Beautiful hotel the grounds are amazing with photo worthy views from every angle throughout the entire grounds. The pools are many and seamlessly integrated into the scenery throughout the grounds. The beach is fantastic and quiet. The rooms are really nice. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I can highly recommend this hotel, great value to stay and I look forward to going again someday.

My partner and I have had the most wonderful time here at the Merlin Resort. It was been so peaceful and relaxing, we will be sad to leave! Food has been tasty and there is a vegetarian menu at the Veranda restaurant so great for us, as we are veggies. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and everybody has been so friendly in and out of the hotel. Thank you for creating such a beautiful experience!

Is there something unusual about the sudden surge of 5/5 reviews in the last couple of weeks? Are they intended to hide the fact that the pools at this hotel are now closed and under refurbishment until the beginning of August? There is barely any mention of this essential fact anywhere except the fine print on couple of booking platforms; their official website and blog make no mention of the fact. Perhaps management can address my question here. TIA

Spent 2 weeks at this superb hotel. We were well looked after. Our room was great as it was very quiet and not over looked as we like to sit out on the balcony early evening. The grounds are exceptional and plenty of space between the sun beds. The food at both restaurants was excellent and plenty of choice. The beach was everything we love. The staff at this hotel did make our holiday, the young lady and her gorgeous daughter who helped organise transport when we needed it. We loved it so much we have booked for 3 weeks in February 2025. Looking forward to it already.

Cannot recommend highly enough, came at off season so was wonderfully quiet in the hotel, staff were brilliant, so accommodating and friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday. Loads on sun loungers by the pools and the beach…weather was wonderful despite off season
