We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Oman and would like to sincerely thank the amazing staff. At the pool, Abbas, Durai, Belal, and Leslie were absolutely fantastic – always helpful, attentive, and providing 1A service, both at the pool and the pool bar. They truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Our room was always kept perfectly clean and beautifully decorated by Rajeshwar. We especially appreciated the lovely decorations and the fact that all the necessary equipment for our baby was provided. Gangarao also contributed a lot to making our stay so comfortable. At the Kitchen restaurant, we were always warmly welcomed by the manager, Anit Kumar, and felt very well looked after from the very beginning. The service was excellent, and Angel also took great care of us with kindness and professionalism. A big thank you as well to Jamie, the hotel manager, who advised us very well and was always professional, warm, and helpful. We would also like to mention Vaplanda, the “Lady in Red” – she was always present, attentive, and simply wonderful. Overall, this hotel is outstanding. This was already our second stay here, and we will definitely return, as everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

It’s a bit difficult to put into words just how satisfied we are… We stayed here for a total of 8 days. We arrived from Europe on a very early flight, and already at 9 a.m. our room was available, for which we are extremely grateful. The staff are exceptional at all levels—polite, discreet, and always helpful. The rooms, as well as all hotel facilities, are impeccably clean. Breakfast is so rich and varied that it’s simply impossible to ask for more. The Kitchen and Zale restaurants are truly excellent; the food is fresh, very tasty, and diverse. The walk from the hotel to the marina is very calming and was exactly what we needed. Within the hotel there is also a small shop where you can buy high-quality souvenirs, from genuine pashminas and cashmere to T-shirts and other keepsakes. We had planned several excursions, but the hotel was so lovely that we barely managed to go sightseeing in Muscat. The hotel beach is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and the beach service is a solid 5+! 💟

Our last day of vacation at this wonderful hotel is coming to an end. My very special thanks go to Rashid from housekeeping – the room couldn't have been cleaner. In the restaurant, The Kitchen, we were treated to culinary delights by Chef Onder, and the service from Angel, Jay, Jahoud, Hannah, and the rest of the team was impeccable. Carl handled room service politely and professionally. Abbas and Durai have already attended to us three times on the beach. This hotel leaves nothing to be desired, and we will definitely be back. Many thanks to the entire team!

The hotel’s striking architecture and breathtaking sea views made our stay exceptionally pleasant, further enhanced by the variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary themes. We also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s dinner buffet, where the presentation was a feast for the eyes and the food was equally delicious. The experience was made even more memorable thanks to the excellent service provided by Angel Aung. For guests looking to stay active, the hotel offers a range of water sports as well as a spacious, well-equipped gym.
