I recently had an unforgettable experience at Kwest Bar! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and stylish. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm, genuine hospitality—it felt like a home away from home. The drinks and food were absolutely fantastic. Every cocktail was expertly crafted and every bite delicious. The generous portions meant no one left wishing for more, and the presentation was a real treat.

From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was a complete disaster. The front desk staff member “Daily” greeted us with a bad attitude, zero hospitality, and looked completely unprepared to assist anyone. There was no warmth, no welcome, just pure disinterest. We had booked rooms with pool access, but upon arrival we were told they were “fully booked.” No apology, no solution, just take it or leave it. After some back and forth, they said they would offer us one ocean view room and one palm view room. But once we reached the assigned floor, “Nazerke” informed us that both rooms were only palm view, completely contradicting what we were just told downstairs. When we explained the situation, she reluctantly agreed to “show” us the ocean view room but was rushed, and dismissive, making us carry most of our things around the property. The staff clearly doesn’t communicate, customer service is nonexistent, and the level of disorganization is beyond frustrating. No one here is trained to handle even basic hospitality standards. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone , completely unprofessional and absolutely not worth the money or stress. Avoid at all costs!

What can I say about this amazing hotel and the restaurant inside it, I was amazed first with the great service, the staff gives you the best treatment! They are always willing to help you and make you feel very comfortable. Me and my friend went there for dinner after work and we absolutely loved everything! It’s in the beautiful hotel, on the palm area. It’s in beautiful view from palm and everything else. The food and drinks were sooo delicious! We had salad, a watermelon starter very tasteful, pasta bolognese, hamburger, tiramisu and a cheese cake, with fresh watermelon and orange juice, everything was super delicious, my favorite was the yummy pasta and tiramisu! It was a very fun and delightful night thanks to the great! I highly recommend it! Don’t miss this wonderful restaurant and the hotel if you’re in Dubai!
