Fantastic place to stay with your family. Every night different entertainment, lovely food (each night different theme). Kids club for smaller kids, foam party, loads of pools to choose from. Staff absolutely very helpful and welcoming. Rooms very clean and big size for standard room .

We had an amazing holiday the place was very cleaned the pools and water slides spot on! Great entertainment and the spa was the highlight very affordable and great experience we did a family Turkish bath with the kids they loved it. The food was a culinary discovery experience they also served the usual pasta burgers etc. The beach has stones so we used swimming shoes the kids love snorkeling there as they spotted fishes between the rocks. I have been in Cancun , Spain, Orlando and I have to say very pleasantly surprised with Turkey. We willie back for sure

It's a nice place but weirdly bigger than I think it needs to be. Large parts of the place at ground level remain empty.
The food is good with an effort being made with different types of food and local dishes too.
However, there are WAY too many people when at capacity for the dining room to cope with. You may find yourself searching for a table - especially if there are a group of you.
You are unable to book trips at the front desk - meaning you have to go elsewhere if you can't use your holiday rep.
Sunbeds - you find yourself having to get up stupidly early to go and reserve these. There needs to be a better system in place .
Be wary, we moved rooms and the staff kindly offered to move our cases. One went missing and eventually turned up behind reception. Very odd.

I do not recommend this resort. Staff are so rude, managers believe a meeting is more important than a child’s epipen to save her live. A little girl has a severe nut allergy and staff was asked if food had nuts in and they stated no. This little girl was rushed to hospital, put in intensive care fighting for her life due to this hotel. This hotel also has bed bugs which when questioned and showed pictures they did not take any initiative and could not care.

Me and my family stayed in this hotel last week for my son's birthday.
When we first checked in the reception staff were pleasant and friendly. After a short while they were wanting us to upgrade to a larger room for an increased price. I wasn't to keen on trying to sell me stuff soon as I arrived at 1am night.
We were then taken to our room, the room decor was average and slightly outdated, however the ambient lighting was nice and the room was clean.
The second day we were there a member of staff tried selling us massage service. The sales pitch was pretty pushy and initially he gave us a price of €60 for Turkish bath package which included a Turkish bath, oil massage and face mask. I wasn't happy paying such a high price and he then offered us it for €45 to which me and my wife agreed, €90 in total.
The massage and Turkish bath was pleasant. After the massage the massage manger said that I need an extra massage for medical purposes which is a joke as I keep myself fit and healthy. He also tried giving the same sales pitch to my wife and other people who were getting a massage at the time.
The food was average, they had very similar dishes most days, and changed a few dishes every few days. The cuisine was always around Turkish food, I did expect more international dishes.
The water park had a good range of water slides which the kids really enjoyed. The plug hole water slide was very fun and my kids went on this a couple of times every day.
The location of the hotel was in a good spot, it was near to the beach and wasn't far away from the shopping mall and other attractions.
The shows on the evening were good fun and their was a variety of different shows.
The room service didn't get done every day and when they did clean the room it wasn't a deep clean. They would make the bed and room, however wouldn't make the duvet and wouldn't fully clean up the room
I was mislead with ulta all inclusive, as expected everything would have been included, we were charged at the ice cream stand, kids arcades, the kids electric toy cars, even at the buffet they would charge €2 for fresh orange juice.
My overall verdict for the hotel is you get what you pay. I wouldn't have minded this if I wasn't always pushed for buying things in the hotel and everything was ultra all inclusive as advertised. I would have then given the hotel 4 star rating. I feel as though the hotel's sole purpose is maximizing profits which does compromise the customer experience of the stay.
