I would like to share my wonderful dining experience at your restaurant Bukhara . The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I was particularly impressed with Suman, our waitress, who provided exceptional service and was very attentive to our needs. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were amazing. Chicken tikka masala and garlic naan just amazing. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back! Thank you for providing such a wonderful service and food 🫰

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive — a special thank you to Kathleen, Younus, Carl, and many others who made our stay so memorable. Also the gardeners were so friendly to us! The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail in every corner. The food was exceptional — every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Truly, no wishes were left unfulfilled. We felt completely cared for and relaxed throughout our stay. We are looking forward to come back to Oman and this Hotel!

Excellent hotel within easy reach of the airport. The staff were really helpful. I had an issue with some washing not being collected but the housekeeping team went above and beyond to rectify this, making sure that the cloths were all returned in time for our departure. Special thanks to Adil.

Recently returned from a 10 night stay at this fabulous hotel. Everything was perfect, the hotel itself, rooms, pool, beach, food was wonderful. However, it is the staff who make a hotel & all staff at this hotel were fantastic. EVERY member of staff was genuinely friendly, helpful, interested in us & always remembered us & our preferences. We spent at lot of time at Zale so particular mention & thanks to all staff there. Again we spent a lot of time at the pool so a huge thank you to all pool staff. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful holiday, miss everyone & hope to return.

Had a lovely dinner at Bukhara. Really nice atmosphere with a warm, welcoming vibe. The food was very good — full of flavour and well presented — and the service was friendly and attentive throughout, especially from Suman. A great place for a relaxed meal, and overall a very good experience.
