We had a really great time staying at Khao Lak Emerald Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The resort has a beautiful atmosphere, and it was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our holiday. What made our stay even better was the excellent service. We would especially like to thank Mr. John for all his help during our visit. He was always friendly, approachable, and willing to assist whenever we needed anything. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. The hospitality of the entire team was outstanding, and everything was well organized throughout our stay. We enjoyed the facilities, the peaceful environment, and the overall experience at the resort. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to Mr. John and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back

The place is really excellent and also the staff are accommodating. I love the view of swimming pool because infront of beach. There is swimming pool for the kids and it was safe for them. Moreover, the overall was absolutely beautiful and amazing. ❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much for the staff who was preparing the anniversary design because it made me overwhelmed, and also the manager is really polite and accommodating. This hotel is highly recommended for those who coming. ☺️❤️

We had an amazing stay at Khao Lak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautifully located right on the beach, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurants served excellent food throughout the day. The pool area and beach were stunning and well maintained, perfect for relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a truly memorable experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Khao Lak

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa while celebrating our daughter Alexandra's birthday. The room was very clean, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and perfect for families. We were especially touched when the staff surprised our daughter with a complimentary birthday cake after learning about our celebration. A special thank you to Mr. John for his warm welcome, helpful guidance, and excellent service throughout our stay. The Kids Club was fantastic, and both our daughter and son enjoyed it very much. Direct beach access is another great feature, making it a perfect destination for families with children. The food and coffee shop were good, and overall everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. We would definitely come back again! This stay was truly relaxing, and I was very happy with the attentive service from every staff member who took great care of me throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mook, who consistently checked on us to make sure we were well taken care of. On our first day, we were quite shocked to see that some areas of the hotel were under renovation, which made us very disappointed and even consider moving to another place. However, after we were shown the room and moved to a quieter zone all arranged smoothly by Mook so we decided to stay. It turned out to be the best decision, as we felt relaxed and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality from all the staff. The hotel also offers a wonderful breakfast restaurant with plenty of choices, but our favorite spot was definitely the Beach Bar. We loved watching the sunset every day while enjoying our evening cocktails such a special moment for us. We are already planning to return next March with our family and truly hope the renovations will be completed by then. Can’t wait! 🥰
