Great holiday at Kiani Beach Resort! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel offers a beautiful setting, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities for children, and friendly staff always ready to help. A perfect place for a family vacation. The food was tasty and plentiful, but we would appreciate more variety, less oil, and fewer processed ingredients. Including more fresh and local foods would take the all-inclusive experience to the next level. Still, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this resort!

The resort really lived up to its standard and reputation. A modern resort with high level of service, facilities and cleanliness. Superb and quiet room with mountain view, full privacy, private pool, two tvs among with all other necessities. Also the beach was very good. The restaurants was very nice with a variety of tasty dishes and lots of fresh fruit. A big thanks to all the personnel!

We found this resort by chance and we are really happy about it! The staff is so friendly and very helpful, with everything that you might need. The food was amazing and even tough I myself can‘t eat gluten, there were plenty of options for me. We stayed a few nights in the double room with a private pool, it was absolutely worth it. It‘s way more secluded from the rest of the establishment with stunning views. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Kiani Beach Resort in Crete. The facilities are excellent—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The resort is set in a lovely, quiet location, ideal for families or anyone looking to unwind. The staff truly make the place special. Everyone was kind and attentive, with a real eye for detail. The room cleaning service was excellent—our room was spotless every day, and the housekeeping team was friendly and efficient. A big shoutout to Jacques at the bar, who was always friendly and welcoming. Special thanks go to Lily in the kids club—despite it being her first week on the team, she was absolutely incredible with our daughter. She had such a mothering presence and made her feel so safe and happy; we can’t thank her enough. Also, a quick mention for Scott on the animation team, who brought great energy and fun to the activities. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended! If we had to mention anything, the outdoor pools were a bit brisk (refreshing, depending on your perspective!) and the soft drinks could feel a little on the budget side. But neither took away from a fantastic holiday.

Had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. Great value for money—highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable visit. I will be back soon to enjoy all this beauty in this lovely place.
