We had an amazing stay at Kiani Beach Resort in Crete. The facilities are excellent—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The resort is set in a lovely, quiet location, ideal for families or anyone looking to unwind. The staff truly make the place special. Everyone was kind and attentive, with a real eye for detail. The room cleaning service was excellent—our room was spotless every day, and the housekeeping team was friendly and efficient. A big shoutout to Jacques at the bar, who was always friendly and welcoming. Special thanks go to Lily in the kids club—despite it being her first week on the team, she was absolutely incredible with our daughter. She had such a mothering presence and made her feel so safe and happy; we can’t thank her enough. Also, a quick mention for Scott on the animation team, who brought great energy and fun to the activities. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended! If we had to mention anything, the outdoor pools were a bit brisk (refreshing, depending on your perspective!) and the soft drinks could feel a little on the budget side. But neither took away from a fantastic holiday.

Lovely hotel, but would not say it is 5* and great service for the most. Pro's. Entertainment Staff fantastic, mainly Farid who made our son very welcome(Unfortunately he isn't very good at Darts 🤣). Very clean. Good size large swimming pools, all be it very cold. Lovely indoor pool and spa. Food was plenty, still filling trays even near the close. Cons Bit out of the way. Food was only luke warm. Although the Entertainment was good, teenager wise a bit lacking. The grass in and around the pool needed cutting, was 6/8" high. Rubbish not cleared around pool(Unfortunately others have no consideration and clear the own rubbish) Clearing tables at dining a bit slow. Unfortunately it rained for 2 days solid, so some extra Entertainment or even music in the bar would have been good. Overall enjoyable stay.

Just got back from a family holiday during Easter half term! So so impressed with Kiani! The sun was shining, we were sunbathing, kids were splashing in the pool, the cocktails were delicious (premium upgrade is so worth it!) We had the room with the swim up private pool and the view of the snow top mountains was breathtaking! 3 buffet restaurants with options for all the family, we ate something different every meal! The whole place is SO CLEAN too, really impressive! 2 kids park, 2 kids playrooms, 2 indoor heated pools, 2 gyms! On the beach! We’ll be back! 10/10 really recommend! Xx

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms in perfect condition — nothing was damaged or worn out, which really made us feel comfortable from the start. However, we did have a few remarks regarding the restaurant. Although the food was quite varied, it was unfortunately not seasoned well, which made many dishes taste a bit bland. The restaurant staff were clearly doing their best and were very friendly, but they seemed overwhelmed — possibly due to being understaffed at the very beginning of the season. We stayed during the second week after the hotel opened for the season, so this might have been a temporary issue. Another small drawback was the limited seating in the area where the evening entertainment takes place. During events, it was often difficult to find a place to sit and enjoy the show comfortably. On the positive side, we have to give special praise to the Kids Club team — they truly go above and beyond! They kept the kids engaged and entertained with lots of fun activities throughout the day, and the children absolutely loved it.
