We visited this JW resort for a week with our baby and really enjoyed the service. Everyone who works there is lovely and willing to help. The food is also quite awesome, from the breakfast buffet to all the restaurants. We loved all the meals that were cooked for us. Also, having pool access for our baby in one of the pool access rooms made it very stress free for him to wade around and do some swimming. The beach is also beautiful, quiet, untouched and clean. You get amazing sunsets, but do be careful of jellyfish as my husband was stung by one. This resort is massive and has a good number of restaurants to try out. The big highlight was the service, from all the friendly staff at breakfast, who went out of their way for little treats for us and baby. Dada who brought fresh avocados, Chef Atul for fresh Dosas, Megan in Loyalty, Hitesh the manager for doing what he can to make our stay more comfortable. The style of this JW is classic, but we would love to return once they've modernized the rooms and resort. They recently upgraded the Andaman Grill and it's beautiful!

The hotel is located outside the city center, close to the airport. The property is somewhat dated, but the rooms are spacious. There was a slightly unpleasant smell in the room. The furniture is old, and the beds are reasonable. The overall maintenance level of the hotel is average. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has direct access to the beach, and the breakfast is good. It’s important to take into account about a one-hour drive to the city center and around 20 minutes to the airport.

The absolute best 5star experience.. Their breakfast is simply mind blowing and when they say the best French toast in Thailand they mean it I could not stop eating them. They have fresh fruits to eat as well as in juices... The hotel rooms are very spacious and very well equipped.. Since the hotel knew we were checking in with a child they had all the kiddies toiletries set up as well and also they kept kids room slippers as well along with adults. As I said every detail we'll thought thru.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed with attentive greetings and smooth, efficient check-in service. Breakfast was a highlight – the wide variety of choices, delicious flavors, and stunning sea view made every morning special. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. While waiting at the lobby for a food delivery, the staff proactively stepped in to help me communicate with the delivery rider. At the pool, the crew kindly offered to pump up our floats without us even asking. The only downsides were the dated condition of the room (though the service team responded promptly by sending over a dehumidifier when we gave feedback), and the kids’ club being under renovation, with the temporary play area and toys showing their age. Still, the friendliness and genuine care of the crew more than made up for it. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I have stayed multiple times at this resort and every time I want to come back. Excellent beach and service. Location is outside town but very peaceful. Special mention to @Chef Atul and his team for taking care of us. We travel with our parents and vegetarian Indian food is must. He and his team goes out of the way to prepare the food even during busy seasons. Great experience every time.
