Imagin if you can choose The Hotel to stay with really relaxing time . I choose this Hotel to stay on 2 nights First i am checking my impression is welcome drink is get me really fresh. After checking in reception explain all stay area then sent me to room. Reception is smile and friendly After night i sitting and get feel of room and place i cannot open my eye because of bed is take me already dream all night . Morning time with ABF make full until lunch food is really delicious i love it. Many great memory of me to stay there. White sand beach dream on beach nice smile staff Like i am home Love this Hotel i will back again next trip Thank you to get great memory on my trip.

The room including bathroom could use a re-fit, things are a little tired. Nice and spacious though, and with a good balcony. Lovely helpful staff, our friendly room attendant Maprang has looked after us, keeping our room fresh. Overall excellent service. We have enjoyed the resort location, with so many amenities on our doorstep. Free wifi has worked well.

The resort is very nice and always clean. The rooms are cleaned every day around lunch and we always come back to our room being freshly done. The cleaning staff even made a special surprise for us as it was our honeymoon. Maprang and the cleaning team always ensure that you have nothing to worry about during your stay. Overall there are a lot of things to do and the food is great, drinks are availabe at all times and many activities, including sports, cooking, and other are possible directly on site.

I want to share an honest review of this hotel because all I saw were fake reviews. This hotel has horrible customer service. The staff are unwilling to help and push back on every request or complaint. This hotel also has absolutely no accessibility compliance and no elevators. They put my 86 year old dad on the 3rd floor and refused to help change the room. The front desk person was very rude and aggressive when we asked them to change the room. The shower has no accessibility for people with difficulty moving and again my dad has to take shower in my room. Additionally, the property is old and rooms are hit or miss. My room has garbage bags view. When I asked if we could have a different room, the receptionist very quickly responded that they were fully booked even without checking. Again, no effort or empathy. Overall, the hotel territory is not well maintained and the beach is dirty with all the debris from trees. We have to use the beach of the hotel next door. I hope the management reads this feedback and trains the staff to be more polite and accommodating. I do not recommend this hotel.
