Our experience at the Kempinski Hotel on the Palm was exceptional from start to finish. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the beachside restaurant — the food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing, and the setting absolutely beautiful. We spent part of our day between the beach and the pool, and both areas were spotless, comfortable, and ideal for unwinding. A special mention goes to Bikram, whose service truly elevated our visit. He was incredibly attentive, genuinely pleasant, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the day. His professionalism and warmth added a personal touch that made the entire experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend the Kempinski Hotel to anyone visiting the Palm. Whether you’re looking for great food, stunning views, or outstanding service, this place has it all.

We stayed seven nights end of October as a family in a 450 m² suite with four bedrooms, large living area, and a balcony with a private jacuzzi. The space itself was impressive, but the entire hotel and suite are quite outdated — from the “golden” décor to the lack of basic 5-star technical features. No USB or universal outlets, no desk to work from, and even no bathroom plug for a hairdryer. Charging devices meant crawling behind furniture — far from convenient. The biggest issue, however, is the atmosphere: the hotel tries to be everything at once — a party venue, a family playground, and a luxury retreat — and fails to balance it. Loud DJ music and pool parties dominated from Friday to Sunday; even indoors, we could not escape the noise. After complaints, management moved us to a quieter villa, which was appreciated, but the same outdated setup remained. On weekends, outside guests were allowed to use the pool and beach, making the hotel overcrowded and uncomfortable for paying residents. Summary: Ideal for families or guests seeking entertainment and a lively environment. But for those expecting calm, refined beachside luxury in true Kempinski style, this property disappoints. The staff did their best, but even excellent service cannot mask an aging and noisy hotel.

We had an amazing experience at the Kempinski Hotel on the Palm in Dubai. From start to finish, everything was just perfect! A special shoutout goes to our room cleaners, who truly went above and beyond every single day. Our room was always spotless, and we were consistently provided with fresh water, delicious fruit, and thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra special. Mojib, Ramandeep and Sadik’s attention to detail and kindness really stood out, it’s rare to find such dedication and care, and it made a big difference to our overall experience. Villamore Beach Bar at the Kempinski on Palm Jumeirah is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is relaxed and elegant, with a very pleasant and easy access to the beach. The view over the Palm and the Dubai skyline is simply stunning – especially around sunset. The food is excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented, with a great selection of Mediterranean dishes and refreshing drinks. The service is attentive without being intrusive, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Dubai by the sea. Highly recommended!

A luxurious and elegant hotel. The villas are spacious and comfortable. I’ve stayed here five times, and the service has always been excellent. The hospitality is wonderful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, and the lobby is calm and classy. I highly recommend this place.
