The hotel is fabulous. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The food is very good, with lots of options. The staff is very friendly. By the way, the coffee at breakfast was so good. Even though the rooms clearly need upgrading, they are so clean you hardly notice it. What was also very important to me is that food and drinks outside the half-board menu are reasonably priced. The pool is absolutely fabulous. I've been to a number of five-star hotels in the area, and none of them had such an amazing pool. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my holiday at Kassandra Palace.

We spent 2 weeks here in May 2025. Great hotel with amazing outside pool, private beach and service (especially Despina has to be positively mentioned here!). Rooms need a bit of renovation, breakfast a bit more of variety and better bread. Other that that perfect value for money - we really enjoyed our stay here and especially the staff made our stay special. Thanks!

Lovely hotel grounds, all the staff were very helpful and kind. Especially Despina, always checking on us and was always very helpful. Theodora at the pool was extremely kind, housekeeping were also fantastic. There was also a lady at the lobby bar with short black hair sorry I forgot her name but she was also very helpful! Thank you very much for looking after us 😊

Super experience for all the family. We travelled with two Grandma's in their 70's and kids aged 10 and 13. The resort is laid out really well such that it never feels crowded. It has its own beach area with plenty of loungers under straw parasols and is well served by waiting staff, a bar and open air beach bar cafe. The water is crystal clear. Get the kids to bring their goggles as there are some small fish to see near the stone outcrop.the water was generally very flat when we stayed with some light waves on the one stormy day. There is a main pool with a variety of loungers, areas and a bar, Isaak was wonderful at servicing this area, keeping it clear and tidy and bringing drinks round with a smile. The toddler pool is sat slightly to the side with extra loungers and a small adventure playground. The one place that does get busy is the main restaurant of course, but we had no trouble finding a good table every night. Kleon is the genial wine waiter and Desposia, Sofia and Pelagia manage the restaurant fabulously to ensure you are warmly welcomed, the area is clean and the food is well presented. Vast variety of tasty food to suit everyone, salads, endless hotplates, fresh fruit and bread, array of desserts. Our family room was cleaned daily, supplied with fresh towels and water for the fridge and a balcony overlooking the olive grove and sea. There is a small convenience shop, souvenir shop, Wonderland ice cream bar and a Spa complex. There are two other restaurants within the well maintained grounds of the hotel for which guests receive a large discount, We also caught the local bus for a quick hop to some local villages for some souvenir craft shopping and quaint seafront dinning. Would recommend the villages of Afitos and Polichrono. What made our stay at The Kassandrz Palace extra special was the Animation team. Sergio and the superstar Harris put on daily activities for kids and adults to join in if they wish, from Aquafit, Basketball, Table Tennis and Tennis to more local challenges such as Boccia and the Pathos Games. The also run events for younger kids all day in the Games Lab. In the evening Harris jumps on the mic in the Under The Palm lounge bar to host fun karaoke, bingo and music quiz nights. He's a great personality, without being pushy if you don't wish to take part. Wonderful stay, would highly recommend.

Where to start really. It’s just boring, it’s not 5*, it’s dull and lifeless. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, there’s nothing to do. Local area is a dump, Afytos? I’d rather go to Sheffield. It’s only relaxing on day 1. Beyond that you run out of things to do. Food is basic, not even close to 5 star. There’s nothing luxury about this hotel. The staff are bizarre and rude as well. Especially Despina, poor host and looks down on her own staff. Asked for a drink one night and she laughed ‘I am not your waitress’. Total waste of time coming here. High note is Fiki Fiki, a genuinely 5 star restaurant. Magnolia is basic. Buffet is basic. Breakfast is carnage, nothing relaxing about it. Not really sure who this hotel is aimed at. If you want a relax then you can just go to a spa back home. If you want great food or culture well there’s none of it. Weather is only good June-August, don’t come here in May!
