An amazing resort with endless pools and outstanding restaurants. Facilities kept in great condition. Food was off the charts good - we had full board and actually couldn’t believe the quality and quantity of the food. Particular stand out was the Chom Talay dinner buffet with ability to order outstanding dishes. We had such an amazing time - kids enjoyed the games room, playing on the beach and swimming in all the pools. The service and staff are exceptional - lots of unsung heroes maintaining the grounds and facilities, driving the buggies, giving massages, cleaning rooms etc. The resort is huge with so many onsite restaurants - we tried almost all of them. Loved the ability to do our own laundry. Some things to consider - about 1.5 hours from the airport - expensive to get transport to go anywhere and quite far eg $30 AUD to go to Phuket town - only a few shops and restaurants outside of the resort - our room was damp and musty but otherwise great for 2 adults and 3 kids (extra bed free of charge which was so appreciated) - kids club is very basic and only for small kids - we weren’t able to use it as our kids refused Overall we had the absolute best holiday and will come back for sure.

A perfect spot for a family vacation - the resort is huge and beautifully maintained. Our Grand Deluxe room was spacious and perfect for my family of 4. The hotel staff were so lovely. The fitness center in Bhuri wing was well equipped and clean. The beach pool with the waterslides was a winner for all of us and possibly the prettiest pool I have ever swam in.

My Honest Review: Extremely Poor Experience & Low Value I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to its poor value and numerous service failures. Here is a breakdown of the key issues: 1. Extremely Poor Value for Money: The price we paid was completely unjustified for the quality provided. This is arguably the hotel's biggest flaw - you get very little for what you pay. 2. Mediocre & Forgettable Rooms: The room was the definition of average. Nothing was broken, but everything from the dated furnishings to the basic bedding was underwhelming and lacked any comfort or charm. And the room is small. 3. Unhygienic Swimming Pool: The pool was unattractive and dirty. The water was cloudy, and there was visible debris at the bottom, which made us avoid using it entirely. 4. Terrible Front Desk Service: The service was consistently unhelpful and inefficient. * Inflexible Check-in Policy: A staff member named “Paul” was particularly rigid. He insisted that the booking name must exactly match the passport, refusing to complete the check-in despite minor discrepancies. This created an unnecessary and time-consuming hassle at the start of our trip. * No Grab Food Delivery to Rooms: When we ordered takeout, the front desk flatly refused to hold it for us or bring it to the room. We were forced to go down to the lobby to collect it ourselves, which is an outdated and inconvenient policy. * False Accusation at Checkout: Upon checkout, we were wrongly accused of using an in-room service that we never ordered. We had to argue to get the fraudulent charge removed. 5. Unresponsive Communication: The hotel's live chat for inquiries is practically useless. We experienced a wait time of “three hours” to receive a response, which is unacceptable for any guest needing prompt assistance. 6. Misleading "Beach Proximity" Advantage: While the hotel is close to the beach, it's crucial to remember that the beach is a public area. You can easily stay at a better-priced and better-managed hotel a short walk away and enjoy the same beach without putting up with this hotel's numerous shortcomings. Conclusion: Avoid this hotel. The combination of subpar facilities, dirty amenities, and shockingly poor service makes it a terrible choice. The "beach access" does not compensate for the many frustrations you will encounter.

We had a fabulous family friendly holiday in this resort. Family’s of all sizes and ages would have a wonderful time here. We are a family of 4 with 11yo and 12 yo. Kids enjoyed the pools, water play and waterslide every day. Easy access to all rooms and outdoor activities/ facilities Rooms, beds, gardens, pools, food service areas very clean, not a leaf out of place so much attention to detail is taken by everyone.

We had an incredible stay at this resort! We had a minor issue on arrival and the receptionist named Popcorn was understanding and sorted out everything quickly, which made our stay. Everything at the resort was fantastic. The staff are wonderful and attentive, the grounds are well maintained, and the food options are great and varied for different tastes. We will also be dreaming of the massages for months to come - their spa and outdoor treatments are good quality. We will be back!
