The actual room was gorgeous (one bed pool villa) but the cleaning of the room was well below par. The toilet roll ran out, there was dust building around our items, (instead of moving our items and dusting, they just dusted around them) floor wasn't cleaned correctly, again mopping around shoes etc. There rug in the living room was grey and was supposed to be white! Apart from that, the rest of the resort was stunning and very clean! The staff couldn't do enough for you. The location is 20 minutes bus from the resort and the free shuttles fill up quickly. The taxi guy outside the hotel is fabulous and for £10 will take you to the market and wait for you to bring you back, so not all bad. The wobbly bridge over to the beach is really bad and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

My boyfriend and I checked into a room with a pool for one night. I wanted to surprise him with a romantic evening in our own pool. Check-in was at 2 PM. We walked around, ate, went for a massage included in the price, and returned to our room in the evening. The water in the pool was cold, with no heating. When we got into the water, all the debris from the bottom floated up, and with the night lighting, it looked horrifyingly disgusting—just a ton of slime, leaves, and something that looked like a cigarette. We immediately jumped out of the pool, realizing we wouldn't get in even in the morning... It was too late to ask for the pool to be cleaned.
After that, we went to sleep. The pillows smelled like sour, musty rags, and in the morning, I saw traces of someone's pink lipstick on the blanket.
In the end, for this enormous cost of accommodation, we just sat in the bathroom by the toilet and then went straight to sleep. Disappointment.

The hotel itself is very large and beautiful. Very kid friendly with big pools, water slides, sport activities like darts and kaiaking. The private beach is amazing! Cocktails are yummy (but very expensive). The food can be better. On our first day we ordered kids meal and the bread had black mold on it. The breakfast has huge selection but the birds were eating from the food that wasn’t covered…

I had the pleasure of visiting this absolutely stunning resort and I must say, it's a paradise on earth! The resort is nestled amidst lush greenery and boasts of world-class amenities. In addition to the breathtaking views, there's no shortage of activities to indulge in here. From adventurous outdoor activities to relaxing spa treatments, the resort offers something for everyone. I had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation experience.

We had a relaxing vacation, We like the private beach and the facilities the hotel provided. Breakfast was tasty and offered many options. My daughter lost her necklaces at the Gym, and the frond desk manger found it for us after we already checked out, and send it to our new hotel. That makes the service very good and excellent! Very recommended.
One thing to improve : cleaning the pools .
