Amazing experience at this hotel. Location is conveniently located by the mall with direct access to it which was sweet. Breakfast was amazing in the restaurant by the lobby. The food that we ordered to be delivered to the room was great too, especially the bread. The location is great especially thank you for the housekeeping. Mun na Room is super clean.and very comfortable for stay.

We have had a great experience staying at the Kempinski. The hotel and its rooms and luxurious and their service is 10/10. Their staff is extremely courteous and they do their best to make you feel at home and most comfortable. Their breakfast has a wide spread catering to their diverse guests. Liam is our favourite! He has our coffee and breakfast preference on his fingertips and ensures that we start our day right! A great place to stay irrespective of your purpose of stay!

Amazing experience at this hotel. Location is conveniently located by the mall with direct access to it which was sweet. Breakfast was amazing in the restaurant by the lobby. The food that we ordered to be delivered to the room was great too, especially the bread. The location is great for exploring Jameira and the Palm area, but a little far away from downtown and main area of activities in Dubai. Still, I would recommend staying there.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the night duty manager. We encountered some lack of service the very first day. Thereafter, everything was well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and clean, extremely comfortable. The valet staff is very kind & attentive. A smile goes a long way

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at the Kempinski Hotel. The lobby lounge's serene atmosphere provided the perfect setting to unwind after a long day. I must also comment on the lady manager, Zuzana. She was incredibly kind and went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
