What an amazing experience! From the amazing staff at the front desk to the amazing room ! Mohammed and Nuhaila were just amazing! My room booking includes breakfast and unfortunately I have an early flight leaving Dubai. Nuhaila with no hesitation offered to give a bakery basket to take with me and Mohammed offer to give me a wake up call. To some might seem normal to me It was the icing on top! They were really generous. The beautiful Heidi too took me to my room and made sure all is set. Thanks dear , I will definitely come again.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The check-in process was smooth and efficient,, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged to accommodate our kids. The amenities provided for children, ,complementary ski tickets made the trip extra enjoyable for the little ones. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, while we adults could relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that left lasting memories for our whole family. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for both comfort and great service.

We had a wonder night here at the venue. Amazing chef Saad made our night with seafood Paella and Maria helped up navigate through the menu patiently and find the best dishes for us. Good ambiance and live performances, perfect place to go on Saturday night. Thank you so much guys, will definitely come back.

Four of us were searching for something different from the norm and we ended up walking into Salero on a Saturday evening. It was great being seated right away without a reservation. Our waitress, Maria, was very attentive answering all of our questions and making a fantastic recommendation when I couldn't decide between a couple of items. We shared several tapas and loved them all! There was also live music from a gentleman who was singing and playing guitar. And there was a woman dancing in step to the music, sometimes using a fan, other times with castanets, but always perfectly in sync. We wanted different from the norm and that is what we got in a casual and yet classy way. Nothing felt fake or over the top which I really appreciate.

Every amenity is thoughtfully provided, making the entire experience feel truly five-star. One of the highlights of my visit was dining at the hotel’s restaurant. Not only was the food delicious and beautifully presented, but the service was outstanding—especially thanks to Ahmad, one of the restaurant staff. Ahmad is incredibly kind, always welcoming guests with a warm smile and a pleasant attitude. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to every meal. He genuinely made us feel at home and well taken care of. Thank you Ahmad Overall, Kempinski exceeded all expectations, and the presence of staff like Ahmad makes it even more special. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience.
