I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel, a beachfront resort with a beautiful pool, and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is gorgeous, featuring elegant decor and luxurious amenities. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day at the beach.The ultra all-inclusive menu was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request.However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The sun loungers and umbrellas on both the beach and by the pool were not in the best condition, and it would have been helpful to have more loungers available, as they were often all occupied.Despite these minor issues, my stay at Kempinski was delightful, and I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable vacation

We stayed in a villa with a private pool. Large area with eucalyptus and juniper trees, and fresh air. staff was wonderful. The buffet was delicious, with a wide selection of desserts, meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits. It's a peaceful hotel perfect for a family vacation.

From the moment we arrived, Kempinski The Dome Belek exceeded all our expectations. Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary, filled with seamless luxury and impeccable service.
The experience began with a flawless airport transfer that set the tone for what was to come. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and surprised with a beautiful flower bouquet—such a lovely gesture that made us feel instantly welcomed.
We stayed in the brand new Lagoon Suite, and it was beyond luxurious. With direct access to the pool and opulent interiors, it felt like our own private sanctuary. The attention to detail in the design and amenities was remarkable.
Dining at the hotel was an experience in itself. The lakeside sunset dinner at Sofra by the lake was magical, with breathtaking views and exceptional cuisine. The Turkish buffet dinner at Lale Restaurant was a culinary journey through rich flavours and authentic dishes. And each morning, enjoying breakfast on our private terrace was the perfect way to start the day.
We also loved spending time at the pier's private cabana, where we experienced true seaside serenity. It was the ideal spot to unwind and take in the beauty of the Mediterranean.
A special thank you to Amit Sharma, the General Manager and his outstanding team for making our stay so memorable. Every aspect of our visit was flawlessly executed, and we felt truly pampered from start to finish.

- nice beach
- very nice pool, but could be little bit cleaner
- very friendly staff (lobby, restaurant, pool bar etc.)
Neutral:
- the hotel itself needs in some parts renovation, a lot of furnitures etc. feel very old. Also the maintenance could be better.
- the taste of the food is really good but it lacks variety. It is always the same and we know other 5 stars hotels in Belek with bigger and nicer buffets.
- rooms are overall nice but also here best time have passed. However big new TV.
- A/C was strong and nice but sometimes noisy
- gym is okay but the opening hours 9-7.30pm are not convenient especially if you want to work out before breakfast.
Negative:
- The WiFi is really bad
- as earlier said the maintenance in some parts of the hotel

We loved everything about our stay. The place is very quiet with no loud entertainment, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable, and we received a free upgrade to a sea-view room. The restaurant offers high-quality food and excellent service. Special thanks to Ahmet from Lale Restaurant for making our evenings special. Additionally, access to the golf courses was easy with the free shuttle provided by the hotel. I have stayed at hotels such as Rixos Tekirova and Gloria Golf Resort, but this place stands out with better food options and amazing staff.
However, the air conditioner didn't work in our room, though it wasn't an issue for us since the weather was little warm. Also, the spa prices are quite high, and the massages weren't particularly special.
