A Wonderfully hotel. Large, clean rooms and exceptional service. This Wonderfully Hotel impressed with its large, clean rooms and incredibly accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to create a vegan dish for us, even though it wasn't on the menu. This level of attentiveness made our stay truly wonderful. Many thanks to the chef for his attention for our need.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was one of the best experience. Everyone was very friendly. The housekeeping team were amazing.. I really appreciate everyone; the housekeeping making sure the room was clean and tidy every day, the greeters at the doors, concierge, room service etc.. Karim came the last day to tidy the room, found out it was our anniversary and decided to do wonders by decorating our bed. He was planning to come the following day. Unfortunately , it was our last night. On our anniversary, they decorated the rooms with petals. We got a small but very cute decorated cake, snack, fruits, flowers etc. I was impressed and it was beyond my imagination. Thank you so much for the outstanding service. I will definitely recommend your hotel to families and friends and looking forward to another stay if I ever visit Dubai again.

Amazing hotel with superb service! The views from my balcony were amazing. The food was great and the beds very comfy. The room comes with a nespresso machine and room service noticed I drank all the brown cups so they gave me extra on the next days. Very considerate! The cocktails at the bar are very good. They also have a spa. I had the body scrub and a great massage. Very professional and relaxing! If you book your spa treatment before 4 pm you get a 25%discount! The breakfast buffet is huge. There is foods from all corners of the world and they make great cappuccino’s! The room came with a shower and bathtub and feels very luxurious. Great AC!

The hotel enjoys an ideal location near the metro station and Mall of the Emirates, which greatly facilitated my movements. My stay was excellent in every way. Many thanks to Karim and the housekeeping team for their warm reception and excellent service. They were meticulous in cleaning and arranging the room daily, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and its excellent services
