I stayed with my family at the Kempinski in the Mall of the Emirates and honestly, it’s a beautiful hotel in one of the best locations you can imagine. You literally walk straight into the mall- super convenient if you want to shop, grab a coffee, or even check out Ski Dubai. The service was absolutely top-notch. Everyone was super kind and helpful, especially in the restaurant. The staff there really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. A special shout-out to Salma, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always had a warm smile. She made our meals feel extra special. Also Mr. Gabal made every wish possible. The food itself was amazing too, great variety, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can tell they care about the details. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the room smelled a little musty when we first arrived. It wasn’t terrible, but noticeable. Everything else, though - cleanliness, comfort, amenities - was absolutely on point. All in all, I’d totally stay here again. The service and location easily make up for the minor issue with the room.

A special mention goes to Mr. Omar, who truly went above and beyond to make the reservation process effortless for me. He was attentive, responsive, and ensured every detail was perfectly arranged — his professionalism and kindness made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who delivers this level of personalized service, and he made me feel like a valued guest before I even arrived.

I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, and while the rooms are admittedly quite old and could really use some refreshing, the service more than makes up for it. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and always eager to help. I did face an issue with the cleanliness of my room upon arrival, but the way the team handled it was impressive — they immediately took action, apologised sincerely, and made sure everything was sorted out to perfection. Overall, the level of hospitality and genuine care from the staff truly reflects five-star service. Even though the rooms are dated, the experience and service quality make this hotel well worth staying at.

The staff truly exemplifies the excellence of this hotel. Mr. Rachit, overseeing housekeeping, provided exceptional assistance throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure utmost comfort. Mr. Aung from in-room dining, along with the gracious head of the department—whose attentiveness was unparalleled—meticulously catered to every order I placed with remarkable efficiency and care. The reception team was consistently accommodating and professional over the course of my two-week visit, contributing to an altogether memorable experience. The restaurant XU at the hotel is no different in hospitality and service. Simply great food, drinks, service and atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I love the fact that it’s closer to a lot of places and snow ski I'm so grateful for the hospitality and service I received during my stay. Can't wait to come back! Special shoutout to Fatima, Ahmed and Alex you guys are soo amazing The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and I loved the rooftop pool and bar. The location was also perfect for exploring the city.
