K West is an absolute gem! Nestled in a beautiful location, it immediately draws you in with its cozy and inviting ambiance. The place has a vibrant, sporty vibe that perfectly complements its relaxed yet energetic atmosphere. Whether you're there to catch a game or simply hang out, you'll feel right at home. The food and drinks are simply delicious—every bite and sip is a treat. The menu is well-curated, offering a great variety that caters to different tastes. From appetizers to main courses, everything is prepared with care and attention to detail. Overall, K West offers a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot to enjoy food, drinks, and a lively atmosphere!!!

Great services and wonderful staff who always helpful and friendly. Thanks for the birthday cake for my husband and I want give a special thanks to Sophia and Ahmed from the front desk and also thank you to Milena. We spent a lovely time at the hotel that will be memorable for long time. The hotel is quiet and family-friendly, my son enjoyed his time at the pool. I enjoyed a relaxing massage with Juliet, I recommend to take massage with her. Looking forward to back again as soon as possible.

We stayed here for a few days for a birthday celebration. The overall experience was great. The rooms were spacious and the vibe was just wonderful. The greenery is everywhere which makes it relaxing. We enjoyed their breakfast selection as it was delicious and fresh. In the evening we celebrated the birthday at Brunello restaurant. It was spectacular. The service was definitely 10/10 . And the vibe was dazzling. We will keep coming back and I highly recommend it ⭐️

The rooms are fantastic and the views are breathtaking. The Tours we have booked are aweful unfortunately, the gentleman at the concierge ( Talk guy ) helped us to book desert excursion and we have paid a lot more than we have got in return, the food was cheap and the service is very bad at the location in the desert. The city tour to Abu Dhabi again was very rushed and we couldn’t get enough time for pictures. We have asked his help again to get refunded but he said he doesn’t get involved in such requests as he was only helping us. The hotel is recommended but don’t book tours from them.

Staff at the Kempinski the Palm were all helpful. From the Concierge who made extra effort in giving me a birthday cake in our room. Swimming Pool manager Abdul was also helpful and thought me how to swim better have provided floaters to ensure I’d be able to enjoy swimming while I am there. The breakfast staff Kamal ensured we got all we need for coffee and tea. Thank you you guys!
