Kassandra Palace is a slice of heaven. I have visited twice and have visited all over Greece and this is my favourite destination.
It is the one place I truly feel relaxed and rested.
The food is incredible!!
The pool is stunning and so clean.
The beach is beautiful!!
The hotel guest relations manager is just wonderful and is so personal. She is a joy to speak to.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay everytime. I have recently booked my parents to come for 10 nights in September. They cannot wait.

Don’t be fooled by the website pics…
Odd priorities mean you’ll be rudely reprimanded by a restaurant manageress for trying to take your cup of coffee outside after dinner, but a father and son having a football kick-about in the lobby area is acceptable, and it’s normal for front-desk staff to verbally abuse their junior colleagues – such is life at Cassandra Palace.
The majority of guests are large families from countries north of Greece’s borders. If hordes of noisy, boisterous children and their aggressive parents, none of whom have any concept of personal space, are not your idea of fun, then you should avoid Cassandra Place.
Main restaurant: managers are experts at rictus grins and ooze insincerity, with the exception of Despina who was courteous, diligent and efficient. Food is plentiful but bland, apart from the once-weekly ‘Greek night’, and the table staff (aka uni students on summer break) do their cheerful best.
Onsite independently-owned general shop is useful, prices are fair and the owner is helpful.
The gym is tiny, often crowded, the equipment belongs in a museum and never functions 100%. Indoor pool is great, and mostly empty.
The hotel’s beach is also great but also alarmingly crowded and noisy – ditto the main outdoor pool.
In short, this is *not* a hotel for couples or parents with demure children.

Very well manged, clean and organised hotel with good facilities for all families.
Polite staff, good food too.
The only down point, which is really an area of concern, is super expensive drinks around all bars in the resort, and I am not talking about very expensive alcoholic drinks , but €6 for a smaller than usual *330ml can of Coca-Cola

The garden is very very beautiful and the view from our room was extraordinary! I recommend this hotel if you need a quiet holiday! All the staff were amazing! Every morning and every evening they asked if we are fine, if everything is all right. After 13 days we were like a family with the staff from the restaurant. Despina, Client Relations, hepled us with different situation, she is amazing person! And the Georgia smile was a great start every day!
The hotel is very clean and the food was good. For us it was a single inconvenience, the bathroom door which is made of glass and it wasn't too private :).
The beach is very nice, the sunbeds are very comfortable and the sea was amazing in September.
The location is very secure, they have video cameras in the garden and on the beach. And the entrance in the parking lot had security personnel. I liked this!

Came to stay for a week and had the BEST time!
Staff:
All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Despina was fantastic with us. She helped us switch rooms due to lots of noise from another guest. Nikoleta and Olga (waitresses) were gems as well!
Amenities:
Sauna and steam rooms were both very nice alongside the jacuzzi and inside swimming pool.
Excursions:
Just ask the reception desk about what’s available and they can help. Just note that outside of holiday season, most excursions won’t be available
Quick Warning:
If you’re not planning on leaving the complex, bring the maximum amount of cash you can. This is because you’ll have to leave the hotel for an ATM or bureau de change. Leaving by cab/taxi cost roughly €6 into the first town and roughly €3 by bus (bus times are not super consistent).
Final Thoughts:
The entire environment here is so relaxing and has lots of good energy. 100% recommend visiting. Is it perfect? No. But it is as close to perfection you’re gonna get! :)
