I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. Everything was excellent, from the location to the overall service. I would especially like to thank Amir and Ahmad from the housekeeping team. They were extremely professional, kind, and attentive to details. Our room was always perfectly clean, well-organized, and very comfortable thanks to their efforts. Their positive attitude and dedication truly made a difference in our stay. Thank you to the management and the entire team for such a high level of hospitality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning hotel, with great facilities and superb service. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and catered to our every need! They provided a lovely 40th bday cake for my hubby, a lovely stocking from Santa on Xmas morning too for my son who was over the moon! The executive lounge is fantastic with a wide range of drinks and snacks all day long, we loved it! Only two things that would make it better, they should have some sort of kids club/play area. And also the pool is entirely shaded until around 1.30/2pm which was a bit of a shame especially as it’s cooler in temp, so pool days weren’t much of a thing. But didn’t bother us as we had plenty to do! Also the gym is the best gym we’ve ever seen!

The room and the service was excellent. The House keeping team was amazing especially Muhammad, Januka and Dhahsules. They were helpful and attentive to each and every detail. The staff at the breakfast buffet were great as well. Overall It was an excellent experience and thank you to the kempinski team.

Had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at Kempinski Hotel. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. Every item felt thoughtfully prepared and truly enjoyable. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. Lara, Ahmed, Tatiana, and Salma were outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and care made us feel truly valued and relaxed throughout our visit. A perfect afternoon with great food and even better hospitality. Highly recommended!

All the staff were very professional and helpful, especially Zain the young from the restaurant team — he was extremely attentive and friendly. I also want to thank Mohammed from the restaurant, who has always been very helpful during my previous stays. Additionally, I would like to express my appreciation to the housekeeping team; the rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, a wonderful stay as always. Highly recommended.
