We went to Kempinski Hotel for a wedding weekend. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the amazing staff. The staff were all friendly and polite. Lusin was exceptionally nice and helpful to us. She offered us champagne and chocolates as a welcoming greeting. After she showed us around the hotel and showed us our room. She was very patient to help us immediately find another room to accommodate our preferences. The rooms are very nice, clean and modern. The hotel amenities from the beach to the restaurants are all top level quality. The breakfast buffet has so many different options to choose from and everything we had was delicious and fresh. This hotel was a very fun experience for the whole family.

One of the best hotels I stayed in keep in mind I’m travelling to 5 star luxury places around the world all the time.
Especially the service was the best ever specially thanks to two people. The Concierge Service lady her name is Sophia she was amazing. She helped me and my friends with everything, always got us what we needed, got us the best restaurants, and reservations, and really she was the best concierge I seen and made our trip the best.
Another person is Canberk from the restaurant by the beach. He was a great guy and he was very polite and funny and recommended us the best food. He made our lunch by the beach more enjoyable.

Everything is more than perfect! The place is great! The views are wonderful, and most importantly, the staff is AMAZING! Especially Lusin, she was very polite, nice, and helpful. If all hotels have the same as her.. i can guarantee everyone will have a pleasant stay. Diffidently will book again once i visit Bodrum.
