We had a lovely family stay at Kiani Beach Resort in Crete! The resort is beautifully located right by the sea, offering breathtaking views and easy beach access. It's a perfect place for families — the atmosphere is relaxed, safe, and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a stress-free holiday. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile or a recommendation. The food was fresh and varied, with options for different tastes. We especially appreciated the local Greek dishes and desserts — a true taste of Crete! The beach itself is pebbly but clean and peaceful, with sunbeds and umbrellas available. The sea is clear and refreshing — great for swimming and children trying out snorkeling for the first time (left side of the beach). Overall, Kiani Beach Resort is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a family-friendly holiday spot with good service (especially Angelica at pool bar), stunning views, and a relaxing vibe. We left with happy memories and would definitely consider returning!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely decor. The buffet was also impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel's location was perfect , with many attractions within walking distance. thanks a lot to kostas lifeguard!

Great stay at Kiani. The Hotel is like a city it is so large and the room I was given was lovely with a private pool to boat. The staff are great, in particular Nicole & Roberto have been more than accommodating, helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing all-inclusive holiday in Crete.

We had a brilliant week here. Everyone is so helpful, obliging and friendly. But the one person who was outstanding for us was the lovely Evelina. The resort is a bit remote so you need to hire a car or use taxis. It's great for children with plenty for them to do. The hotel is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. I would prefer a larger bath towel!

We stayed at Kiani Beach Resort for a week, and it was a great experience. The resort’s territory is spacious yet compact, with everything conveniently close by. There are several restaurants offering a wide variety of tasty and fresh food and drinks as part of the all-inclusive package. The resort features three clean swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds around, and it is just a few meters from the seashore. The beach area is not crowded—only hotel guests have access, which makes it peaceful and relaxing. There are bars throughout the resort offering cocktails, snacks and ice cream as part of the all-inclusive deal. The reception is open 24/7 with welcoming and helpful staff. There’s also a spa offering massage treatments and a mini market with all the essentials. All the personnel were very friendly and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room (Maisonette) was modern, spacious, and clean, with daily cleaning and towel changes. There are many thoughtful details showing that everything is designed for guest comfort—like a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, water refills, a welcoming bottle of wine etc. Everything was perfect! While the location is a bit remote, there is a car rental service with great deals in the hotel, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return!
