Exceptional food and service. Thank you Alexandra for your hospitality. The food was amongst the best Spanish food we have had in ages. Service was responsive and kind, they prepared a delicious plate of fruit for us upon request. We will be back again and certainly recommend to others.

There are lots of great things about this hotel, but the best is the service. Timing meant that we had the pool to ourselves both days we were here, and Moses as a personal barman at the swimup bar was a delight. The waiter at breakfast remembered our coffee order from the day before, and that we said we would have eggs tomorrow, so was ready with a recommendation. These two people in particular are how we will remember our stay here, attentive and friendly and made us feel special. The food is great too 😀

The best part of staying here is that it's located inside Mall of the Emirates. You can shop to your heart's content and simply ask the store attendants to send your bags directly to your hotel reception. Just mention your phone number and room number, and voilà! You're hands-free to continue shopping at your leisure. When you return to your room, all your shopping bags will be waiting for you.

Food was absolutely amazing! It was served promptly and was always delicious. Went multiple times and would still go back. The servers are amazing, very helpful and cheerful. In particular, Alexandra was very sweet and was there when we needed it. She had a beautiful smile and gave off a very pleasant vibe. Loved it!

A Wonderfully hotel. Large, clean rooms and exceptional service. This Wonderfully Hotel impressed with its large, clean rooms and incredibly accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to create a vegan dish for us, even though it wasn't on the menu. This level of attentiveness made our stay truly wonderful. Many thanks to the chef for his attention for our need.
