I really liked this hotel a few years ago when it was still The Address. But now… honestly, it’s disappointing. The biggest issue is the noise. For almost $1,000 per night, I got a room facing heavy roads, and it was very loud. You constantly hear traffic, even at night. For this price, you expect proper sound insulation and a calm, comfortable stay — not road noise. The room itself also felt a bit tired and outdated. Even as a GHA Platinum member, there was no room change or any real effort to fix the situation. For this kind of money in Dubai, you can definitely find better.

Special thanks to room attendant Deshika for her outstanding service. She was always polite, friendly, and made sure my room was spotless every day. Truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel.
