Excellent hotel and facilities. There is nothing to not like about this place. The rooms are lovely and large, the whole place is impeccably clean, and the pool/beach are very relaxing. The restaurants are also excellent and not extortionate. The service provided by all the staff is first rate, nothing is too much trouble and they are happy to serve you. A special mention to Abbas who helped with the sun loungers and towels on the beach, he is a credit to the hotel. Also to Inka at the front desk of Zale and The Kitchen for her amazingly warm service and greetings each day. And to Jay at The Kitchen for serving us breakfast with a smile. There are lots of other staff who are just first rate including in the gym and the restaurants. It’s a truly great hotel with cheerful lovely staff. We chose this hotel over the St Regis and Mandarin Oriental for its mix of facilities, private beach and service. We have been delighted by it. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms are of a very high quality—spacious, beautifully appointed, and maintained to an impeccable standard. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, which immediately set a tone of comfort and professionalism. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exemplary customer service. A special thank you to Mohammed for a smooth and very pleasant check in and to Emat, who went above and beyond to promptly rectify a room issue and personally followed up to ensure we were both completely satisfied. That level of care and attention made a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay—we will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, well prepared, and the ambience was warm and inviting. A special mention to Payel Halder for handling the reservation smoothly and professionally—it was seamless and well coordinated. Also, kudos to Koyel for the outstanding service during our visit. She was attentive, courteous, and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. Truly great hospitality, Highly recommend this place for both the quality of food and the excellent customer service. Will definitely be visiting again!

It’s a bit difficult to put into words just how satisfied we are… We stayed here for a total of 8 days. We arrived from Europe on a very early flight, and already at 9 a.m. our room was available, for which we are extremely grateful. The staff are exceptional at all levels—polite, discreet, and always helpful. The rooms, as well as all hotel facilities, are impeccably clean. Breakfast is so rich and varied that it’s simply impossible to ask for more. The Kitchen and Zale restaurants are truly excellent; the food is fresh, very tasty, and diverse. The walk from the hotel to the marina is very calming and was exactly what we needed. Within the hotel there is also a small shop where you can buy high-quality souvenirs, from genuine pashminas and cashmere to T-shirts and other keepsakes. We had planned several excursions, but the hotel was so lovely that we barely managed to go sightseeing in Muscat. The hotel beach is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and the beach service is a solid 5+! 💟

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my mom.The hotel organized day trips for us and it was very good. Alongside, the overall team who was great at the hotel and the restaurants. We had dinner three times at the Indian restaurant owned by the hotel called Bukhara. Food was excellent and the service was on spot! Special thanks to Koyel who was our waitress at the restaurant and who delivered a very good service. As a whole, thanks to everyone working at the Kempinski who made our trip special and enjoyable! Wish them all the best for the future and I hope to come back !
