staff are friendly and queues for food or drink are small. The pool is excellent, lots of comfortable Sun beds and after the morning aerobics it’s quiet and relaxing. There is a waterpark too but open after end of April as are the Mexican and Italian restaurants on the top floor with a. Roof bar. The indoor pool is large and the SPA is excellent- I recommend the Cretan massage by Sisi if you can! Great family resort with plenty of activities like tennis, football, volleyball beyond the pool. And sunsets to relax even the most stressed!

My son booked his wedding here through Hayes Travel and Perfect Weddings, it's been far from perfect. After taking the money,a lot of money, they were put in a box room with horrendous facilities, after complaining they were told they had to pay extra to move rooms, then to cap it off the ceiling collapsed with a burst AC unit, when they complained again they were told that they still had to pay to move rooms, be very careful when booking a wedding abroad.
