Me and my wife had wedding on Crete 3 days ago and we stayed in this hotel for 7 days with our family. It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The hotel stuff is incredibly friendly. We’ve got a lot of surprises and gifts because of our wedding. The best one was that they booked for us two nights in other 5 stars hotel nearby with special romantic dinner. I can honestly say that our favourite host here was Momo. He’s really friendly and helpful (also best DJ here). Hotel has delicious drinks and two nice sand beaches. It’s beautiful and I would come back here once more.

The rooms are in my opinion the biggest disadvantage of this hotel. We got a room with a lot of mold on the wall. But it was changed to another better one. The hotel has a great location by the beach, the staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel animations are also great. As for the food, it is ok, everyone should find something for themselves. I would gladly visit the hotel again.

I recently spent a week at this charming hotel with friends. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Penelope and Angeliki, who made our stay even more enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations and making us feel like family. The location of the hotel was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I would like to highly recommend the hotel. We often travel to Crete, and this was our first time staying at this hotel. I think we will come here again next time. First of all, the hotel is just the right size, not too big and not too small, and it has everything you need. The beach is right by the hotel, there’s a beautiful river, and we sometimes walked to a nearby beach with kids, it took about 7 minutes by foot. There were no waves there at all, perfect for children. Secondly, the hotel staff is very friendly and always helped us. I especially want to praise the animator, Iva, who seems to speak every language in the world. She engaged with the children by painting on t-shirts, drawing, molding clay, and dancing at the mini disco. For adults, she conducted aqua aerobics. This is a great example of someone that truly loves her job. The children were absolutely delighted.

The hotel was in front of a beautiful sandy beach and for the windy days you get 2 outdoor pools to enjoy your swim. The buffet is beyond great with local flavours and endless variety, rooms spacious clean and with easy access to the lobby. Every night great and different entertainment. All the personnel is with a smile and wiling to help you at anytime. Definitely recommend and I will visit again if I am to return to Crete.
