I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kempinski Hotel Muscat for several nights, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional hospitality and dining experiences I enjoyed throughout my stay. As a regular customer of The Kitchen restaurant, I continue to be impressed by the outstanding quality of both the food and service. The breakfast, brunch, and dinner offerings were consistently extraordinary, making every meal a memorable experience. I would like to extend my special thanks to Chef Onder, whose professionalism, culinary expertise, and dedication to excellence were truly remarkable. His exceptional dishes, particularly the perfectly prepared and delicious steaks, demonstrated both creativity and mastery. Every meal reflected the highest standards of quality and taste. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to Anug and all of his colleagues in the kitchen team. Their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience were evident in every aspect of the service. In addition, I would like to recognize the Side Pool staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Mina, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude contributed greatly to making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Kempinski Hotel Muscat was outstanding. The dedication, professionalism, and genuine care demonstrated by the entire team made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning and enjoying the same exceptional standards of hospitality in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Amwaj Lounge. The kunafa was absolutely delicious—fresh, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Jasmine for her outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. I’d also like to recognize Patrick, the barista, for preparing excellent beverages that complemented the dessert perfectly. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every cup. Overall, the combination of great food, excellent drinks, and exceptional customer service made for a memorable experience. I look forward to visiting Amwaj Lounge again soon.

I had a wonderful experience at Bukhara Indian Restaurant in Kempinski Hotel. The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with great attention to detail, and the spices were perfectly balanced. The restaurant is known for its North Indian cuisine and open-kitchen experience, which adds to the atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The ambiance was elegant and welcoming, making it perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion. Highly recommended for anyone looking for outstanding Indian food and exceptional service. We had an excellent stay at Kempinski Hotel Muscat. The hotel is very well located, exceptionally clean, and truly worthy of a 5-star rating. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The room was perfectly maintained, with housekeeping coming twice a day, which was highly appreciated and showed great attention to detail. As for the hotel’s restaurants, the service was simply outstanding, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant: professionalism, elegance, and constant attention to guests. A very special mention goes to Zale restaurant, where we had the pleasure of meeting Bianca. Having been to many restaurants, I can honestly say I have never met a waitress as remarkable as her. Bianca is incredibly kind, highly professional, always smiling, warm, and attentive. She truly made our stay even more special and deserves recognition for her exceptional work. We will gladly return. Thank you to the entire Kempinski team for such a wonderful experience.

I had an amazing stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The room was always spotless and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. The food was excellent, with great quality and variety. What truly made the experience special was how welcoming and attentive all the staff are here, thank you Angel and Kudir.
