I visited the place today and it is very elegant. I went to Villamore. The day was beautiful, as was the place. The team of professionals were very polite and happy to serve us, as well as delicious food and perfect drinks. I loved the family vibe

Very elegant place. I went for Lunch in Brunello and the experience was amazing. The staff is super professional, well informed, and helpful. the food is exceptional and at good price.

The furniture is old and there was lake of staff at concierge desk it's obviously clear since long time ago i hope rooms manager Mr Magdy to sort out this issue soon in order to maintain the highest level of customer care.

Service on the beach was bad , totally understaffed . Lunch plates and cups left on tables for hours . Can’t find a waiter to make an order , orders that were placed didn’t get fulfilled . Pool bar dirty with plates and cups stacked up …. Why let people eat at the pool bar it’s unhygienic. The waiters who were in the beach are doing their best but can’t give good service when they are under staffed . If you buy a pool guests pass you’ll struggle to spend the money because you’ll not be able to make an order to spend it . Really disappointed!

Perfect location on palm. The interiors are little contemporary (not modern) (little not as per my liking). But the hotel is top class. It has a good pool, beach (as other beaches on palm are), kids area etc etc. Could improve on the Indian food menu in room service and breakfast. But what is even more top class is the service, people were very friendly, very quick to respond. Special mention to Ahmed. Better than 5 star standards.
