Stayed at Khao Lak Laguna Resort for 3 beautiful nights. From the very second we entered the Team were lovely and welcoming and throughly explained everything we needed to know about the resort. It was my Birthday trip and they made me feel even more amazing than I already felt. Dior was especially amazing as she helped us book our excursions and generally looked after us the entire time. The food is great especially the Noodle Bar at breakfast is fantastic, I ate a bowl of noodles every morning. The Resort is right on the seafront you can be chilling at the pool and be at the beach in less than two minutes. The sunsets are amazing at Laguna hands down the best sunset I have ever seen. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting to relax unwind and enjoy beautiful horizons and amazing service!!!

Nice and comfy hotel.We stayed in Siam Chalet room. Big, comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet is also very nice, amazing banana pancake and barista that makes made to order beverages. Staff is great. Easy to walk to market. Beach access is okaish. It's a rocky beach and there are too many rocks in front of hotel, hence very difficult to get to the beach during high tides. The waves hit the wall of hotel hard during high tides. Beach isn't very crowded though. Major renovation also going on at beach side, that makes it not too good visually. It wasn't mentioned while booking though their website mentions it. Lot of steps to walk and you will find huge water monitor lizards on property. They are harmless though. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely resort right on the beach. Also situated on the main street of Khaolak within walking distance of everything you'll need. Breakfast is incredible with delicious fresh fruit as well as cooked eggs, bacon, etc. The pool is at the back of the resort, overlooking the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Will stay again.

The overall hotel is very good. The rooms are very large with everything you could want in a room. The little things that make it special are the robes, flip flops, toiletries, fruit platter on arrival. Breakfast had a good selection however just be vigilant when choosing some things they may have ants in the trays especially the chocolate coissants. Lunch & dunner menu was fabulous large portions so you could share. Mini bar is very reasonable in the room.

Very clean and professionally staffed hotel. At first it was a bit confusing to find where things are and there was no map. Very close to be able to walk around shops and restaurants. The hotel tried to make extra accommodations due to ongoing construction on the beach (free dinner, drink, and massage). The construction did not limit access to any of the amenities. Overall great stay
