Katikies service is 10/10. The front desk staff are some of the nicest you will ever meet. The hotel is centrally located in Oia and the view is unparalleled. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the experience was unforgettable.

Great location, fantastic staff, and a quiet spa-like vibe throughout the property. The hotel was an oasis from the cruise ship tourists who flocked to Oia each night for the sunset. I must give Panos praise! He was such a delight and incredibly helpful.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. Above all, the view was really beautiful and we felt calm and happy every day. We chose a room with a hot tub on the terrace, so we could enjoy it as if it were a private pool. We had breakfast on the terrace of our room, which was an additional charge. The staff were kind and polite, and it was a trip that created memories that we want to cherish forever.

The views here were so amazing I’ve never seen anything like it, being able to relate to the younger workers was very cool as they don’t see many young people come there. Hospitality and service was amazing more mature and relaxing environment then a party vibe if that’s what your looking for this is definitely the place

During our recent stay at Katikies Santorini, we were initially captivated by the stunning views and luxurious ambiance the hotel promised. However, our experience was marred by a significant issue that overshadowed our visit. On the second morning of our stay, we were unpleasantly surprised to find ants in our bed. We promptly reported this to the hotel management, who assured us that they would address the issue and take care of the ants. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, and the following morning, around 5 AM, we were awakened by ants crawling on our heads. This was not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as a five-star luxury establishment. We communicated our dissatisfaction to the management, expressing that such an issue is unacceptable, especially given the premium rates of the hotel. Later that day, a manager approached us by the pool and inquired if we had eaten in bed, suggesting that this might have attracted the ants. We found this insinuation inappropriate, as we had not eaten in bed, and even if we had, it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure rooms are cleaned thoroughly each day. The manager was polite and offered us two complimentary cocktails at the pool as compensation. While the gesture was appreciated, it felt insufficient considering the severity of the issue. We are not typically confrontational guests, but this experience felt like a disregard for the standards expected from a luxury hotel. While Katikies Santorini has the potential to offer a memorable and luxurious stay, our experience was tainted by the ant infestation and the hotel's response to it. The presence of ants and the handling of the situation were disappointing and not reflective of a five-star luxury experience. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its pest control and customer service to meet the high expectations they set for themselves.
