We stayed for 2 weeks in the hotel and it was not a day to long. We enjoyed our self with the family. The food was perfect, a lot of choice and not repetitive. The staff in the restaurants are very helpfull. The rooms are clean and large. The bartenders are very kind, thay always work with a smile. They make professional cocktails, for me it were virgin cocktails. My kids loved the animation team: Aurora, Lea, Lilly, Takya, Najda and Aimen! The minidisco and miniclub are very fun for the kids. We had all in plus which was worth it for a more relaxed stay.

Great family resort with a decent range of food for an all inclusive. Animation team are great but not too pushy which we liked. Evening entertainment was great! The pools are cold but it’s early season so I’m sure they will warm up. Like the British say it’s alright once you get in! Room is great and facilities great with indoor pool, play area, play room and arcades. Would come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was really good, with plenty of delicious options every day. The atmosphere was amazing - relaxing, welcoming, and perfect for a holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention to George, the Operations Manager, who was exceptional and made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. The location is also excellent: only about 20 minutes from Chania and around 50 minutes from Rethymno, making it easy to explore the island. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete!

The glowing 5-star reviews praising the food and service genuinely made me wonder whether we stayed at the same hotel. Reading them after our stay, I found the experience very different from what had been described online. Breakfast quickly became a routine of Greek yoghurt and fruit every morning because the hot options were often cold. Dinner was acceptable… nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. The food selection at both breakfast and dinner felt limited for a hotel advertising five-star standards, and the included drinks also felt quite low quality. Even the ice cream tasted artificial and unpleasant. The dining experience overall felt disorganised. Staff regularly ate in the restaurant alongside guests during service, which looked unprofessional and often added to queues. Tables were sometimes left uncleared for long periods, floors weren’t always well maintained, and simple things like teaspoons and bowls were frequently unavailable. There were also a few moments that felt disappointing for a hotel of this standard. I saw a chef vaping inside the restaurant, and on another occasion staff members were smoking near guest accommodation. One morning there was also an uncomfortable situation where a member of staff was visibly upset after being shouted at in front of guests. The service was the biggest letdown. While language barriers are completely understandable, communication between staff often seemed poor and many employees appeared inexperienced or unsure of procedures. Reception staff were not especially helpful during our stay, and management generally seemed disengaged. Basic service standards also fell short at times. On one occasion I had to ask several times for an empty beer keg to be replaced, and staff often seemed reactive rather than proactive. Outside the main facilities, the hotel lacked polish in places. Signage around the site was poor, some areas felt unfinished, and there was a noticeable sewage smell around parts of the resort. Taxi arrangements seemed expensive and alternative options (like the bus at the top of the hill, were not openly divulged) Some facilities also felt below the standard expected of a luxury resort. The children’s play area looked makeshift, and at one point the pool lifeguard appeared distracted while interacting with entertainment staff. To be fair, not everything was disappointing. The double-storey family room we had for five people was spacious, comfortable and easily the best part of the stay. In reality, we ended up spending most of our time away from the hotel in Kalyves, Almyrida and Chania, as well as using a nearby beach which we preferred. Those trips away became the highlights of the holiday. This review is simply intended to give a balanced and honest account of our experience for anyone considering booking.

We had a very nice room with a private pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel was beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks goes to the animation team, who did a great job making our stay fun and entertaining. Especially the girls: Aurore, Lilly, Alexandra, and Lea, who entertained us during the disco night, got us on stage, and danced with us. Their energy and friendliness made the evenings particularly memorable. The only negative point was that maintenance work took place throughout the day, which sometimes made relaxing a little bit challenging. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
