Nice hotel, although the food could do with some variance.
The SPA within the hotel is, however, exceptional. The team led by Adem is super friendly and accommodating. We had the full Turkish spa treatment, which was great value and a very relaxing way to start our holiday. Would highly recommend enquiring for treatment should you be staying at this hotel.

Just home from a lovely 10 night stay at this hotel.
24hr food and drinks , caters for all diets and loads to choose from.
Great staff from reception ( who can speak English) to the waiters to the entertainment and a massive shout out to the life guards who do a great job.
Hotel is lovely and clean , well kept .
Lazy river is the best ever, loads of loungers as well and great pools.
We loved our time and will definitely be back,
Oh I also got a tattoo which was a great experience.
Water sports on the beach and a bar , what’s not to like xxx

Can’t fault the hotel and service! Some non Brits do not know the concept of queuing so have to be told and shown the queue and pointed to where to join. Other non Brits are quite rude with no manners.
I have noticed the Brits giving all positive reviews and everyone I spoke to echoed the same sentiment, unlike other foreign guests that tend to complain more
Food is very good, no issues with fresh fish, alternating mains and children friendly dishes. For example chips is available for breakfast lunch and dinner for fussy eaters!
Pools are good sizes and not over crowded, entertainment and extra paid options such as Shisha and desserts available on site.
Games room was adequate, spa was pricey but depends if you want that convenience.
Aqua park with lazy river and slides were a hit! Good to have set times and don’t get over crowded
Just outside the hotel offers many services and shops I urge you to visit. The markets are good but I find good established shops in nearby towns are cheaper than the markets.
The rooms were good, although fully cleaned daily it was a sweep and mop of main floor space not behind doors etc.
No bed bugs at all and believe me I searched with torches and lights!
All in all I would give a 8/10, losing marks only on the distance from the airport but the hotel was spot on!

I've been in Turkey more than 10 times and I can say that this hotel is not 5 star Hotel.
Food is repetitive and nothing special.
I'ved been alocated a room(disability room) with lateral view towards a mosque(they do first pray at 05:15 in the morning and the volume of the speakers is insanly high)
In the second night they start the vents from them kitcken Big Fridges on basement, the whole side of the hotel was extremley noisy that we can not sleep.3rd day moved my room.
Receptionist was ignorant and didn't care much about my issues, most probably knew about them.
The pool area is so crowded that people was racing at 6-7 oclock in the morning to put them towel down and secure seat.
Avoid this hotel because you will waste your money and get mad just like me.

Just back from 2 weeks. Nice large hotel, lots of bars and pools and the water park is good. Rooms a nice set up for the family room and clean and tidy.
Location there is not much nearby, luckily we had a car so this wasn’t an issue.
Most staff helpful when asked but found the restaurant lacking in service. Any other 5 star hotel they have allocated staff to each area and they make sure drinks are replenished and plates cleared. Found the restaurant staff to sometimes be stood around while we ate a meal of 3 courses and all the plates would be stacked on the end of the table not cleared. We would always tip the restaurant staff in any other hotel as usually they would go out of their way but here it just had no personal touch and that’s the only real negative point that need improving.
Enjoyed our 2 weeks there and would recommend for families
