The reception team was consistently accommodating and professional over the course of my two-week visit, contributing to an altogether memorable experience. The restaurant XU at the hotel is no different in hospitality and service. Simply great food, drinks, service and atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I love the fact that it’s closer to a lot of places and snow ski I'm so grateful for the hospitality and service I received during my stay. The location was also perfect for exploring the city.

I stayed with my family at the Kempinski in the Mall of the Emirates and honestly, it’s a beautiful hotel in one of the best locations you can imagine. You literally walk straight into the mall- super convenient if you want to shop, grab a coffee, or even check out Ski Dubai. The service was absolutely top-notch. Everyone was super kind and helpful, especially in the restaurant. The staff there really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. A special shout-out to Salma, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always had a warm smile. She made our meals feel extra special. Also Mr. Gabal made every wish possible. The food itself was amazing too, great variety, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can tell they care about the details. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the room smelled a little musty when we first arrived. It wasn’t terrible, but noticeable. Everything else, though - cleanliness, comfort, amenities - was absolutely on point. All in all, I’d totally stay here again. The service and location easily make up for the minor issue with the room.
