Great Hotel and Lovely Experience
We stayed at this hotel for two nights in the second half of June and loved it so much that we booked an additional five nights for the following week. The hotel, activities, and overall vibes were fantastic. As a couple traveling with an 18-month-old child, we found it to be a great place for families.
The food was quite good—not Michelin star level, but more than adequate for our needs.
However, we did encounter one concerning incident involving a hotel employee, whom I believe is the event manager. He has a short ponytail. Our young child had her hands on an automatic door, and as this employee walked by, I shouted for him to wait. He ignored my request, and my child's hands got caught between the doors. This man not only ignored my shout but also didn't stop to check what had happened. My wife and I, both working in the hospitality sector for the last 15 years, were shocked by his lack of concern.
Aside from this unpleasant encounter, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We book for 3days all inclusive. Foods are delicious, Drink all you can or should i say drink till you drop 😅. And the view from our room is spectacular! For we book Superior room with front sea view. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable." My son had so much fun at the water park! Highly recommended!!

Customer service is shocking here! Reception staff need to learn some manners on how they speak to paying customers. Family stayed here and room was not ready on arrival and had to be moved down to a basement room with roof near falling through and they paid the extra for sea view room. It’s unacceptable circumstances when people come all the way to Cyprus to experience this. At a soo called 5* star hotel. A lot of frustrated customers were also at reception requesting for refunds and complaining about things. So it’s not just us a lot of reviews speak for themselves. The views from this hotel are so stunning and there was some staff that were lovely so don’t get me wrong not every single thing was bad. Food was good a lot of choice at buffet and drinks were good too. A lot of renovation and maintenance could be done with this hotel to make it so much better. As it’s stunning to look at. I wouldn’t rush back to this hotel.

My sons wedding venue the hotel looked amazing. You could certainly see the 5 star quality. We had a wedding on the beach and reception on the boat bar, all beautifully decorated and excellent service throughout the day. Although I didn't stay, we all had a wonderful experience .

First of all this "King" hotel have a very arrogant older general manager.. He wanted to call a police, because I was sick and I not worked a few days, so he wanted that I'll leave immediately.. He just wanted to kick me in the street.. 😬🤯 Hotel need to have restoration and not deserve to be a 5* star. Food sometimes was not fresh. Most of the times only dinner was better.
Overall it wasn't a good experience to work in here. I'm not recommending to work in this hotel and also better to spend your holidays somewhere else in better place. This hotel are very dull. Horrible music program and don't have entertainment for childrens.
And most IMPORTANT! My two colleagues not received full salary from agency: STAR ENTERTAINMENT! I did not get 57€. So if somebody working in here and especially through this agency PLEASE LEAVE ASAP!
