This hotel was top notch! Location is perfect with a bridge to the Dubai Mall a short walk away. Service was impeccable. The decor is contemporary and just gorgeous. We had a beautiful room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. We stayed at another 5 star hotel in Business Bay a few days prior. Kempinski blew the other hotel away! Thanks to Nizam and Syed Ali on the staff for all their help.

I recently stayed at Kempinski The Boulevard for a week, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and hospitality was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The amenities are world-class — the rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, the pool and spa facilities are top-notch, and the dining options are absolutely fantastic. Every detail is clearly thought through with luxury and comfort in mind. Whether it was the concierge helping with local tips or the housekeeping team keeping everything spotless, the entire stay was seamless. It genuinely felt like a home away from home — but better. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. I’ll definitely be back!

Our experience at the hotel was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until the very last minute of our stay. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, but a special thanks must go to the Executive Manager-on duty,Heba, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue caused by the booking website we had used. Her professionalism, empathy, and efficiency turned a potential challenge into a smooth and pleasant experience. The concierge staff were among the best we’ve encountered—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every detail of the service throughout the hotel reflected a high standard of hospitality. The only point worth mentioning is that the music from the bar bit too loud at times. So be careful request a higher floor .However, the management was very receptive to the feedback and took steps to address it promptly, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

I’m a big fan of the Kempinski hotel chain, so I always try to stay with them when traveling. As a Titanium member, I always enjoy the extra benefits. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a 100m² suite with a beautiful view — such a nice surprise! I also appreciated that the room was already prepared for our 4-year-old son. Later, we received a welcome gift, which especially made our son happy. Breakfasts were excellent — I particularly loved the avocado toast! We had an issue with the bathtub, and while it took a bit longer to get it fixed, after a second request, someone came and sorted it out. Housekeeping was smooth throughout our stay, and we even received a sweet handwritten note from the staff. The hotel pools are fantastic. We mostly relaxed at the middle pool, but our son loved going down the waterslide at the lower pool. I was pleasantly surprised to see sunscreen available at the pool! Full poolside service means you can even enjoy your meals right from your sun lounger — perfect. One of the best perks: the hotel has direct access to Dubai Mall! Once again, Kempinski delivered a great experience — I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
