I wish I could give this resort more than five stars. They made my family feel welcome. They did an amazing job with my daughters wedding.. The staff were attentive and friendly. They remembered our names and room numbers to ensure we were seated together during breakfast. They set up a birthday location and a birthday party for my eight year-old, which she loved. I cannot give this resort enough praises.

The most perfect family vacation resort! Our family with 3 young children had an unforgettable time here. The resort is huge with everything you need for the perfect family vacation. Fun activities were scattered around the resort and they also have a small turtle shelter where the kids can engage in turtle feeding daily. There are also cool performances like sunset rituals and fire dancing. There is a fun water slide at the pool and one area of the pool is very shallow and perfect for young kids to splash around. The location is a bit far away from the center but we were happy to mostly stay in the resort. The most exceptional part of our experience was the warm and out of this world service. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and the staff always interacted so kindly with our young children, even when they were acting wild or having a tough time. A server offered to hold my baby or feed her when we were struggling with lunch and a staff at the pool ran over to adjust the beach umbrella so my baby wouldn’t be in the sun during her nap. I was really impressed by how attentive and caring the staff were. At the end of our trip my son did not want to leave and said he wanted to live at this resort! We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning.

Family holiday Stayed for 6 days and we really enjoyed our whole stay in this beautiful resort. We celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday and JW Marriott made her birthday extra special they even decorated our room with balloons, cake and a birthday card. The breakfast was awesome like they even have fresh fruits and I always get a fresh apple and carrot juice still being healthy while on vacation, there’s plenty of food options. Amenities like kids club, outdoor kids pool etc. the restaurants were really a great touch inside the resort. The staff were all friendly, caring and welcoming. Thanks to Oy who helped us booked our tour. The manager on duty May who assisted to move us to a new room since I have requested a quieter room for my daughter and even gave us a complimentary drinks. Hut and Minnie from the steakhouse restaurant who surprised my daughter with another birthday cake. It was really a great experience staying here in a family friendly resort. The front beach was really amazing unfortunately the current was strong during our stay. Just bring mosquito repellent and you’ll be fine. I will definitely recommend this resort.

Review for JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa My stay at JW Marriott Phuket was truly exceptional! The experience was amazing from start to finish. The resort is extremely safe, impeccably clean, and perfectly maintained. The location is well-serviced and ideal for families and honeymooners alike. Although it’s about an hour away from the city center, the peaceful atmosphere and luxurious surroundings more than make up for it. The only thing I wish was available is lifeguards at the swimming pools — that would add an extra layer of safety. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the outstanding service, warm hospitality, and the variety of high-quality food and drinks. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. I can’t put into words how much I appreciated their efforts to make everything perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and upscale retreat in Phuket!

This is a beautiful hotel., they have a private beach as well, and the Beach Club is a wonderful place to hangout in the evening. everything in the hotel is pristine and well-maintained, they are beautiful trails and ponds in between the blocks, they also have Swiming pool, Spa and health club. You can take the bicycles and drive along the property as well. The buffet breakfast has a large spread and is tasty as well. They also serve some good Indian options so that made us feel good . We almost explored all the restaurants in the hotel they are good. You have fire shows conducted here on the beach and in the pool near the lobby which is a wonderful experience. The hotel is very family-friendly and thoughtfully equipped for young kids, they also have a kids club which keeps them engaged with several activities. Hotel has a travel desk that can arrange any tourist activities you desire specially the Islands tours. All Phuket attractions are driving distance away, There is a turtle village nearby in case you need to buy anything or eat. One of the best Marriott I ever stayed at, the staff here makes sure you feel special and house keeping staff are very sweet. I loved every minute of being, will return for sure !! Thank you!
