We recently stayed at Katathani Hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience. It’s truly a beautiful and peaceful resort, perfect for families with small children. There is so much green space — our baby loved crawling around safely and exploring. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, clean, and very close, which made every day feel like a dream. The room was spectacular: spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing as well, with a wide selection and great quality food. Another big plus is the location — there are lovely restaurants within walking distance just outside the hotel, which made dinners easy and enjoyable. There were only a couple of small drawbacks: • The humidity inside the room was very high (around 75%) even with everything closed. • Housekeeping kept setting the AC to 21°C, so we were freezing when returning to the room. • In the evening the hotel was quite calm — which can be nice, but there wasn’t much happening entertainment-wise. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic. Beautiful grounds, a perfect beach, great food, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We would happily return and definitely recommend Katathani to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Phuket.

Hotel was very nice overall, location is very good, a lot of facilities, clean rooms, breakfast was poor with little choice, staff doesn't speak English well which makes communication quite hard. The door to the bathroom is transparent which is very inconvinient for families, the door to the toilet doesn't go all the way up to the ceiling which makes bad smell coming into the room. Service could be better at a 5 star hotel, on my mother's birthday I asked for a vase for flowers and I had to ask 5 times to get it delivered to the room. I didn't like that there is absolutely no entertainment and no music by the pool (very boring) should hire some animators and do some evening dances with music. but overall a solid place for this price point.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights here. This is such a great place to relax and enjoy. The private beach is safe and super clean. We could watch the sunset every evening with peaceful vibes. The room, pools, pool bar, restaurants, foods, and live music are great. The staffs are very nice, polite, kind, and helpful. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back.

We have stayed at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort in May this year, and it has been an unforgettable experience. The communication with the reception desk was outstanding, housekeeping was superkind and the staff at the amazing facility for kids amazing! The gentlemen during check-in was so welcoming and helped us in our every need, and I also complimented a female staffmember at the receptiondesk who was spoken utterly rude to by a hotelguest, who even tried to jump the queue in front of me; but the female staffmember remained very professional yet resolute in assisting me first. Wow! A big shoutout to Sanny, the Filipino staffmember who was such a delight; amazing with children and made sure we all felt home at the facility especially for kids! I hope these 3 staffmembers will receive a Christmas bonus, because it would be very welldeserved ;).. the only point of improvement I have is to perhaps let housekeeping use a different cleaning solution, because we did see some ants in our hotelroom but we do understand in a tropical country it is difficult to eliminate this 100%. Nevertheless, our stay was fantastic and we do recommend Katathani Phuket Beach Resort to all in search of a beautiful Resort on the Island of Phuket :)

My personal opinion , this is one of best resort I have ever been in phuket. Huge Impressive and appreciate the hotel employee (every one!) we were overwhelmed by their friendliness. And thanks to Mr. Pingpong for his great hospitality. hotel Ambient is stunning, very well maintain large green lawn with lot of coconut trees by the kata noi beach (an exceptional environment, hardly find) the hotel cover large area ( 5xx rooms) but still feel cozy and sabai. Sabai ! Comfortable Room, large size, (we were in triple room ) well facility, with iron and ironing board, room silence (good sound protection door), controllable airconditioning and sparkling clean. Rich Breakfast with plenty choices , delicious, nutritious and high-quality. Breakfast restaurant located by the bech view. We will definitely come back!
