My family and I recently stayed at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the staff. Unfortunately, I became quite sick during our holiday and ended up needing to go to hospital. Being unwell overseas is stressful, but the care and kindness shown to me by the staff was incredible. They helped arrange everything, made sure I was looked after, and checked in on me afterwards. It was such a comfort knowing we had people around us who genuinely cared. A special thank you to Pon, who was absolutely wonderful, and to all of the staff at the Mango Bar. Every day they greeted us with a smile and somehow always remembered exactly what we liked to drink. Those little personal touches made us feel so welcome and really added to our holiday. I’d also like to mention Tida and the lovely massage ladies. They were always so friendly, always smiling and saying hello whenever we walked past. Their warmth and kindness never went unnoticed. One of the sweetest surprises was receiving flowers and a birthday cake from the resort while I was recovering. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant so much to me and my family. The resort itself is beautiful, with a stunning beach and fantastic facilities, but what truly makes Katathani special is the people. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, caring and professional. Thank you to everyone at Katathani for looking after us so well and making us feel like family. We came home with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back.

What an incredible experience!! Absolutely kids paradise the rooms on the Uvhari wing, under-the-sea theme. The pools and waterslides are fantastic for all ages. Due to having a 2 year old toddler we wanted to move to the front of the resort at the beach, so we could have dinner while he sleeps and watch him on the monitor. We asked daily but they were fully booked. A special thanks to Pinkky who went above and beyond to try and move us for our last night stay there, which meant on our anniversary we could actually have dinner the last night while he slept in the room at the beach side. Recommendation for parents with babies, book at the beach side and just walk accross to the children's paradise - you can use all facilities but this allows you to be able to have dinner or play pool while they sleep. Highly recommend this fantastic resort. All staff so friendly, once again thank you Pinkky - you made our stay with that one night!!

This must be just like living (or at least holidaying) in paradise. Warm friendly staff- beautiful clean beach. Great variety of restaurants and food offerings including Teppanyaki which was fun experience and tasty. Heaps of pools to cater for kids, families and adults. Lots of space to explore. Great new gym, sauna and plunge pool. Something for everyone! Chart (Customer Service Team)is the epitome of customer service - love his positive attitude and always keen to please.

We chose to stay at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort because of the newly opened Vhari Wing and its fantastic water park facilities, which added a whole new level of fun to our family holiday. The combination of spacious modern rooms, multiple pools, and exciting water attractions kept both children and adults entertained throughout our stay. The resort’s direct access to the beautiful Kata Noi Beach was another major highlight. We enjoyed waking up to stunning sea views and being just steps away from one of Phuket’s most peaceful beaches. Despite its tranquil setting, the resort is conveniently located near Kata’s shops, cafés, and night market. The Vhari Wing perfectly balances relaxation and family-friendly activities, making Katathani an excellent choice for anyone looking for a beachfront resort with great facilities, exceptional hospitality, and plenty of activities for all ages. We would definitely return on our next visit to Phuket.

We stayed in the Vhari Wing at Katathani during a recent family vacation and had the time of our lives. Our family room was spacious with a well thought-out layout, perfectly catered to the needs of family travellers. The ocean theme of the room in itself is enough to excite the kids and get the whole family into holiday mood. We spent a good part of our stay at the waterpark in the Vhari Wing. From the water slides to the lazy river and the wavy pool, the park offers everything to keep the little ones busy day in day out. What made our stay truly special was how friendly and cheerful all the staff was. In particular, Harry, Smart and Kitty at the Pippin Restaurant would always greet us with a smile, ask how our stay was going and if there was something we needed. Cody at the waterslides was also good to talk to and kept our daughter engaged the whole time. We also celebrated our daughter's birthday at the Pippin Restaurant and, according to her, she had the best time ever. The staff came to sing her the birthday song with a complimentary cake at breakfast, which was a nice surprise for her. We also made a dinner reservation with a special themed cake. Harry was kind enough to make all the arrangements including the decorations, which were just perfect. After we had dinner, their whole team came with the cake to sing the birthday song and took pictures with us. This was one of the best birthdays we have celebrated and all the staff made our daughter's day. All in all, the Katathani Phuket is one of the best hotels we have stayed at and we'll definitely be back again 😊
