It was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. If you think it’s a new 5 star hotel it is NOT. And it’s not the problem. I’ve stayed in better 3 star ones. You won’t get what you book and it’s different than the pictures they advertise here. Looking at the reviews I’m not the first one who didn’t get the room they booked. And a room I got was located in an old building where everything was broken and the staff even didn’t bother to fix it. They didn’t clean rooms or bathrooms in 10 days we stayed just changed the towels and made the beds. But the worst part was that my 3-year-old daughter got sick with salmonella from the food at the restaurant. She’s never been so sick and she’s suffered with diarrhea and stomach pain for 5 days.

We spent 7 nights at the hotel. It was very clean and well maintained, the staff were very helpful and polite, although many speak little English they would go out of there way to help. The room was comfortably big enough for 2 with a balcony and air conditioning. The cleaner of our room was amazing. The swimming pools all had there own bars. The staff at these did an amazing job. The restaurant had a different selection of buffet every night, which was well presented and very tasty. The location was just outside Alanya main town but only a 25 min flat walk away. We had an amazing time.

A family of 3 been there for 7 night all inclusive . This is not a 5 star hotel , MAIBE just 3 . If you dont tip the housekeeper om daily basis they will not clean your room Food is the worst what ive seen in the last 8 years since we visit Turkey for holiday . Drinks also very limited and bad quality . Internet very poor all over the place . Smell ij the rooms from the watter pippes . Loads and loads of improvement needed especially the food

Repeatable holiday, which we absolutely enjoyed. It is a beautiful, luxurious and large hotel. Hotel rooms are neat and luxurious, they are also cleaned every day. Food choice is very varied and delicious. it is always being replenished. You have many choices. There are many bars where you can get drinks and a pastry shop and snack bar. The location is also in a good spot. close to enough shops and restaurants and the bus stop (which you can take to go to Alanya center) is on the corner of the street (so very close). Also the markets on Mondays and Thursdays are within walking distance. Friendly staff that speaks good English and fun activities in the evening. You also have a wonderful massage and spa treatments. We Enjoyed it very much and will definitely come back.

A nice hotel very close to the beach with direct access, many food options are not at all times and certain rules for the drinks are otherwise top food Unfortunately not enough variety. Also worth mentioning are the great employees Süper and extra by name I have to memet From the kitchen and Veysel from the service but all with the workers were really very attentive. However, there is not much else to emphasize. The hotel is in need of improvement. The shows are below average as well as the leisure offer.I don't think I would come here again. Unless I want to see Memet or Veysel:*
